7/11/21 - Day 50! We are almost there! Started feeding it straight water until harvest. The nutrients have done their job and they look really good. 7/12/21 - Leaving for vacation and we have someone watering for us. I will try to update it daily while on vacation. They looks so good. Dense and fat nugs all over the place. 7/13/21 - Looking good! They are almost done. We can’t wait to harvest when we get back from vacation. 7/14/21 - Looking very good! Only a couple weeks before we chop them. 7/15/21 - Back from vacation and got to inspect the plants for myself. They are awesome! VERY dense and smell great. I can see it has another week or so left. I’m just giving it water until harvest. 7/16/21 - Almost time… We aren’t going to jump the gun. Conditions are perfect so we will be patient. (Two new videos added today). We are going to chop on day 60-63. 7/17/21 - We will be chopping in 6 days. They are on track. We are very excited. Check out all the pics and vids above!

All is going well and are now in pre flower.

Plants left pretty much unattended the entire week. pH spiked up to 6.5 during this time, might have to start looking at the pH every couple of days and correcting accordingly. So far, so good, leafs looking a little lime green, but it's been a long time since my last hydro grow, so I'll play it conservative and wait before I start increasing individual nutrients.

Did some defoliation. Roots still growing white down to bottom. Raising temps worked with the droopyness. Hope it packs weight i dont think ill get much from the short veg and pot size Week 4.5 added some balls video for my boy Ferenchy. Its smelling like hint of gum!

Harvest time!? Around 10 weeks and a bit into next week, and the entire journey from seed to chop will be complete. I grew this strain four times, and all four turned out completely different. The first one was huge with rock-hard buds, then there were two smaller plants that still produced a pretty solid combined yield, and now this last one isn’t very big either, but the buds are hard as a rock. You can even see in the photos how the branches are bending under the weight. Now all that’s left is to let them dry, then it’s finally time for the smoke test. Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). She has developed very well this week. I will give you 7-10 days before I switch to flowering. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each (nutrients see table above) I will tie the Dr Grinspoon down again with LST and apply topping because it will be damn big 😂. Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. It's amazing how quickly the weather can change. Just a few weeks ago we were bundled up in our warmest coats, and now it's finally starting to feel like springtime. With temps in the 40s and 50s, it's the perfect time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. My pound cake plant is finally getting somewhere. It's totally weird, because the stems turned this super cool purple color. Soon it's going to be covered in pound cake buds that'll be ready to eat. I'm thinking fancy frosting might be the way to go, but I'm also considering something fruity on top.
