DAY 32: Done some slight LST and leaf tucking to expose the bud sites to more light for more tops as I can tell pre flowers will soon start to appear.

Paitence is a virture! I got so far as to set up for the chop but decided to finish the week with a Ripen Flush. Its already Wed, just a few more days to see what happens, then maybe 10 days on the 2nd. The other 2 need maybe this week and next week then a flush week i'm thinking. Theres no rush but i'm anxious to chop em soon! ___________________________________________________ Fuck it! I harvested the finished plant. The colas were epic! Its gonna be a nice yield, I'm pretty confident its close to 4oz. Will Chop other plant sooner than later I think.

Boy oh boy, the final day of the first Medusa F1 Hybrid 1/5. Seed to harvest in 93 days. The first medusa F1 grew super fast. Her vegetative period was very short, showing white pistils at day 18 already, but grew into a beautiful lady. The first medusa was only subjected to LST and a little defoliation. The other Medusa plants from my diary (2/5 and 4/5),were topped and this definitely increased the amount of flower sites. Nevertheless, she grew thick and fat with heavy buds smelling like a sweet petrol station. The pistils turn bright orange and many calyxes are formed with hardly any leaves in between. I noticed after week 11 she started producing new calyxis with white pistils and therefore I waited a bit longer. I would recommend this and wait a bit longer to see if it happens for you too. Some trichomes were starting to turn amber and I maybe could have waited a little longer, also for the lower part to develop more. She was cut down on the 18th of July and was placed in my dark dry tent for 13 days at a temperature of 18 °C and a humidity of 60%. A long and slow dry is important to preserve terpenes. After 13 days, on the 31st of July, the branches were making a cracking sound when bending, so I decided to take the branches out of the drying tent and trim them. My 4 x 200W lights (on the box) only pull 50W from the wall so I think they are not super good. I made pictures with a Nikon camera and a white background. I smoked some and she tastes peppery with a sweet aftertaste. I will smoke more after a good long cure for at least 2-4 weeks in my jars. Check the progress of my other medusa F1 diaries and see the full experiment if topping is beneficial for these F1's. I would recommend trying out these amazing genetics and see for yourself. I’m introducing the Green Sensation into the mix now—starting slow at 0.5 ml/L to make sure they handle the kick properly before ramping up. Everything else is on point: Bio-Grow, Bloom, Heaven, and Top Max are keeping them fed, while the VPD is hovering in that perfect range to get those buds packing on some serious density. ​The girls are healthy, resilient, and ready to pack on the weight. The next couple of weeks are going to be all about pushing them to their max potential. It’s all about consistency now—keeping that humidity in check and letting the SE-1500s do their magic. 2/1: I flushed the taller/skinnier Muscadine Wine and lightly fed everybody else. 2/4: I moved the taller/skinnier MW into the dark for a day...she and several other plants will be harvested tomorrow.

08.03 Been slow week. RC#1 is pretty much there. Leaves are starting to yellow so I'm going to start flushing today. RC#2 is a little behind but has made up for that in overall size. Smell isn't as strong as I thought it would have been by now but i could be nose blind to it! Other pots in the tent consist of, northern lights, royal cheese and royal haze. Its was too much effort to do a diary for 7 plants!

defoliating bit by bit, never sure how far to take things day 20, this i think is the last of the defoliating, they keep getting bushy and covering lower bud sites. okc is starting to get sticky.
