During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately 👍. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water and put into the 100 liter tank so that the water can stand and I'll have enough next week :-) Otherwise everything was cleaned. Week 14 complete..and she's still going!! Trichomes are getting there..slowly but surely!! Buds are really fattening up and she smells bloody lovely!! Earthy pine and lemon/citrus. It's just a waiting game now. Just a couple of white pistils left so I'm thinking this could be the week!! But she may still need another..I'm in no rush!! The packet says 10-12 weeks but she's well past that so it shows patience it's extremely important!! Still giving her water at .5l per 24hrs. And when the tricomes are more towards at least 70% milky and the other 30% a mix of amber and clear I'll starve her of water for a couple of days and that should finish her off!! Really looking forward to seeing what the root ball looks like as it should have a crazy mycillium network that should have regulated everything as well as it has!! Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. And lastly, I have to address the 'elephant in the room'. Yes, it looks like she's got some seeds in her flowers. She's in my 4x8 with seven other ladies and, unbeknownst to me, my Do Si Dos #33 developed some male flowers that were EXTREMELY small and well hidden. As a result, she got fertilized. This happened so late into flower that I decided to go ahead and finish her out. My hopes are that I get some viable seeds which should be an interesting F1 cross between these two. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's just starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which, according to the breeder, will be here in around three weeks +/- but nothing is cut in stone so I'll let the trichomes determine when she's ready...ya never know, could be a lot sooner! 🤪 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this 11-12 Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 77-84 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder for best taste/yield and will probably go closer to the 9 weeks +/- which is the minimum recommended flowering period for this strain, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. WOW!!! She's f'ing huge!!! Definitely the largest auto I've ever grown. The bud sites are still in early development but she's beautiful. However, I think she's suffering a little from the heat in the attic (where my grow tent is). I'll be moving her outside in the next week or so in an effort to help her out. Hoping for the best! 🙏

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) Still cruising, everything has been running very smoothly and the smell is just undoubtedly off the charts. The ladies are showing off some colour and are fading naturally bringing out hues of orange and purple. I also noticed that the leaves and buds closest to the lights are showing significantly more colour that the ones that are further away. The colas are also getting heavy and there are some side colas that are hanging and needed to be reinforced to keep them upright. (This is a good thing obviously) I know I said I would start the flush (not giving any more nutrients/top-ups) but I decided to give them a small dose of Boom Bloom just to give the ladies that final boost. I boosted them in the middle of the week and the flush has begun after that. Only water from now until harvest. Pest Report: None Smell Report: HEAVEN

Day 71 Flower (Day 113) Today was the first day of week 11 of flower and another uneventful day. I took a couple of pics and gave the right girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.3 water. That was it. Day 72 Flower (Day 114) Yet another exciting day - open the tent, look at the trichomes, snap a pic, close the tent, repeat. The left girl is fading, but her trichomes are all cloudy. On the other hand, the right girl is hardly fading at all but shows some amber here and there. Day 73 Flower (Day 115) Today, all I did was to give each girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.3 water. Done Day 74 Flower (Day 116) Didn't do fuckall today. I'm so ready to harvest these girls. Already a solid month of overtime. I will cut in a few days I think. Amber trichomes be damned. 11 weeks of flower is enough! Day 75 Flower (Day 117) I gave the left girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.5 water today and checked the trichomes on both girls (again). That was it. Day 76 Flower (Day 118) Woohoo! I'm finally starting to see some amber trichomes here and there. The end is near! Day 77 Flower (Day 119) Today was the last day of week 11 of flower, and the grow is drawing to an end. I had a closer look at the trichomes, and they are showing enough amber to satisfy me. I think I will chop tomorrow on day 120. It's been a fun grow, and I have learned a bunch, but after over a month of overtime, I'm also ready to close down shop and have a bit of break.
