Week 6: Aroma, Buds, and Excitement! 🌿🌸💨 Hey there, fellow growers! It's time for an exhilarating update on my flourishing journey. We've officially reached week 6 of the flowering phase, and let me tell you, it's getting pretty amazing in my grow tent. Here's what's been happening: The aroma that fills the air when I open my tent is mind-blowing! It hits me right in the face with its funky skunkiness, and I can't help but smile. These ladies are developing some seriously potent terpenes, and I can't wait to savor the flavors when it's time to harvest. 🌿👃💨 Speaking of buds, they are looking absolutely stunning. The development is on point, and the density is increasing day by day. I find myself gazing at them with a sense of pride and excitement. These girls are going to be something special. 🌸🌿🌱💪 I'm thrilled to report that there are no signs of seed pods or hermaphroditism. The ladies are staying true to their femininity, focusing solely on producing those gorgeous, resinous flowers. It's a relief and a testament to the genetics and care they've received. 🚫⚡️ To ensure their continued growth, I've upped the watering to 5 liters every two days. These thirsty beauties need their hydration! Along with the increased watering, I've noticed some oranging on the tops and a touch of purpling on the leaves. It's a delightful display of colors that adds even more visual appeal to the grow tent. 🌿🍊💜 As for the nutrient solution, I've maintained a stable pH of 6.33, allowing for optimal nutrient uptake. The TDS level has remained between 1150 and 1250, providing the perfect balance of nutrients for the plants' needs. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm buzzing with excitement for what the next week of flowering will bring. 7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. Well the grow was very pleasant, she got amazing structure an look of the buds, very frosty and amazing smell...so thank you Mephisto genetics you did insane job. i have ordered few seed from Mephisto but they lost i guess(((coz i have not receive them. 2 of them got cut on day 66 the last one on day 69 but overall I couldn’t be happier with these babies they all put off some amazing buds & didn’t give me much trouble at all! This is by far my favorite auto of this grow & I will be doing another run with them! If you havnt already go get you some seeds from seedsman you won’t be disappointed! Still fighting the heat, added a stronger bottom vent, managed to stabilize the temp to 25C. Relative Humidity is still a bit high, specially when opening the tent in the morning and at nighttime. AC working strong. Started taking PH measurements, though not very accurately (chem test). Apparently my mix of 2:1 Brita/tap water was good, the water in the tap is very alkaline (>8), the filter reduces the PH nicely. I read that Brita also filters out CalMag, so I've added a little boost. I'll stop using the greengro nutrient next week, I think it's Nitrogen level is too high. I received Johnny Green's Greengro in a grow deal, the other nutrients (except CalMag) are from the same line.

they grow healthy and strong, after the stress caused by the repotting has started to grow very quickly, it has really excellent genetics no problem encountered. It has an excellent structure with well distributed branches. But we will see all its potential in bloom as it explodes. After all, the gorilla and a very beautiful bitch.

Harvest incooming!§ 19/08/2019 we are at the last stage just before the harvest! the strain shows a strong smell of mint, fresh, which mixes with a sweet taste and good weed! it is 62 days since the seed sprouted, the resin is forming and multiplying visibly! I'm flushing and I think that within 10 days I'll cut the Royal Cooky

Week 6 for the Oreoz from Super sativa seeds club. Amazing strain, the buds are hard as rocks and explode in trichomes. This strain is a must! I hope super sativa seeds club add this one to their catalogue after they completely finished their testings.

My Ladies are really thirsty. I was not at home for four Days and give them 5 Liters per Plant. When i came home they looks like they want dying Buds was so fat now that they hang down on some Stems. So i decided to use the Scrog Net They are getting frosty but Trichomes are just clear

This week has been a good one! Not too much more stretch just simply filling up both the spaces with foliage and swollen buds! I’m now watering 6L every 3 days and she’s soaking it all up! Will feed strong for one more week then 2 weeks of flush :) Dehumidifier turned on and set at 40%, ambient air temp dropped to 23/24 day time and 18 with lights off, air flow changed up daily to really help her. Getting keen to harvest/cure/smoke and then put in the next round! 😊 I hope all my followers and readers are well and have great holidays! Keep growing, keep smoking and most of all keep smiling! Wow what a week. We are at 48” as of day 20 on the Enemy of The State plants (both are the same height now). The two White Criticals were 36 and 38 inches from the top of the tanks and the taller tops on Purple Purple are about 34”. Wedding cake is about 30” now. All my plants seem to love the 5.2 pH. Enemy of the state are on a lighter feed of about 950ppm and wedding cake is still eating from a vegetive reservoir at 1125ppm. Thanks for looking!

There isn’t a ton to report this week other than the two behind my garage are on their stretch, and the one in the garden is bulking up. It has been raining a lot here, I gave all two big dosages of cal/mag and tiger bloom. I figured most of the nutrients were washing through the soil. I haven’t noticed any nute burns, so I’ll likely keep feeding them once a week. I did some bud backbuilding on my garden plant about a week ago, because the other two didn’t look as developed, i snipped the tip of the buds on the other two about two days ago. I think overall I should have a pretty good yield this summer, I wish I had a bit more purple buds, but hey🤷‍♂️ Purple kush none the less. I’m signing out for the week, thanks for tuning in. Cheers.
