Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Another cold wet week. Witnessed the spiderlings band together for a few days, web making at night. Then one day the wind picked up and they all disbanded, stretched out their silk and flew away all over my yard. It was such an incredible experience to watch! I should have an army of Orb weavers come flower time. Did another top dress of compost mixed with 70/30 Gaia Green AP/PB, maybe 20Tbsp. When I pulled back the mulch I got to see all the soil creatures and roots consuming the material, this really does help build extra root zone over time. Minor defoliating, I'm keeping nodes 1, removing 2 and final top at 3 (next week) to keep her spaced, then let her stretch and trellis. Should all help fill in the canopy.

Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that move in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. She's on pre-flower, switched the nutrients and increased a bit the feeding volume. That's all folks, have a great week

WEEK 1 of flower. This is insanely quick, veg for three weeks and on week 4 we are flowering strong. It is raining a lot, so i had to use a top dressing, ingredients on the week 3, to manage the soil nutrients till the end of the cycle. About two table spoons. Watering once a week, with the mix above, otherwise rain is taking care of them, very natural as a grow, nothing much complicated, no science fiction with fertilizer or chemistry. I’m curious about the yield, and how much can i pull out of this way, with minimal work and a nearly inert soil. Let’s see how this experiment turns out.

Week was pretty smooth. no ups and downs. just takin a few leaves every now and then. added Green Sensation and Hesi boost to the party. Shes drinking close to 2L per day. Or at least 10liters have been refilled over the last 5 days raising the overall EC from 0.9 to 1.2. We're heading into one of the final stages where buds will hopefully swell like crazy. Day 78, 3rd of December 2020: Wao.... such a beauty so lucky I have the red pheno for my bonsai OMG.... So happy! Looks soo good 👍 Great genetics Zamnesia! Nothing much to report but the buds are fattening and getting towards the end. No more epsom salt from this week and I am gonna stop giving nitrogen from the next week.... All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Happy Growing fellas!

Over time, dissolved salts from fertilizer or tap water build up and block the pores, reducing the permeability of the clay. Water is all that is used or needed, thanks to the biochar and the massive storage bank of nutrients. Just waiting until something creeps up. Clay pot irrigation (Ollas), an ancient farming practice, utilizes this property by burying unglazed jars in the soil, allowing water to slowly seep into the surrounding soil only when the soil dries out.

Incredibly, they both gave almost the same, 70 grams each. good quality but it was below expectations I felt a difference compared to the autos in the first round. maybe my fault or genetics 🤔😅🤪

Germinated 2 seeds had 50% success [still hoping the other pops up] chocolope #1 doing very well. They are in a 2'×2'×4' grow tent which they will spend rest of their lives as I'm trying my hands at cannabonsai. [Pretty calming] Lights are lowered close to dome to reduce stretch.
