To start the week i'm seeing the buds start to swell, i've also had to give a peroxide foliar spray to be sure i'm not going to be ingesting mites... shall see how it goes. ---- sprayed some dilute 3% peroxide mixed 2-1 with water. misted the shit out of it with distilled to get the humidity up afterwards the ladybugs were having a field day on all the water fleeing spider mites. see video

Grow Journal Week 9: Harvest Time 🌿 Hello dear growers and growerettes, All the ladies are finally done! Although each plant turned out a bit differently, I’m thrilled that the trichomes are consistent this time. The plants took slightly longer than what the manufacturer suggested, but they’re now ready. I’ve trimmed individual branches, removed large “no sugar leaves,” and hung them upside down in the tent. They’ve been drying for seven days and should be ready for trimming by the end of this week. Equipment and Soil Review Irrigation: I plan to replace the Blumats with autopots for the next grow. While the Blumat drippers work, they did flood my tent once, which wasn’t ideal. Soil: I’ll continue using the living soil from Floranics, but this time I’ll use the ready-made soil and their new product. This run was with the old product and self-activated. I'm very pleased with the time savings and the results, which are more than satisfactory for the effort. Exciting Upcoming Events I’m excited to share my smoke report soon and to see how the rosin from Banana Krumble turns out. You'll be the first to know how it goes. Until then, happy growing!

We've made it to week 3! (10/12/20) I'm very happy with how the girls are going, they have definitely put in a HUGE amount of work over the past 7 days. Plants 3 & 8 are very similar(extremely fat leaves & extra bushy) Plants 1 & 5 are similar (smaller phenos reacting to nutes slightly differently) & Plants 2, 4, 6 & 7 seem to be a cross between the previously mentioned phenos(not too small and not too big/bushy & reacting to nutes fine) Feel free to compare Week 1, 2 & 3 to see the differences. Nutes are staying the same this week, although I will be spacing feedings out a little bit further(18 hours-ish), as well as feeding straight PH'd water once a fortnight. I am contemplating hooking my simple drip-to-waste irrigation system up, although the girls are pretty close to the medium still and the halos sit 5-10cm above the medium, meaning fan leaves would be drooping onto the wet halos, so I'll give it another week and see how they're doing :) Update 11/12/20 - day 22 The girls have beefed up quite a bit over the last 24 hours, I'm really looking forward to seeing a stretch soon :) No feeding today & will water plain ph'd water tomorrow. Update 12/12/20 - day 23 Gave the girls straight ph'd water today with little run off. Veg growth is really starting to boom now, looking forward to seeing where this grow goes! I'm gladly accepting any tips or tricks, as I'm still only a beginner to indoors. Update 13/12/20 - day 24 Girls are looking great today, not much to report. They didn't get a feed or watering today as the medium was still wet after a pure watering yesterday. Update 14/12/20 - day 25 There's been a big increase in growth over the past 24 hours. All the girls besides the 2 smaller phenos look 100% happy, the smaller ones have looked a little weird since day 1(Weird as in colour of the fan leaves look deficient of something, but I'm not sure what. The girls will be getting a full feeding today. There's still no signs of sex but they are feminised seeds. Update 15/12/20 - day 26 Girls are looking happy today. Temps are back to normal after a heat wave in my city(its only going to get hotter from here on out). No feeding/watering today, pots are heavy/wet enough. Started using iphone for photos now, my only lens for my DSLR is useless for most grow related photos. I will upgrade my lens before next grow. I received my new silenced fan today! I couldnt be any happier :) It is a silenced Sigilventus SE-A150J, which I have set-up with a brand new Can-lite carbon filter. I went from a rocket loud eBay fan to a completely silent inline EC fan :D I hope the girls like the silence! Update 16/12/20 - day 27 The girls are continuing to boom! and I'm over the moon about it :D I gave them a full feeding today. I have seen white pistils coming out of calyx's on most of the girls, so i'm hoping they start to flower soon. I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine at 40-50% for 70% of the day, but the remaing 30% of the day it goes up to 60-65%. Temps stay the same in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day. Thanks for viewing! :)

Esta semana he regado solo con oro negro 2ml x litro de agua y organic power 1ml x litro de agua el resto de la semana solo con agua, he medido las ppm y en el drenaje me ha dado 1040. Me preocupa un poco el color de los tallos de las hojas que están de color morado, pero solo a las de maceta, a la que esta en tierra la veo bien, es mas le he sacado las ramas bajas para que no gaste energía en criar esos coquitos que salen pequeños.

Everything is growing good. I've been doing regular feed of green rush bloom, recharge, & foop sweetner. I have been plucking big fan leaves on top covering other bud sites off. I will do a big defoliation on week 3. I still have a little underneath I could lollipop off. I try not to take much off at one time until wk3. The 2 slapz plants are not stretching much. Доброго времени Сегодня 82 день жизни моей девочки. Она во всю цвете и сегодня ровна неделя с того дня как я начал считать цвет. Планирую еще 7-8 недель ее продержать, хотя по паспорту у нее всего 8 недель цвета. На 76 день жизни, я обрезал почти все слабые боковые стебли и все нижние листья. За неделю она заметно подросла. Азот я не стал еще убирать, думаю его высокое содержание продержать еще неделю, затем буду уменьшать его содержание в питательном растворе. Внимательные люди заметили б однозначно весящую лампу, у меня все время вылетало с головы напить о ней))) Эта лампа UVB на 25вт, для рептилий. Много читал про ультрафиолет, единого мнения нет. Это мой второй опыт связанный с ней. Весной этого года я ее использовал с 4 недели цвета, режим работы 4 часа в сутки. Признаюсь я не понял разницу, то есть я не знаю прибавила ли она содержание ТГК в шишках или нет, но точно сказать могу вреда от нее не было. Следующий гров я ее уже не использовал, а в этот раз решил опять воспользоваться ею. На мой взгляд 25вт очень мало, при том что у моих основных ламп 600вт, в будущем думаю купить еще две на 25вт. Если у кого есть опыт с подобными лампамы, пишите, интересно узнать какого результата вы добились. Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

The super skunk feminised stands at 62cm tall with bushy growth. The growth this week has ceased with most of her energy being used for bud formation. Her leaves are dulling. Calyxes beginning to swell. Ph remains at 5.9 as she is fed when the her pot is light enough. Overall the super skunk looks good!

This grow was so amazing!! The purple punch’s came out super sticky dense nugs, super frosty , an a huge smell of blueberry muffins!
