Step 1. Seed in a glass of water for 24hrs
Step 2. Seed in a paper towel on a heat mat for 24hrs
Step 3. Planted seed in a root riot plug, and placed it in a germination box while keeping it warm on the heat mat.
Step 4. The seed sprouted and i planted it in a 14ltr air pot, using lightmix soil and perlite.
Step 5. Placed the seedling under 24hrs of light for the first week. Than it will go under the 400w grow light on 18/6 light cycle
After 1 week of 24hrs of light, i moved my seedling next to a flowering plant i have.
At the moment she is on 14/10 light cycle.
The seedling is growing really fast and healthy.
Using a very small dose of nutrition, but due that i am using organic nutes i am not worried about any nute burn.
Used plagron lightmix soil and added 30% perlite.
I planted the seedling at the corner so i can do LST when she gets bigger.
This week i topped the plant at the 4th node.
This is the first time that i topped an autoflower.
The plan is to do some low stress training to get multiple main colas.
Till now, the plant looks very healthy and growing in a rapid way.
The plant responded really well to the LST and looks very healthy.
The shape that its taking, will be a very interesting one with multiple colas as it should be.
As it still in veg, I sprayed some neem oil on it to be on the safe side as i ve seen some white flies.
All in all i am very happy with the progress as this is my first topped Autoflower
I am using the vpd chart for a longer veg
I am very happy that the plant is 33days old and still in veg.
I was a bit worried that the plant will flip early due that i topped it once.
The LST is giving the plant a nice shape with an even canopy.
Now it will start stretching and lets see how it goes 💪
Due that i used the VPD Chart, I had 30 days of veg on this Autoflower plant.
Now the plant started preflowering and started it's stretch.
The plant responded very well after being topped, which i was very happy with. As this was my first ever topped Autoflower.
I always tweak the LST everyday depending on how its growing.
My main goal is maximum yield with multiple colas, using organic and vegan nutes.
The plant looks very healty and 0 deficiencys till now 💪
This week i started adding bloom nutes to help her with the flip.
This week i am fighting against cold temperatures and humidity. Its a bit annoying, as everytime i warm up the place, the humidity level goes higher which is commen sens.
4 days ago i watered, and left the fan rotating on low speed and i think the plant got too cold.
Thats is why she looks a bit wilted.
Hopefully it will be better soon.
Apart from all the plant is responding pretty well to LST and i have a very even canopy.
Very excited on this grow as its my first proper LST project
This week its been very cold so i am fighting cold weather. Cold temperatures slows down the metabolism of the plant and will start growing a bit slower.
I am doing the VPD chart and its only just a bit cold. Hopefully we will get warmer temperatures soon.
All in all i am very happy how the plant responded for the stress of LST and topping.
She looks very healty and smells nice.
Finally the plant is taking the shape that i was targeting for.
The buds are forming nicely and it smells amazing.
Still a bit cold for a kush, but now, she is growing really well.
The journey continues 😃
Now, the plant took the shape that i wanted.
Technically, now is a waiting game for the buds to continue ripening.
I am very happy with this strian and Royal queens are very good seeds.
The plant is very healty and she didn't have any deficiencys.
The buds are ripening nicely and the smell is amazing.
The light colours of this plant are amazing.
This was my first LST so this plant is teaching me a lot.
Now its more of a waiting game until it finishes its cycle.
This week i ve been fighting high levels of humidity, and due that the strian is a kush she isn't that happy with high RH and low Temperature.
Apart from this the buds are very resinous with an amazing aroma.
The trichoms are all milky and waiting on a few amber to start flushing.
The plant is finally finished. The plant was flushed for a week and i am going to harvest in a day or two. Just want to be 100% sure that there s enough amber for that couch lock high.
The resin in these buds are amazing and the smell is very aromatic.
Due that i had some cold weather and the strian is a kush, it didn't grow to her full potential but it was a learning experience for me.
Now the waiting game will start. It will take 7 to 14 days to dry and another 2 to 4 weeks curing so when all of this is finished i will tell you how it smokes.
Due that it was a kush strian and the temperature was a bit cold, the plant stayed a bit small. But still very happy with the outcome. The buds are very frosty and full of resin. I m sure its going to be a nice high.
