Aug 30: very hot for the Labour Day weekend. Defoliated some upper fan leaves that were growing inward and blocking sunlight. Buds need direct sun to ripen. Sep 2: heat wave has past but now we have smoke for a couple of days. Decreased water volume from 9 L/day when it was hot to 5-6 L/day now.

Updating for the week of 9/12 Euphoria is doing great. She responded well to the top dressing last week, but I figured she could use some more sugar so I gave her molasses and liquid nutes this week. There were a lot of worms that got exposed during watering so that's a really good sign that they're in there, working what wasn't completely broken down in the compost, and leaving worm castings behind👍 Otherwise I think it's all covered in the video! Obviously I didn't upload after taking photos and video, I thought I could push through my migraine a little more but then the kaleidoscope aura kicked in and I had to hide from the sun... and the rest of the world. Happy growing

The smell is crazy when the tent is opened and only growing stronger every day. I've definitely learned I caused them to grow so tall. The tallest one is 3ft and that's because I kept the light too far from them. Gonna keep note of that for Season#2 because they are so tall now. The buds seem to be getting thicker and I'm happy for that, I realized I'm impatient and also tainted by the internet with my expectations of them. I'm seeing frost a lot more now, which is cool. Plus, some of them are starting to see different traits and that's exciting because they kind of all look exactly the same and they aren't.

Very good plant to grow 8/10 for me 💯💯🔥 very high yielding with a crazy yield of 131grams of 1 plant very tall and skinny but dense buds 🙏🏽

🍮 Chem Brûlée – Pheno B Week 8 | Opening the Canopy Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱 Chem Brûlée Pheno B continues to show why phenotype hunting is so fascinating. While her sister has remained a little more compact, this girl has continued stretching upward and is now the taller of the two. At around 130 cm, she's developed a beautiful vertical structure with plenty of flowering sites running along her branches. This week, however, she was asking for a little more room to breathe. And we listened. 🌿 A Little Defoliation, A Lot More Light As flowering progresses, some of the older fan leaves had become less useful, creating shadows over developing flower sites and reducing the openness of the canopy. So this week we gave her a light, selective defoliation. Nothing aggressive. No major restructuring. We simply removed leaves that were no longer contributing much to the plant and were blocking light or airflow. The goal wasn't to strip the plant, but to open her up just enough for the developing flowers to receive better exposure. The result is a cleaner canopy while keeping plenty of healthy foliage to support continued flower development. Sometimes defoliation isn't about taking something away. It's about making room for what matters next. 🌼 Flowers Taking Shape The flowers are becoming much more obvious now. White pistils continue appearing across the plant, while the individual bud sites are starting to develop more structure and density. The main tops are becoming increasingly defined, and the secondary flowers are developing nicely along the branches. The stretch is also beginning to settle down. She's still gaining some height, but more of her energy is clearly shifting toward building flowers rather than simply growing upward. The next few weeks should become particularly interesting as those early flower formations begin turning into proper, stacked colas. 🍃 Healthy Leaves, Healthy Plant One thing I particularly enjoy about this phenotype is the contrast between her long, elegant structure and the increasingly developed flowers along the branches. The healthy leaves remain vibrant, while the selective cleanup has given us a much clearer view into the plant. So.... We start week 9 - 9-30 to 10/6 so far so good , one of them more slow but with nice structure, I m gone love to see development of lastest one , keep feeding them in my attempt to harvest nice and fat buds, let's see.,( smells very good)

📆 Semana 10 La Mentha de Croco entra en su recta final. Los cogollos ya no engordan apenas, pero sí maduran: los tricomas muestran mezcla clara de lechoso y ámbar en las puntas, marcando que el punto óptimo está muy cerca. La resina se espesa, la textura se vuelve más pegajosa y el aroma mentolado gana profundidad. Los pistilos siguen oscureciendo y la planta empieza a mostrar ese “tono final” típico: menos actividad interna, más concentración en rematar terpenos. El riego baja al mínimo, manteniendo solo la hidratación justa antes del lavado final. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Day 29: LST is done. 600W LED, 20 hours on 4 hours off the same with ventilation. Insetvrhe lamp approx 36 cm away. Water intake: 75 ml per plant plus triggering, humidity around 60 percent. Fertilization is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with BioBizz family, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Critical Orange Punch started flowering se grows very quick. Rest of them are OK as well they are on the way... Day 30: I did LST again. I didn't have enough elastic band yesterday so I bought today and bent them better. I also set the lamp closer approx 32 cm.Day 31: I did LST yesterday and bent them. They already "lifted up" their heads toward the lamp. As they grow I will keep bending the main stalk and the side ones. I will try to create a spiral form and spread the plants with time. Day 32: Almost all of them started flowering except Sour Stomper. Day 35: Auto Critical Orange is the monster here. She is the most developed and tallestbwoth approx 28cm. (Hard to.measure property because of LST). Pre flowers developing nicely along the plants. I changed the lamp as it needed to my other tent because my other lamp is shit. So I will swap them one week here other week there... End of the week the tallest is Critical Orange Punch with approx 28 cm and the shortest Sour Stomper with 14 cm.

Felt greedy and moved SBR back, they're together again, started one more plant, planning to add another diary soon. Girls look good! Already started blooming, stigmas appeared at the beginning of week 2, buds seem to start forming. Since SBR is a bit smaller than KE she has a podium to stand on. Like a queen ahah. I've cut 2 lower branches of KE, and few from SBR. Not sure about defoliation at the moment, Leaves under the lights seem to be ventilated well and aren't wet

Con esta cosecha estoy muy satisfecho. En cuanto a peso bruto me pareció una locura a la hora de la balanza. Sus cogollos son increíblemente densos y llorosos. Planta muy resistente al calor y a grandes cantidades de luz. En un ambiente soleado sería genial! De momento mucho olor a goma de mascar y un toque de diesel. Veremos como actúa después del secado y actualizaré con notas de humo y pitado en seco. Saludos a todos y mucho amor en estas fiestas!!

Was just using water with the last 2 plants this week. They both plumped up a bit and got more color going on, which is exactly what I was waiting for. Overall, it was a nice grow with only a couple hiccups.

having trouble keeping the humidity down and running out of room to move my light up. Had some nutrient burn the second and third week of flower think its under control now. Other than that they looking great!
