Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

Day 43 (Second Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! We’re well into day 43 of our second grow and deep into the flowering phase. 🌸 The transition has been amazing to witness, with our plants showing significant bud development. The plants are producing beautiful, dense buds, and it’s incredible to see the daily changes and the rapid development. We’ve been maintaining the humidity between 50-60%, but we’re keeping a close eye on it to prevent any issues. We’re considering whether to get a dehumidifier to bring it down to the ideal 40-50%. The SCROG net continues to work wonders, ensuring even light distribution and supporting the heavy buds. Our Timor shield mantis is still patrolling the garden, keeping pests at bay naturally. She’s become quite the guardian! The plants are looking healthy and vibrant. We're excited to see how they continue to develop over the coming weeks. Any tips or advice for optimizing this stage? I'm surprised by the beauty of this strain, the big fat leaves it had while vegging with that bright green color, the pink pistils on the flowers, the already matured and brown trichomes on the larger leaves (I don't know why it did this and if it's normal) and gets you to that caramel looking bud

Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. Day 21 of flower, these two are very healthy and have a pretty sturdy foundation. Had to defoliate a little bit I usually try to around week 1 and 3 of the flip. Getting 2nd feed of the GBL line today.

Now we've reached day 25. We are in the transition phase, pre-flowering if you want, when the seedlings reveal their sex by showing the white fluff or the boyish balls. Day 50 the plant has been growing at an incredible speed and has a very very large flowering stretch in fact I only have left 5 inches to raise up my light and then I'm going to have to do something to keep an eye on those branches so they don't stretch anymore or at least they can have enough light to proper development. From all the plants I have grow indoors this one is the only one that has make my light stretched to the top of the tent I guess it's a good problem to have. Other than the incredible stretch the plan seems to be healthy and doing pretty well the flower is development and I'm looking forward to see how this is going to turn out. Day 52 I have rise my light to the top as high as I can and she still grow past the light towards the exhaust system I had to tie her down in order to create an arch and in that way make her receive enough light instead of growing over the top of the light where there is actually no sufficient light if this problem persist I will have no choice but to do super cropping on the tallest branches and see how they react to that I decide to take some cuttings I'm trying to clone this one to see if I can get her outside in the summer in another buddy house and see how she reacts to challenging Ontario weather. Day 53 I have to Super crop several branches Unfortunately they were growing straight into the light becoming burned by the intense light I hope the plant doesn't react to bad to HST and still deliver awesome buds thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.
