Unusual late year warm weather has put a hurting on my grow. I intentionally did RDWC in winter to utilize cool temps for my res and not need a chiller, after having random 78 degree days, I’ve ordered a chiller. The temps are a death sentence in hydro, I was adding ice to the res to battle it, won’t happen again after this chiller is put in. Definitely hurt the Apex plant, which has been a pain the entire grow.. it all started when Apex was a seedling, with its tap root growing up instead of down. She looks sad, If she dies or falls too far behind, I’ll train the other three around to fill in the space. No visible signs of root rot but I’m suspicious after those temps, have treated with Orca, SLF-100, and Hydroguard. Worst case scenario, I’ll dump the system and sanitize as best I can.

Rempotage

OK lots of excitement this week. I could stand by and watch no longer something had to be done, but what? Let's turn to the strange leaf problem first. Copper necrotic spots. WTF could this be, it's nothing to do with nutrients or pH that I'm pretty confident. Maybe it's just normal leaf dying. Whatever. I've supplied some photos where you can see a pattern of concentric rings. This tends to make it look more like some sort of mosaic virus, however if that were the case it would be everywhere. It looks like something was spilled on the plant but that did not happen. I don't deem this a problem at all but it's very very puzzling. Anyway after mulling the situation it seemed like it was about time this giant leaves were gone. So all the giagantic huge chunky leaves were removed. I figured whatever they are making there's plenty more healthy leaves to carry on the work. Plus I think it induces some shock to the plant. It will definitely shift hormones around but what effect that has I don't know. It looks like I've done a lot of work on this plant but I haven't really, just trying to see what she wants to do. So all that's happened is the first two branches that come out with the first baby leaves have been removed all other branches have developed normally. Then the four branches from the first two growing nodes have been pinned down to give the plant a bit of space. Edit: I've just pinned the lowest branches back a bit more and removed any fan leaves around the top as there seems to be plenty around.

she really started to grow faster as she went into flowering so I kept the canopy level and installing a electric cable around my tent (remember cheap as possible) and using the pipe cleaner

She's growing nicely. She's staying indoors this summer. This is suppose to be a good medical strain for headaches/migraines, I'm hopeful for my migraines will diminish with this strain.

I’m lightly defoliating each and making sure my bud sites are exposed. Everything seems to be swelling up nicely.

Platinum Bird (Gelato 33 x Gush mints) showin purps early in flower 🌸 🍬 When I start flowering the first 2 weeks of flower i lik to see 20/30 % purple pistils between the white pistils!! If u know u know 👍

Grand Daddy Purple auto had a good growth spurt this week. She had her first lst and defoliation today. She has been growing vigorously this last week. This is a great sign and hopefully she keeps thriving. Everything is looking really good at the moment. Start of week 4 Fed w nutrients 7/11/25

Finally are starting to add on a little weight, they’re looking nice and smelling even better! Can’t wait for them to really ripen!

Everything has remained the same for these three girls. I have been alternating with two feedings and then just water. They are really blowing up at this point and I am just loving how they are going to fill this tent. There is one plant I haven’t topped that still has eight mains because I didn’t think she likes the dose of nutrients but it’s still the same height and recuperating just fine. Start of week 3 flower (Day 15) and things seem to be going OK. Slight calcium deficiency, I think I may have overshot the bloom too soon and it's locking out the calcium, I'll cut back slightly and see how she goes. I'm excited to see how this turns out. Hopefully just keep things running smoothly for the next 6 weeks. Ill try and update as much as possible. ✌️

77 days!!! wow she looks fantastic, the girl is maturing her flowers, they are growing very quickly :) I am going on a 5-day vacation now, so I think I will be very surprised to see her when I get back:) I am giving her advanced nutrients macro with 6.3 ph water, I think she has about 2-3 weeks left until harvest, good luck to everyone:)

Everything went good this week, having trouble keeping the humidity up but I got some plans to rectify that soon. Lol roots are all down into the buckets now except the runt of the litter in the back corner. But we are only a week in so it’s still early for her. Just been feeding plain water ph’d at 5.8 with some UC Roots added. Been scooping a cup of water daily from there bucket and pooring it over the rock wool and pebbles back into the bucket just to keep things wet and the roots moving. They are sitting around 5000 lux and seem to be enjoying it. I’m just using a phone app with a paper diffuser to test it but it seems to be pretty good and didn’t cost much.
