Buds are packing on weight pretty good for only being at the end of week 3. I think these buds have potential to get some good size to them by the end of flowering period. I noticed a few days ago my timer stopped working, lights were stuck on. Looks like there's no ill effects yet though despite worrying about them revegging if they were left on for too long. Noticed leaf tips are all nute burned so they are at their maximum for ppm as far as nutrient uptake is concerned. Going to back the ppm off by 250 in the next feeds and continue to observe the leaf tips. Plants are still recovering from a nute lockout that caused a mg deficiency and took away a lot of bottom growth from all 4 plants. Ph is back on track and plants are growing rapidly again. Week 3 is starting off busy. Day 14 I finally got some Bone Meal. So, I added 2 more inches on topsoil. 1st I added 1/4 cup of Bat Guano ea., 1/3 cup Bone Meal ea., 2tbsp of Potassium Nitrate and Calcium Nitrate ea. Lightly mixed into top 1" of coco. Then I added 1-1/2" of Canna coco mix (perlite10%, worm casting25%) over top of soil. Then, I topped it of with cedar chips spread over both surfaces. Day 15, 12noon I watered both girls with 1/2Lt of 6.4PH water only. 8pm I decided to LST a couple of umbrella leaves each. Hope it helps with light penetration. There's a bunch of new growth under those two leaves. How does it look so far.... Day 18: Lot of changes... Switched my lights around. The TS-1000 made heat where the Pro2 Epistar 400W didn't. Was just a hunch but as soon as I changed the temp of the room went down 8degrees. The TS-100 was directly under the exhaust fan. Cool... Took the fan out and modified the base to give some more floor room, then added a humidifier. Was going to install a DIY Co2 generator but my silicone must he too old and didn't dry. I'll clean off, fix and install tomorrow. Ladies look great, I removed the LST wires from the two umbrella leaves. 2 days were enough to get the under foliage to grow past them. Watered 1Lt "water only" PH 6.2 each plant. Added some Epson Salt to foliar spray and cleaned off the leaves on each plant.

Day one of week 4. Nutes (BioBizz Grow) 50% of recommended dose have gone in today, I will increase the dose to 1ml for the next watering in 2/3 days. Will introduce BioBizz Bloom next week if no Nutes burn this week. Will do some more LST training tomorrow after another full 18 hrs of sun.. UPDATE - 13th September: Day 2 of week 4, gave the girls a very little trim and some more LST today.. New growth coming through nicely.. UPDATE - 14th September: Day 3 of week 4, Nutes (BioBizz Grow) went in today at 1ml per litre. A little more LST and I finally topped the girls 😍.. UPDATE: 16th September: Day 5 of week 4, 3rd lot of BioBizz Grow Nutes at 1ml/l per plant. Pleased with my four ladies progress so far! Peace ✌️🏼 🍃

Been alot colder this week but humidity very high so got the dehumidifier set up. Though I would be ready to start flushing plant early next week but I think it still needs 1 or 2 or feeds before flushing. Also going to give her an extra hour of darkness 13/11

The buds are swelling and gaining more color and the UV setting is being extended by 15 minutes

Day 132 It's been much cooler this week, and the plants are using much less water. I'm wondering whether to harvest it on Tuesday or wait another week. A little rain is forecast, but it should be very light. I thought the buds would get bigger, but that's not happening. The buds are really loaded with big trichomes. Otherwise, I've defoliated to allow the smaller, lower buds to grow bigger.

Alots of leaning ladies this week and not enough garden wire to tie all the ladies up, either way the trichomes are looking great and are right where I like them to be. I only weigh 1 plant wet which was the one I processed for hash, which was around 400 grams trimmed. The remaining 3 ladies have a lot of great big. dense buds. The smell is very similar to a citrus cleaner. After about 10 to 14 days we will have these ladies trimmed up and ready for jars. Our White Widow is moving past simple hairs, now we can clearly see the beginnings of tiny buds forming. It’s the second big flower stage in her journey, and the structure is starting to express the true White Widow personality: compact, resinous, and promising. I took her out of the tent for another photoshoot, capturing her in detail with the Sony A6000. Close-ups show her leaves, structure, and those first clustered flowers. I also filmed short videos, including one where I share how I talk with my plants daily. For me, it’s not optional — it’s part of a symbiotic relationship. Plants respond to energy and care, and I believe everyone should try it. 🌱💭 ⸻ Light Strategy – Emerson Effect Simulation A special note this week: I recorded a screen video from the TrolMaster TM+ app to show how the lights are scheduled. 🌅 Wake-up: The reds switch on 15 minutes before the whites and blues. 🌇 Wind-down: At night, the reds also stay on 15 minutes longer than the other spectrums. This is designed to simulate sunrise and sunset while taking advantage of the Emerson Effect, a synergistic boost in photosynthesis efficiency when far-red and red light are combined with other wavelengths. The result? Plants wake up and settle down more naturally, with smoother light transitions, reduced stress, and potentially increased energy capture. It’s a small tweak, but it reflects how every detail of this environment is tuned with intention. ⸻ Environmental Changes This week, a big addition: the AC unit. Before, the room was running hot at 31–32°C and more, but now it’s stable at 28°C (occasionally 29°C). Combined with ~66% RH, this gives a steady VPD of 1.33, right in a comfortable zone for flower. CO₂ naturally fluctuates between 450–800 ppm, and the plants are thriving in these conditions. Even during the hotter weeks, they adapted beautifully, proof of the resilience of both the genetics and the environment we’ve been building. ⸻ Feeding & New Recipe Until now, she’s been on the Aptus base recipe: • Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L This week, I introduced a Plagron trio to push flower development: • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Why now? Because she’s transitioned from stretch to actual bud formation. Power Buds helps with compact flowering sites, Sugar Royal enhances metabolism and energy (especially under high light), and Green Sensation supports resin and bud swelling later on.
