🇺🇸Week 3🇺🇸 – Growth Explosion & First Training Back again for this week’s update! The Mother Gorilla is going crazy—she’s growing at an insane pace, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. The plant is super strong, and the leaves are just massive. Some are reaching up to 21 cm long, which is wild. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. And honestly, I have to say—I’m seriously impressed by Formulex from Growth Technology. I’ve been using the same nutrient solution since the start, and the results are just insane. It’s such a simple product, but what it’s delivering so far is absolutely incredible. I’ll be switching to growth fertilizers soon (they’re on the way), but for now, I’m sticking with Formulex, and it’s honestly blowing my mind. Environmental Conditions Not much has changed on that front. The environment is still dialed in: • Temperature: ~22-23°C during the day, 18°C at night. • Nutrient solution temp: Holding steady at 17-18°C. • pH levels: Hovering around 5.8-6.0—had to adjust it slightly during the week, but nothing major. It’s stable overall. • VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit): Still around 0.6, which seems to be working well. As long as it stays below 0.8, I think we’re in the sweet spot. • Humidity: Holding at 70%. Everything’s been pretty stable, and it looks like the plant is loving it. Major Work This Week – Defoliation & Topping This week was huge in terms of plant training. The foliage was getting super dense, so I went in for a heavy defoliation, removing all the big fan leaves. On top of that, I topped the plant—cut the main shoot to redirect energy towards the secondary branches. The goal is to push those side branches so they can take full advantage of the SCROG I just set up! Now, it’s all about recovery. Hopefully, she bounces back strong, and we can really start working that SCROG. Alright, that’s it for this week! Let’s keep an eye on things and see how she responds. La Mother Gorilla part en vrille, elle pousse à une vitesse folle et franchement, je suis super content. La plante est ultra vigoureuse, et les feuilles sont juste énormes. Certaines atteignent 21 cm de longueur, c’est complètement dingue. Je crois que je n’ai jamais vu ça avant. Et franchement, je dois le dire—je suis vraiment impressionné par le Formulex de chez Growth Technology. J’utilise exactement la même solution nutritive depuis le début, et les résultats sont juste dingues. C’est un produit hyper simple, mais ce que ça donne pour l’instant, c’est vraiment incroyable. Je vais bientôt passer sur les engrais de croissance (ils sont en commande), mais en attendant, je continue avec Formulex, et ça me bluffe complètement. Travaux de la semaine – Défoliation & Topping Cette semaine, grosse session d’entretien. La canopée devenait hyper dense, donc j’ai fait une bonne défoliation, en enlevant toutes les grosses feuilles. J’ai aussi topé la plante—j’ai coupé l’apex principal pour rediriger l’énergie vers les branches secondaires. L’idée, c’est de booster les secondaires pour qu’elles profitent à fond du SCROG que je viens d’installer ! Maintenant, elle doit récupérer. J’espère qu’elle va repartir de plus belle et qu’on va vraiment pouvoir bosser ce SCROG. Voilà pour cette semaine ! On garde un œil sur tout ça et on voit comment elle évolue. Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

This week the soil is finally a bit dryer, and I noticed the plant asking for food, therefore I applyed the solution with the described nutrients always being careful with nutrient overdose (less is more). The plant looks very healthy, and the only comment is that it has a leave with a weird shape. It could be due genetics. 😅 I used bio-pH+ from BioBizz to increase the pH from 5.64 to 6.3 (the ideal I think). Please let me know your thoughts about my plant 🙌

So had some problems. I took to long to raise my lights and i paid the price i flushed and 6.14 on the runoff so i think my meter is broken im also adding calmag too because from what ive been reading i should have used it sooner. You live and you learn though Some crunchy leaves but not as bad as my other plant The bud sites are doing awesome though still growing and the leaves are gaining more and more thc. She seems like shes still taking water and maturing so im not too worried. If anyone can give any advice to help me fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Barneys Farm pineapple Chunk 7 weeks of Flowering Completed 8th March 2020 I found some Bud rot in a bud early this past week and immediately removed it. This had me very concerned so after I washed my hands I inspected all of the remaining buds and couldn't find anymore which was both a blessing and a Warning to be extra vigilant from Now on. Luckily the Constant high humidity caused from the overcast conditions has finally abated and this weeks forecast is for Mostly sunny and Dry days. The Big fan that can be seen in the above images runs 24/7 now to create a constant medium strength Breeze that physically moves the branches and hpefully inhibits any further Rot fom occuring. Barneys Farm suggests a possible 56 day harvest for this strain but in the two times I have previously grown it . The phenotypes required 70+ days to get 20% amber trichomes. To be perfectly honest I doubt i'll be able to let this one run for that long because of the potential loss of bud thru rotting. I'm only at day 49 now so I guess I will be counting myself lucky if I can get it to around the 60 day mark ? Been needing to feed and water quite often as its drinking up everything I throw at it. Other than that not a lot else to report other than those big colas are very heavy already and dense which is my main concern but happy to see them so fat too 😎 Thanks once again to you all for reading my Update , Please leave a like if you liked the update and I'll see ya's next week 👍

Beautiful pair of phenos of Badaz og cheese very excited about what strain is gonna offer me in terms of quality buds, so excited to see what is every of this 2 phenos gonna be like, I really hope that both of them have the exact terpenes profile and the same potency! Week 4 has begun. Day64-Flower Day 22 This week should get 2 feedings in. The current water feed schedual and ratio is for the next feeding which should take place Wednesday. This is the last week with the addition of Grow fert. Update I’ve eliminated the grow fert. My water is chalk full of everything. The Bloom solution has enough N to get through the grow. Day65 - Flower Day 23 Rotated 180 degrees Next water will be tomorrow All bloom from next week. The pH problem I encountered has definitely stunted the over all size of the plants. Colour is coming back to the bottom part that had Iron deficiency... over all the plants look better after the proper pH flush. 9-10 more weeks to go. Day66 -Flower 24 3.2 litres fed 350 mil run off Ppm 650 ph 6.0 Day 67-Flower 25 All is well.🚰💦💧🍀🍃🌿🌱🌲🌳🍄🌞 Day 68- Flower 26 all good...A little more growth..half an inch on 1...the damage is done...maybe a little more but not much. They’ll fatten and get sticky...already starting to funk. One all Pine and pepper...the other some other worldly funk. ✌️🏽 Day 69. - Flower 27 Feeding day 💦3.2 litres / 15% runoff Ph 6.0 Ppm 600 Looking better each day...almost the end of week 4 Next feeding is only ph’d water Day 70 - Flower 28 Decided to flush this morning 3.5 gallons each with 5.9 ph and 500ppm Too much build up over the course of the last 60 nights or so.... Fighting for these two....they’ll come through Still have plenty of time. 🤞🏼🍀💦

25APR - Starting week 2 I transplanted them into 2 gal pots. Moved everyone into the 5x5 tent. Switching to a 1000w MH light Monday, once that's all set up, I will take pictures of everyone individually. 26APR - was going to move everyone but due to cold weather at night unfortunately I can't right now so they're stuck where they're are for now, but they still have plenty room. 27APR - put a fan in, after work today I will be moving them to a bigger tent and switching their lights to 22/2 for a little bit due to cold weather at night.
