Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of veg. Sure are growing now. The roots are liking the compost they found. Got my hydro system up and running in here. Last year I had some small tips on the hydro leads and was giving 15 minutes of solution per day. I've got different, new tips this year, a lot more open. The landscapers call them 1/2 circle. I had been watering with rainwater and having the runoff run back to the reservoir. Good thing I checked it, it was; 7 ph and 1800 ppm. Adjusted it to 6.2 ph and 1200 ppm. I can give the same amount of solution in 2 minutes now, so my 15 gallon reservoir will last a week. It's not quite enough liquid to have them fully watered, so I feel with my fingers and when dry enough I give a gallon or two of water until it runs out and back into the reservoir (the green hose is tray drainage back to the reservoir). The plants loved it last year and I'll do the same thing. Got the plants spreading out now. I can see the mainlines spreading under the rungs of the table. I got some bamboo from Canadian Tire and filled the space between tables. I might get some more and make something to hold the budding branches up (like the soccer net but with bamboo). Made the first video of this year. You can get a feeling of how it is in here. 😃 I'll try to make one a week to keep you updated. I think that's everything for this week. 34 Days have passed. The colors are fading for some reason but i dont really care, theres obviously room for improvement on this grow. Im just gonna let it go as far as i can and hopefuly the plants will mature before they die off. It may have been because of over watering, thats my best bet so i will not water until they show small signs of underwatering, just so i can make sure. Other than that, the buds are looking good and the smell is incredible. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

Decided I didn’t want to wait for the entire canopy to fill so I figured I’d do some lollipopping and one last vegetative feeding before flipping to flower in a few days after they have a couple days to stabilize after all the trimming I did today. In retrospect, looking at the before and after I may have gotten a little too heavy handed with the lollipopping and defoliation but you live and learn. The advice I got here like 3 weeks ago to back off the watering and let the soil dry out completely for like a week really helped the plant bounce back from the overwatering I was doing. Another lesson learned. Thanks again for all the experienced advice! The new growth leaves show none of the same issues the old ones were. I’m looking forward to flipping to flower and I love the fact that this is such a fast flowering strand!

Senescence is really starting to set in, some nice purple hues in the flowers now which are quite hard to show with my camera 📷 These girls are meant to flower for 60-70 days, based on the maturity of the larger lady, maybe they will finish a bit earlier, but this time even if the trichomes get very amber, I’m going to try and push them through for the full 70 days. I will start checking trichomes next week, I don’t want to give myself any excuse to cut them down. I have chopped too early in the past, either because of botrytis or lack of patience. The flowers on the larger plant aren’t quite as full and symmetrical as the other plants, but she has a lot of colas to support and I’m sure the taste and flavours will be great! Migro UVB got installed today, 3 hours per day at ‘noon’ from now until harvest ✂️ P.s the pictures are a little darker this week, because I wasn’t lazy and dimmed the lights down this time 🙃

Hi all Another week in the heat and all are still alive and well. FFT#8 Is now at the bare maximum , showing some green. !! She took such a terrible hit in the NFT tank due to high temps here in the UK. The cube it was in has been crumbling and rotting but has now been treated so she is in a new space in the other tank. Her size is tiny a d inthinknit will be a miracle if she makes a good harvest. She did well to survive the root rot though son there is hope. FFT#9 Has has a brilliant week catching up with the other ladies in soil pots. I began training her out a couple of weeks ago and have now re bent her knuckles to pump them up again. I took a lot of lower growth out to get some airflow around her now and she is taking on a planned ball shape nicely. She is a nice syrain to grow sonfar and is starting to have a tacky feel to her when handled. She is also taking on a little fruit smell too. FFT#10 Is a monster in the making. Her stems are nice and thick and have tooknreally well to the training sessions. Like her counterpart , she is tacky to touch now and a hint of a smell is starting. Her overall size in the huge pot is at least 3ft across already. Having to wait for the FFT#8 to catch up is going to be a task. The soil pots are taking a good 8L every 2 days and not looking overrated at all. They are so healthy and vigerous. Be safe Growmies

I have already said everything, in principle, I advise everyone to grow this variety, I got an amazing tree half purple with giant cones and a large harvest, I am delighted!
