Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Growth Overview: Vegetative Stage: Auto Critical Orange Punch developed into a thick and bushy plant with vigorous growth. It filled out its space well, creating a dense canopy of healthy, deep green leaves. Flowering Stage: The plant maintained its bushy structure, with buds developing steadily and gaining significant mass. By the time of harvest, the buds were thick and plentiful, displaying a beautiful orange hue typical of this strain. Harvest Details: Timing: Harvested at the peak of maturity, with the trichomes reaching the desired level of cloudiness and amber. Yield: The plant produced a substantial amount of dense, resinous buds, thanks to its bushy nature and strong branching.

She is already starting to flower, i observed some pistils starting to grow, good news, lets see if the weather stays nice the next couple of weeks. Good luck in the outdoor competition people, hopefully this Runtz gives some nice results just like the strawberry banana did some weeks ago

Que pasa familia, ya estamos entrando en la recta final de estas misty gorillas auto. Son plantas pequeñas con flores compactas, tengo mucha curiosidad por ver cómo están y como pegan. Ph regulado en 6,2 temperstura aumentó a 27 grados y la humedad la tenemos por debajo de 40%. Queda limpiar raices y poco más , buenos humos fumetillas.

2nd time doing Brix levels...some ladies went from a Brix of 4 to a Brix of 10 while 2 only went from a Brix of 4 to 6. I am pleased with their progress upwards. Dam just learned you should take leaves for testing 2 hours after lights on....I took leaves from dark period 😣. Will update with new Brix numbers taken with lights on. Chopping is coming very soon. I will tag the Brix of each plant when I hang to dry so I'm able to keep track of how the higher Brix relates to taste, smell and potency😎 😁The ladies noticeably got fatter over night!(Nov 11th). Man they really enjoyed that last watering, hope this continues into next week. Just read to take your Brix leaves in a "Z" or "W" pattern as older leaves will contain higher carbs. The refracted light tells us the amount of carbs in the "juice or sap" and minerals too like calcium, proteins and fats (lipids). High Brix enables weed to produce secondary metabolites = greater medicinal value. Sucrose/sugar (Carbs) & mineral levels in the fruit or flower translates or relates to taste. A tasteless 3 Brix tomato from the grocery store or a 14 Brix tomato from OMG you grow delicious tomatoes. Death to covalent bonding! (My goal a 20 Brix😀 Won't be happening with this grow but will be the next😁). Read that most people can detect a half point difference in Brix in the flavour. Lots of smell coming from these Gorilla Girls😵 I can only go so far with plant chemistry and then I get a headache and get lost😔

Canopy is pretty even after the bending with the net, just three days made a big change. The plant finally has signs that the flower period started, you can see some white hairs on the top and some calyx forming between the nodes. The main stalk also got some nice purple veins, so I'm basically very satisfied with the results so far.

Day 14 of flower and all 4 plants have stretched over a foot in the last week. Should start putting all of their energy into flowering now. Looking really good so far. Really, really good.

The usual maturing of buds. Unfortunately, they're still a bit small but smell really good. Observation: The premature yellowing seems to have stopped after green sensation was introduced and the amount of water was reduced. So we could think that my previous hypothesis was not so wrong.

The ladies light schedule was changed to 12/12 on Oct.30!❤️ The girls were doing great about 1 week after their big defoliation and SCROG being put in, I decided to flip to flower. I had been tucking and bending and had achieved about 80-90% canopy coverage, the last bit should fill in this week as they begin to stretch. During the 1st week of flower transition, I continued to tuck and bend where I could, trying to maintain an even canopy of tops, as well as fill in as many of the squares, as evenly as I can. It becomes a morning and night routine, I check on my humidifier, say good morning, and tuck away for about 5 minutes or so, it doesn’t take much at this point. Once the first week of stretch is through, I stop tucking branches and allow the tops to continue to grow upwards. I find that by using a SCROG method, there isn’t really a whole lot to do…I don’t defoliate until week 3, so it’s just feeding every 3-4 days and filling my humidifier! When I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

She’s looking great. Gave her a tiny amount (.5ml) of N-heavy nutes last night and she seems to like it. Grasshoppers are loving her, but there’s not much I can do about them, and the plant is doing fine in spite of them (3/8) jesus she grew more than 20cm this week
