Girls are all looking healthy... anyone growing blackberry she doesn’t like much N by the look of it...... C4 is doing well, structuraly she is set so just need to stack on those buds!... I’ve had my daylight bulb off for the last few weeks but as it’s 0.5c outside I’ve flicked her back on between the 2x 600 hps and turned off my intake fan, I have also removed the glass from my air cooled reflectors and temps are easily controllable, I think these are great supplementary lamps at the start and the end....... but this is my second grow so really I know f*ck all!! 🤭(all the gear no idea) just my opinion. Having fun and learning at the same time 😎 ....🖖🎄

Starting flushy flushy These are not the biggest buds but they are extremely dense and the citrus smell is intoxicating. This was kind of a unique grow experience the way that I trained this plant. The canopy is even for the most part and good airflow between branches and was very easy to maintain but I believe the yield will be affected due to insufficient lighting, nute burn a little neglect on my part. The quality is on point. Small compact nugs. Heavy trichomes present and the smell is fire. So not a heavy yielder but this lady will impress the senses either way. I tested a nug and was extremely impressed how much the citrusy smell was present with exhale was so refreshing. Anyways this gal is nearing the end of her life and is a fine plant that I intend to grow again. Thx for browsing my diary. Keep em popping 🇨🇦😉🌱👊🙏

******** Week 10 - Feb 10 to 16/20 (Days 64 - 70 from seed popping out) It’s flush week so not much to update really. This week you anticipate the outcome with great hopes and also think about missed opportunities......no different here 😂 😂 😂 Last feed given last week. First good flush and finishing agent used this week. Gave her Flawless Finish in the morning and 8 hours later flushed her with 8L of RO water. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, I used Flawless Finish to flush the medium. The medium is pretty good with going into the week in mid 300’s ppm. She is taking the end well😀 Her stems are really pulling inward. Really wish I had a wider pot to have been able to pull out further from the centre.....widen her up more. She has started to show her purple colours this week as well. She is fading and looking more beautiful everyday! Will be pushing this girl and don’t anticipate chopping her down before next weekend.....day 75 to 77 idea.......see what the week brings. She has beautiful buds but they need more squishing and I want to ensure she can feed on herself as much as possible. I personally prefer the smoke from a plant flushed for two weeks, so that is the goal......only concern is what will happen to tricombs over the next four days or so???? She squished out bud very well over the weekend and has swelled quite a bit. She is getting fat and happy.......putting on the weight and frost this week girl!! Dropped the night temps to 60 degrees and the humidity to roughly 40% at night. Stripped more of her leaves and down to just bud, haha. Some are still left where I don’t want to remove the leaves for fear of bruising the bud trying to get it off. 😧 Mephisto.....I have seen in a number of the other diaries where the frost seems thick on the fan leaves and this strain is no different! There will be very few leaves that won’t make it into the trim bin from this girl👌😀 For me.....its not that I haven’t seen this frost level but rather, this an auto only 10 weeks from popping her head out of the soil!!!! Even at 8 and 9 weeks it catches your eye as if you see something as growing wrong or an issue.....then you look closer and go DAMN😂!!!!!! Senescence has set in and I have not seen that on many other Mephisto diaries for Skywalker and it is awesome!! Several more days to go for her to show her beauty....exciting😜 If she can keep swelling she will be a great producer!! Autrement j ai eu un petit départ de bud rot sur la melon gum (rien de méchant 2 calices coincé entre 3 immense têtes ;) j ai donc enlever les 2 têtes et désinfecté aux mieux (les 2 têtes n avez rien j ai donc pu les goûter hier soir et j doit dire l effet est vraiment sympa ;)

High GD community Week 16, Zuchinis all around, tomatoes getting ready on a daily. Cucumbers are getting almost mature proportions. Everything going well. Terra preta Location: center perma garden Surface: 125cm x 105cm Depth: 115cm The hole was dug out over 3 days, it were very sunny days. 😅 Theres mostly loamsand with a small sandloam bottom that was very hard. The sand was also very compressed and hard. The top layer is this grey dusty soil of about 40cm deep. At the bottom theres pure sand thats soft, easy drainable. First step is to fill up the entire bottom with fine chopped wood, progressively using bigger pieces of wood. I try to use some hardwood like oak to for its extra K (potassium = pot ash). A bit of charcoal to. This will take the entire first day, bcs it needs to have a minimal ticknes of pure ashes of around 5cm. Otherwise, after compressing it with the upcoming layers, the ash-line would almost disappear. Not all the wood needs to be burned entirely. Its a first layer with lots of N and K. Bones can be used to in the fire making the NPK complete. But it can be added also as a separated layer. I dont have that much bone material because my 2 dogs, or eating, or burry them somewere. Little warning at the end, be aware of your local laws applied to open fires. 😅😉 After a good burn ive got between 8 and 12cm of ashes in total over the entire surface. A small layer of soil (5cm) is put on top of that. Theres no need to harden out that layer, pressure will to the work and the layers will compress over time into ideal circumstances. On to the next layer!! Next is a layer of the compost, but the part that isnt allready decomposed. Its green/brown/yellow of color. And a bit of everything, grass, weeds, leafs and some thin branches. Another layer soil to cover that up. Now i formed a thin layer of chopped(10mm) wood(beech), just enough to make a thin,almost 1 piece high, layer. On to this i added a complete wheelbarrel of compost(black) with small pieces of still not completly decomposed materials. Lots of worms here. On that, you guessed it, an other layer of soil. I try to have both types of soil in that mix, the almost pure sand and the more grey type. Next, back to the beech. This time the rest of the bag follows. Theres a good layer of around 3cm deep. On this ive layed down some new small woodsticks to make a small fire again. Starting at the center and adding some last branches i found. It turned out really smoky!! Half way the burn ive opend the core of the fire, trying to spread the small pieces of char over the complete surface. After that, i added for the first time some water here. And an other layer of soil again, this is just covering up each time. Max 5cm!! Now we are at the upper half of the pit. Still 50cm to go. Now ive added some compost again, the green/brown/yellow one, with on top of that, a 15 liter bucket with compressed bokashi fermentated kitchen leftovers. Making a layer out of that and some fresh bokashi juice with 10 liters of water to drain those benificial bacteria into to compost layer just underneath it. This layer is almost 20cm tick. Again, yeah, soil, 5cm. Ive bought some blond peat to at to to toplayers. Last 25 to 30cm of soil, is a mix of the peat(20%) and the two other types of soil. First ill do tiny layers of each, last 10cm i try to mix it. And to finish the job, ive took some 100% reused and composed soil with some perlite in it from past use. I havent watered a lot, but the meteo predicts a good amount of water in the upcoming days. The soil that stayed and didnt get back to its original place, ive used to make a new top layer on the rest of the mini field. I havent used clay because it was hard to find or just to expensive. Beside the peat(250l), i didnt buy anything. So its labor intensive, but real cheap. Day 60 - 09/02/20 Lovely smell coming from the blue cheese plant :) the buds have a very similar smell to the blueberry outdoor grown buds i smoked in spain a few years ago :) took me right back there mentally haha. Ive added a good feed of calcium magnesium, nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus the last few days as these are big plants and a few leaves have been yellowing over the last couple of weeks. Since these feedings everything is returning to normal and flowering is going fine. This is my first time growing in biobizz light mix so i was bound to run into some problems. Still i think im gonna get around an ounce from this plant. I think harvest is still 2-3 weeks out for this one but as its a favourite of mine im really excited! So apart from the really low yields.... Which I expected from 80% Indica dominant strains just not that low considering how dense the Budz were. But I can say my growing skills have been consistently improving and it is showing with each grow. With these ladies I should have definitely put them in a 12Litre pot or smaller and still would have gotten the same results if not better. So I lesson learnt for future grows..... To take into consideration the size pots I'm using on the strains I'm running! 👍🏾 But in all very great smoke, even more excited for the next rows that I have coming with the improvements I will be making. 👍🏾🌱💚 Another thing I will say is that I will be putting more effort into how I document my harvest for you guys.... More pictures, better videos showing off the Budz.... Not many pictures because I done smoked it all 😅😅🔥🔥🔥 but still I want to do better for you guys, I want to give people the best view/review of the strains that I run... Day 62 - Last week was a rinse. This week I returned to watering with the Fox Farm nutes, adding the Bembe and Cha Ching to the trio and Cal Mag. Day 68 - Stacking nicely and the pistols are turning red. Watered with the Fox Farm Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, Cal Mag, Bembe and Cha Ching .

Day 64: unquestionably in flower. Added one gallon of pH 6.5 water with nutrients. Day 65: No picture. Day 66: yikes! Left her in the dark for 24 hours. Forgot to turn the light back on after day 64's Glamour shots. On the opposite side, the damaged branch is upright. Perhaps it won't be lost. Day 67: looking thirsty. Added one gallon of water with early flower nutrients. One leaf has holes in it (not pictured). Will have to watch for pests. Day 68: Man this plant is thirsty. I don't want root rot so I will wait one more day for watering. One leaf has odd holes in it. It is directly in the path of the fan so I wonder if it is related to that. Day 69: added one gallon of ph6.0 water no nutrients Day 70: Nothing remarkable to report

The organic girl got transplanted in 7l pot with all-mix biobizz soil at the beginning of the week. The first watering after that was a week later. The EC of the run-off was on 2.53 as you can see in the picture, so I flushed it with ph(6.5) water mixed with the nuts I mention above(EC 0.32). I flushed until the EC got down to 1.3. I don't want it to get burned again cuz of the high EC in the soil. As of today, day 29, the newly adolescent plant is looking perky again. As far as I can read on the Biobizz bottles, all the nuts have a very acidic ph. That makes sense considering that they are organic and they need to have a long shelf life. No bacteria or fungus will go in such an acidic medium. Therefore I find it essential to increase the ph of the water after adding the nuts. Another thing I noticed is that they now released a CalMag product(finally), which they recommend using especially when using RO water.

8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. Thanks for stopping by and please leave any thoughts or advice in the comments. 8/27 UPPED MY FEEDING REGIMEN TO THREE GALLONS AND USED TWO TBSP TIGER BLOOM IN PLACE OF KOOL BLOOM AND USED A WHOLE TBSP KELP FOR THE HEAT. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.
