During the middle of this week I decided to stop the outward training of the branches & the allow vertical growth for beginning bud site formation . I don’t want to miss the beginning flower stretch kinda need it 😂. Decided to break the apical dominance of the main stem by LST’ing down . I noticed it was leagues ahead of the rest of the plant because it hung over the side of the pot so since I need to start slowing it’s vertical growth I figure now Is also time to get the rest of the canopy to catch up leaving me to space things accordingly later when/if necessary . Also decided to go ahead and do my 1st & last additional feeding since these girls where planted all I’ve had to do this grow was water when dry & train her to the best of my abilities. Well almost end of week 9 the flip has occurred all looks ok so far keeping and eye on humidity lowering it a bit each few days had to change to a larger net and now that full too so I guess all good lol

After two power outages that caused low temperatures in the tent for 2 × 9 hours at 15–17°C, the plants recovered very well. Colors are starting to appear in the tent, the leaves are turning red! It seems to be on the right track — the buds are swelling and the smell is strong!

They all doin pretty good, leaves are a little too yellow for my liking at this point I should have added some grow to the mix but they will be fine I think. This one is a one of the shorter ones with fat buds. So she enter week 7 this Monday she growing spectacular my ppm is on 956 and I did do a mini flush just ph'd water prior to entering week 7 which was Sunday but i do adjust what I put in her at different stages. For every other watering I do put in cal-mag in the plain water and pH adjust it to 6.5 as well and she has been living healthy since she sprouted.

Can't Lst this thing enough. Seems like every other day it needs readjusting. Autos are crazy when they start going.

Start of week six we start seeing rapid growth from all plants in height and bud production. 1 of the ladies is an absolute freak but in all the good ways. Shes reaching a meter in length and is going to have 5 slender long kolers. The rest are all around the 80cm mark minus the two under achievers which are at the 70 cm mark which is amazing as the plants are supposed to be the size at harvest. Not changed much apart from excluding the voodoo juice nutrients ,adding another 600w light to the tent and a tiny bit of defoliation. My flat is starting to smell amazing. Sometimes I bury my nose in the outlet pipe and inhale a deep breath. Haaaah

So this week I topped all my sensi seeds also have started introducing cal mag I’m feeding each plant around 500 ml every other day just before lights go out still running 18/6 light system two desk fans blowing air around! Two humidifiers as struggling to keep ph at 50! Not sure if I should buy a oil filled radiator as night time temperature is still around 15 degrees when lights and fans turn off! Not sure if I should be adding more nutrients? Some lst work on plants as some leafs are getting huge! Not sure if I should cut them?

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows.
