2.17.2024: End of week 3. Plant is heathy and doing well. Pistils are showing and def in the preflower stage. Would wager there will be noticeable bud development at the end of this week. Still no nutes given although i would have to imagine its getting to be that time. No defoliation yet, only slight LST to the bottom branches. 2.18.2024: Start of week four from seed. Holding course. 2.19.2024: Day 31 from seed. Plant is drinking more. Gave 64oz at 6.4ph. Run off ppm was 1450 at 6.6ph. Essentially 4 full weeks from seed before i need to start feeding. Next watering will contain nutrients. 2.20.2024: Plant is doing its thing. Firmly in the preflower/early flower stage. Growing 1/2 to 1 inch a day it seems like. Still can't bring myself to do any defoliation. 2.21.2024: Day 33 from seed, 29 from sprout. Picked up the pot this morning and it was very lite so i gave it another 64oz at 6.3ph. No run off this time which tells me they are starting to need more water or i need to up the frequency. Still no nutes in 33 days! The branches of the top 2 large fan leaves this morning were sagging a bit with a touch of purple on the stems. Chalking that up to water but will monitor as we progress. 2.22.2024: Besides white tips on top growth, steady as she goes. I'll post a pic of the white tips. No idea how to solve. Plant is totally in flower but since we're almost at the end of week 5 from seed, i'll keep the diary in "flower." 14.5 inches from soil to top. Would love to see these get to 24 inches by the end. 2.23.2024: Upped water to 96oz at 6.4ph. About 2 cups of run off at 6.4ph and 1500ppm. Original soil still has nutes to offer at day 35 from seed.

Critical x Animal Cookies is doing good for her size. She is under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She is the smallest of 4 in the run. I did a solution change today. June 7: Lemon Cream Kush is looking good a day or two after being topped. June 9: going good. Video is a tip to moisten plant leaves a couple times a day when growing in dry air. It makes up for the low humidity. June 10: wildfire smoke has reappeared but not as bad as 2023 (here at least (so far)). She is not stretching out like my other plants but still growing. June 13: oops, i broke a main stem while trying to do LST. Patched with floral tape. it didnt fully break so the tape might work.

Well I was able to LST these girls quickly and they responded very well. So new SOP is to LST and then apply Raw aloe vera juice and the plants will explode. Will be flopping them to flower very soon.

Seeds popped today:-)transferred 3 Purple Kush seeds in to small pots 10/09/23 3 Purple Kush seeds, 1 seed in each small pot. Each Pot is Half filled with lite mix compost and Half filled with Vermiculite , watered planting medium before sowing seeds 2cm deep in planting medium. The seed will push through the vermiculite easley with very little effort, in effect increasing higher successful germination rate, the compost will offer the first tap root an immediate lite nutrient supply. Placed 3 pots on top of a Propagation heating mat for correct germination temperature, position in a shaded place, and keep out of direct sunlight. This may seem like a lot of effort? and it is, but it will be highly beneficial by increasing a higher germination rate and higher amount of seeds will germinate from using this method :-) especially if your seeds were expensive. 11/09/23 no sprouts above the vermiculite yet, i will check it again tomorrow. Today 2 Purple Kush Germinate and rise above the vermiculite 3 days after sowing. She is now well into flower. A very light smell which is very nice. I am feeding her heavily with no issues so far. Looking forwards to this one.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G
