This strain was easy to grow right from seed. I think it will be one of my favourite strains this grow. Time to dry and cure. I will report the weight when dry. 💚✌️🏼

In the end I can say that I am satisfied with both the yield and the taste of Mimosa. It will definitely satisfy my daily needs :). I wrote earlier but I will repeat the basic information: 81 days from when it sprouted until it was harvested. 3 weeks of vegetation. 7 weeks of flowering. 14 days drying. 123 g total yield. 2 Mimosas grown. They have both grown taller than 110cm making them one of the taller strains I have grown so far. All ten or so weeks passed without any problems, the only thing I was not very happy when I saw in which direction Mimosa # 1 is developing. After 14 days of drying in a grow box in the dark, I did the final trimming, weighed the dried flowers several times to keep my Mimosa # 1 and Mimosa # 2 from mixing, although it can be immediately recognized by the structure of the dried flowers. I then put them back in the jars and put moisture fighters in them that will regulate the moisture during curing in the jars. And here we are at the end, it’s obvious given the amount of text I’m enjoying Mimosa’s smokes as I write this latest report. So it has been a week of playing around with free-standing water, heating, and airflow and now it seems we have finally found the sweet spot with a humidifier up high. It seems like I don't even need the extraction fan at the moment as there is a reasonable amount of pull coming out of the hole at the top, so much so that the door is actually being sucked in. Just trying to find the right height for the light. After a bit of research, I have decided on 80cm which I will lower bit by bit each day heading towards 50cm. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. 🙏💪 Also in my search, I found that according to Jorge Cervantes 24 hour light is a waste of electricity for the extra growth you get so I have reduced the schedule to 18-6.

She's looking very good, however she's not developing as fast because I have placed too many big pots under my 2 panels and not every plant is growing at the same pace. She should be almost a bush already, I'm training her using lst technique using a wire and also I have topped her to break the apical dominance.

Day 83 of cycle Week 6 of flowering - Day 45 of flowering Purple punch will definitely not yield much as we can see, but the buds are looking frosty and smelling really good.. a bit citrusy.. I am in love with 😍.. The breeder says it’s 50 to 60 days of flowering so I decided to take her to flush on day 45 as the plant looks to be in the last weeks.. to be honest now I think its just the time to get the trichomes more amber to chop it off. Let’s go and the watching has started 💥🍁🔥

the gelato grows i did before in coco took 4 weeks longer but way more yield. This strain has a lot of resin production and is also good to grow during the winter

Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

12/6 Week 16 The girls are slowly finishing waiting on more bud closure before flushing, trics are fine. May notice we dont so much flush as just remove nuets continuing 10-20% runoff and let the plant use up stores. 12/7 FF10 still has not closed up, not close, the 9 and 11 were pretty clearly done. These just wont stop so I wont mess with the nuets Not a lot of fade very slight 12/8 Slowing but still going 12/9 Putting FFT-11-1 on flush (front plant) this evening, she is there. At least a week 12/11 Putting FFT-11-2 into flush not because she is done but because if the buds get any bigger she is going to break. Triple caged her keep it from happening now.

4/22/25: last flush 2 tsp of sledgehammer with 1 gallon of water used 2 gallons between all three plants…more cool colors coming in with the fade 4/24/25: fed with recommended dosage for week 11 on my schedule card (day 31 of flower) 4/27/25: watered with plain ph water at 6.8

Day 72 since seed touched soil. All is okeish in garden. Twins are showing signs of light burn and toxicity. I always get toxicity during first few waterings with slow release nutes. One twin is bigger and way frostier than any other plant in garden. Mars TSL2000 is now on very healthy distance. Works fine. Temps are in good range. Humidity spikes to 70 on watering day, but is in 60-65 during others. Happy Growing !!!
