This week marks the very beginning of the Purple Punch run. The seeds successfully germinated and transitioned into their starter plugs, showing healthy early development. ⸻ 🌱 Germination Progress • Seeds sprouted quickly and evenly. • The first cotyledons opened clean without deformities. • Early stem structure looks stable, showing no stretching — lighting distance is well balanced. Day breakdown: • Day 2: Sprout breaking the surface. • Day 3: Cotyledons fully open, first tiny true leaves forming. • Day 4: Seedling transferred to its substrate, standing upright with good color. ⸻ 💧 Watering • Only minimal watering around the root zone. • Humidity dome kept moisture high to avoid drying of the plugs. • No nutrients added yet — seedlings rely fully on internal energy reserves. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment • Temperature: ~24–25°C • Humidity: 70–80% for strong root initiation • Gentle airflow to prevent damping-off while keeping the young stems stable.

She actually grew ANOTHER 31cm this week! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola will be above the lights in a couple of days 😂 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 She is also looking quite bushy, I'm guessing this is a result of the earlier FIMing/topping on multiple sites. This may also have lengthened her veg time, but that's ok. I like to grow monsters 😁 😜 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. 7/5/22 VD8 Coming along ok. Hoping for much better growth this week after starting a negative pressure environment I'm hoping this will increase co2. I'll monitor her for now and keep your on the same ppm/EC. I'll be taking away Artios Touch for this week and adding Atlas. Maybe during the week I'll increase PPM. 9/5/22 Up and coming plans. I'm going to top 1 of this in the coming week. Also I have a few ideas to help out in the pre flowering stage and have sorted out a temp controlled (AC intake fan). This will enable me to turn it on for 5mimd out of every 30 and pump cold 18c air into. I've also turned the light from 65% - 87.5%. Holding that lil bit of an extra kick for preflowering given with as much co2 time I can give them in their new homebox ambient 150+ 150x150x220 will allow me to go big and will widen in most areas what I can do with these girls. I'll be keeping a 50x50 space free in my tent for the 20l dehuimifier that will be running in the tent with my 800m3 6 inch EC/TEMP C9NTROLLED PRIMA KILMA intake fan will be turned on, by request OF the new automated dehuimdifying/temp controlled area which will allow me to grow in high co2 environment for at least 25 mins out of every 30. It'll all depend how quick my 3 co2 bags can bring up the ppm. And I'll only be doing this for preflower only then I'll go back to a negative pressure environment 15/5/22 Great week for growth. Had a look at the ends of the pots and roots where coming out of the end of the holes. Days ago. Hmmm, I'll only know if I waited too long if they stall. 16/5/22 So, as I suspected, both pots were root bound. Had to break up the soil instead of putting right into new pot minimising shock, sadly that's not gonna be the case, expecting considerable shock as I had to break up the soil, not fully but enough so roots will hopefully grow down. At best it'll set me back 2-4 days at worst 1-1.5 wks of a stall.

Things are going well. Very good root growth. The two new main stems have grown enough to be tied down for Low Stress Training. I don't think I'll top again. I want to see how fast I can get a good canopy with DWC, and see if Manifold-style training can get me a similar shape to the Mainline I did last year where I lost a ton of time from topping 4 times and doing a bunch of pruning to maintain a certain shape. I set the lights to 18/6 to encourage some rest and regrowth, and frankly to save myself a bit of light and noise at night. The reservoir is still full so I'm going to leave it this week and change out the water next week. The leaves are looking a bit stressed so I raised the light and moved the fan back a bit. I have a window fan pulling air out while there's no smell but I think I'll need to switch that to intake, turn on the exhaust and replace the jet with an oscillating fan. There is a fan on the cool tube for my light as well. I think I need to hang something heavier on the front to dampen the sound. All the fans are getting loud for my small apartment. Lol I topped it again the next day. I have wires tying down all the main branches. I think it's worthwhile to spend the time in veg making a good canopy. I'm following the instructions for Nebula's Manifold technique but I haven't done any pruning yet except for the topping itself. I have a vision of what I want taking form. June 16 I checked the pH and it was 6.5 so I brought it down to 5.5. I'm going to change out the water and nutes tomorrow. It needs a top-up so I'll just change out the whole thing tomorrow. I'm leaving out a bucket of water overnight for the chlorine to evaporate.

9/22/2024 Added 80W LED lights below the canopy. Tilted the other 200W fixture to point into the canopy. Relocated circulation fans to keep air moving through the bush! Great flower development is continuing. The stretch is almost complete, but it is still stretching. Super cropping may be right around the corner. With one bucket removed from the system, the new system volume is right around 7-8 gallons. 9/23/2024 Forced to do a water change after a massive spike in PPM up to 2400. Cycled the system with about 5 gallons of pH water and pumped off about 4 gallons. Replaced 3 gallons containing appropriate nutrient concentration to get PPM back to 800 -900 range. Increased lights to 85%. Super cropped some of the lanky main stems that were growing right at the lights. Light directly over the plant is pretty much maxed out on height at this point. Looking to increase intensity by the end of this week to 90% and then to 100% by the end of week 5. Continuing to defoliate larger fan leaves a few per day. 9/24/2024 Plant is looking incredibly healthy even after the water issues. Some trichomes starting to develop on sugar leaves and flowers. There are tons of flower sights, I am excited to see how they continue to develop!!! 9/25/2024 Moved the light up to its last hanging position. There are only a few more inches of adjustment left. Trying to avoid late supercropping if I can. 9/26/2024 Pruning large fan leaves and fan leaf overgrowth. Looking to leave a lot of the smaller leaves for sugar trim collection if possible. Humidity is not an issue yet, but working to maintain 50-60% is getting close to maxing out my setup. Continuing with light defoliation will hopefully help in managing humidity. 9/27/2024 Have been adding pH-adjusted water as well as reduced nutrient concentration to keep PPM 800-900. Prioritizing bloom nutrients and keeping small amounts of micro and grow in the mix, diamond nectar at around 4mL/gallon.

Sie ist soweit. Die Farbe ist intensiv und sie richt verdammt gut. Zum schnellen trocknen im Zelt, habe Ich jeden Zweig einzeln aufgehängt und versucht die Relative Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 58 - 62% zu halten und die Temperatur unter 18 Grad Celsius zu bekommen. Sobald die Stängel knacken schneide ich die Buds runter und lege sie im Zelt in Pizzakartons damit sich die Feuchtigkeit gleichmäßig verteilt.

They are stretching a little bit but they should balance out. If they don’t turn out good I might just do clones but it has been a fun experiment

Kush Cake and a Skywalker OG. Both found while rolling 😅

Day 3 of life for this little lady. Really excited to run the new fast buds tester Russian autoflower. She is a happy life living lady so far. Let’s see what she has to show us.

7/19 I’ve come upon the realize that I had been under watering to an extreme degree. I have since adjusted accordingly today and hope they look better tomorrow. Did remove some leaves and then found out I really shouldn’t have, hopefully I didn’t stunt them.i believe they are now flowering and next watering I will be adding some tiger bloom at very low strength. the newts I’ve given them have shown tip nute burn often and I have been very minimally watering so my conclusion is my soil was so full of nutes I could have waited until now most likely to start my first feedings. I’ve read about this and w ocean forest this seems to be the trend. Still really happy about the progress. Peace

Week 15 - August 09, 2020 -Day 99 08/09: We’re almost at the end. I gave Aaliyah her first watering with plain water. I’m planning on chopping the top colas off of her in a week. Hopefully I can get something out of the lower growth that isn’t getting any light right now. Alexis is coming down in two and Annie in three. Annie has some damage due to the light, but she is hanging in there. Alexis looks the healthiest overall. She stayed pretty compact, so light is still able to reach her lower parts. I think I could’ve had a better grow overall if I would have stuck with using only 3-gallon pots. [General notes: The nutrients on the diary are based off what I’m giving Aaliyah. Alexis is on the previous weeks schedule and Annie in the schedule from two weeks ago.]

First plants are outside. 3 are growing in a large container. They have to share it with an old lady who is stil flowering after 90 days Two are growing guerilla style between the sunflowers. The rest will get their own pot.
