UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

week intel: we getting close to end of ripening , this week i raised drought , Nitrogen and E.C stress by feeding them 2 times per week and raised e.c to 3 to cause real stress that will help increase terpenes production stresses : Nitrogen deficiency Stress by removing the fertilizers that has N in them Drought stress via removing one meal in week high E.C stress around 1.7 and the other feeding day 3.0 , 2 times a week feeding: no more Nitrogen i feed them 2 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster about 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a medium e.c stress. day 3 : no more feeding this day day 5 : i feed them very high dose of Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster around 1500 ppm - 3 e.c to cause high e.c stress guide of the week : be patient in the last weeks, never hurry for harvest because its the time of ripening in last 2 weeks you should let plants to do their work last weeks of ripening is the time to break the limits we should cause 3 stresses as i said above Nitrogen stress , Drought Stress , E.C Stress

Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

Saturday March 19th GrowUpdate: Here’s my 10x10 grow setup with multiple strains growing. I am testing my 2 new BloomPlusXP4000’s and so far love them!! I have TOPGREENER heavy duty smart plugs with energy monitoring hooked up to both my lights and exhaust fan. I can turn on and off from anywhere on my phone. Govee Wi-Fi Bluetooth hygrometers that send me notifications and I can check the temp and humidity from anywhere on my phone. Globe smart power strip with 4 sockets that can be run individually from my phone.

It is still hot here and all my girls are suffering. We´re almost done and I will start checking the trichomes now. I had to add some support to help keep the heavy buds upright. Both plants are getting beautiful buds that smell amazing.

May 11: wildfire smoke rolled in this morning for the first time this year. Last year was horrible but hopefully this year won’t be as bad. Today was stay inside the house sort of bad smoke but it’s supposed to blow over soon. Hope. Plant looks good and happy in the final container. May 12: took out a couple of small cedars and I have a new sunniest spot in the yard, or at least for the next 12 weeks or so. Today’s sunlight is like what it will be like in early August (6 weeks to solstice). May 16: cool and rainy today but some sun at the end. She’s still doing great, and definitely better than most of my previous starts. I think I had the soil too wet before, or maybe the apple thing actually works. Either way she’s off to a good start and we’re on schedule with the May long weekend coming up. May 17: cool and rainy all day. Left plant in the mini-greenhouse all day.

9/1/23 - Day 80 - Things are going well, the buds are growing everyday still. A couple more weeks! 9/3/23 - Day 82 - I snuck in about 1 min before the lights turned on. I got some cool shots up above. I also snuck in a cool photo from the base of the plant looking up. 9/5/23 - Day 84 - I took a few microscope shots of the THC. They are still very much see through so there is still a couple more weeks to go. I also got a mockup of the hanging system I will be using see pics above. This will be the last week until harvest. It has been a decent grow had a few nutrient problems but I am happy with the turn out. I snipped off a tester bud and it got me pretty ripped once it was dry. That immediately made me antsy for the rest of the plant. Lol ... I will make another update next week at harvest. This northern lights will have gone 13 weeks at harvest. That is 5 weeks longer than the breeder said on the pack of seeds. Even though it was longer than expected I'm still super happy, she is alot bigger than most autos so no complaints here.

“The Thrown” which is my tallest plant gave me some issues this week due to the fact that I had to suppress the plant because of the height. Broke a few branches that I had to tape up which is not a problem. I break branches on the regular around here purposely for growth 😈. Heavy rain this week, so I had to watch out for humidity issues, which I took care of. On top of that my basement flooded, had to break out the water pump. This transition week i’m glad I was able to have more time at home to monitor my plants. Going into flush this week for 2 week ph6 water with terpinator trichs are nice and cloudy hairs are less visible I think shes ready what do you guys think? a good week could do with a bit more swell buds are nice and dense pungent and extremely sticky frost is unreal looking forward to getting this girl down thanks for reading happy growing guys..
