10/10/2022 - 64 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱
The fifth week of flowering of my Mandarine XL 🍊🍊🍊
Nutrients:
Jungle Indabox - this week I keep serving and adding Jungle Indabox Environ X - bud stimulator 🌼🌸🌼
Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud - I canceled the bud stimulator mix and stayed with Jungle Indabox because the girls got a little burnt, the classic brown color appeared on the tips of the leaves 🍃🍂
I stuck with Bud Candy, all my girls need plenty of carbs 🍭🍭
Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand
Training:
With Mandarine XL, I did not defoliate as much as with BCN, it was not necessary, I mainly cut off the large leaves that shade the light 🍃🍃
Light: Believe - the best light of sponsor Mars Hydro TS 1000 💡💡
In general:
The plant is strong, manages nutrients well, absorbs as needed.
Its buds form mainly at the ends of the branches and are dense.
She Is in full bloom, I expect her to bloom for at least another two weeks 🏵️💮
It smells really wonderful, she revealed her strongly fruity scent 🍋🍊

4 days of cloudy weather, hoping for more sun this week! So far so good, very tiny plant, probably just genetics? Flowering pretty fast!

The cold significantly stunted development. I cut it 20 days too early because I was afraid of botrytis spreading from other plants, but that was my mistake, as botrytis never reappeared on subsequent plants.
8 days drying with indirect wind and dark place.
Small 3-liter vase, just a few grams, the crop still had more time to mature.

Been a smooth week for the most part. Started them on some armor si and humic/fulvic acid. I thought the twisted helix had a root issue but after watching the growth there is a genetic issue with this this plant. The branches are growing abnormal and she is not happy. I will probably be switching them to flower at the end of week 4 and I have a sour sorbet that will be making an appearance when I flip them to flower. She has been vegging in a different room for about 6 weeks. I will be doing a little training throughout next week to get them spread out.

Last daaaays 😍😍 Im trying not to rush the flush and I rather wait a few more days to bring this ec right down.
Still looking pretty healthy and not much yellowing yet.

Easy going week. nothing much to report. The EC pen I got is acting weird already. sometimes I'll put it in the feeding liquid and it will display 400ppm something. Then if I move it about or drip it in and out it will jump up to 700ppm something. I doing it over and over till I get a base line and go from that. this weeks EC was aorund 680ppm but the video does not show the other dips I did. PH still kicking aorund 5.9. I find it more annoying to adjust just the waters PH for these plants on the balcony where everything else is "as is" Will try this again indoors in a peat and perlite medium void of any other additives when It can have more of my undivided attention. maybe on the other seeds I got from FB via a friend in the mail.
Side note uploading videos into the diaries is great and all, but takes to long to resize and process, can't hit save till its all done... no idea what its doing in the backend. stupid rule on contest must have videos every week,

Week 10,
one more week normal feeding then ill start to lower the EC a lot and just feed straight rain with 1.5ml/l overdrive
By that time she wont need nitrogen anymore she is very dark and fattening up. The buds are rockhard and full of frost. I think 3 more weeks and shes gonna be ready

Metal rainbow f1 on first day in week 11 and she has produced a few stigmas out of a few of the main branches she’s also been stretching alot over the past week looking forward to seeing more flower development through the next few weeks

I did a few things differently than I usually do since I’ve been having problems with germination lately. I’ve grown strawpicanna before, so I know it’s not exactly an easy cultivar. Still, I experimented, and sometimes experiments fail. I’m not crying over it though - things happen in the garden you just gotta grow with the flow. 😝😝 I still have some things in the works. Just got a 10 pack of Blueberry Rose from Lovin In Her Eyes so I’ll be back with a fresher and hopefully far better diary in a few days.

Fed today...I feel better and my plants are looking better....whew!
12/10:
Will switch to 12/12 tonight. and turn on the extra reds. Will also begin UVB stressing immediately.
12/11:
Flipped to flower.
12/12:
Fed today and sprayed with boom boom spray and axiom harpin proteins. I also added a tablespoon of Happy Frog Cavern Culture to the pots before watering it in.
Got the DIY CO2 generator going with a fresh batch of sugar and yeast.
12/16:
Fed today. Good week in the garden...plants are looking great...stretching has commenced.

She is really charging through flowering!! I cut a couple of pieces off to look at trichomes. She's not ready yet, but soon.
She's been getting just plain water this week.
Anyway, apologies for poor pics this week, they're all getting too big to get in and out the tent without damage. Last week I snapped the main cola on the CBD 😭

After a 14 day hang, she gifted a 72g + 20g worth of trim. My largest yield for one plant. Small buds but there are lots of them. Very good smoke from the early test before throwing the into the jar.

This week I successfully transplanted Blueberry to her forever home, which is a 5 gal. Lumo-X fabric pot filled with good old potting soil. Once in her new pot I gave her 500ml water with Dutch Science's Seed and Root formula. She looks healthy and strong but still very young. I'm really keeping an eye on my light levels because i'm trying to avoid stretching. Controlling stretching was one of the bigger mistakes I first made during my first ever grow last summer.
So far everyone seems happy in the tent despite have 3 different plants at 3 different stages of growth.
Grow strong little one we have lots of training to do 💪.
