7/1/23 - Day 19 I do water changes weekly. The new weeks start off with a water change. Water changes always scare me, it's the mixing of nutes and balancing the PH. It sounds easy in theory but in practice you want to interfere with the PH asap. But I was able to let the LEAF box empty the water, I filled it up with RO water, LEAF then dosed all my nutes. After that i came in a PH balanced it. (PH balance is something LEAF will be able to do, but there was a bug in the software so instead of having LEAF dose the PH i decided to do it manually for now. The Roots are INSANE! I bet by time I'm done there will be 1+ gallons of water displaced by the roots. I almost started cutting her lower leaves at the base, but I decided to let them grow for a bit. If they grow out some more i will be able to scrogg them and then cut the leaves below after they are trained up a bit. The lights have kicked on and everything looks in order. The plant looks great too, she might be in a small amount of WTF because of all the PH changes but i think the drastic changes were kept to a minimum. She looks happy. As always ill update you tomorrow. 7/3/23 - Day 21- I trimmed some of the lower leaves on the bottom, I'm leaving her bushy still, I won't want to cut any more branches if I can, I need the branches from the bottom to reach the sides of the Scrogg net. In the next couple of days being apple to Scrogg and stretch her while Shes still moldable. 7/5/23 - Day 23 - I added some training lines to some of the branches. I need them to be as spread out as possible going into the Scrogg net. I'm a big fan of not trimming too much as she grows. I don't mind there being some foliage down below. I will cut as needed if it looks like the lower areas are sprouting too much of the little leaves, but for the most part, I let nature do its thing. She's drinking a ton of water now. I am getting my RO water dropped off by the five gal loads. I just got the membrane for my RO150 unit that I plan on having up and running within a couple of weeks so I can start making my own water. 7/6/23 - Day 24 - I added a picture of my RO water setup. It cannot be set up permanently, so this was a great solution. You can see how I was able to tie my branches down, next time I will drill a few holes on the side of the pot. This is a great solution for anyone looking to Scrogg and manage the vertical height. Also, you can see on the top branch there was some pulling, so much so that it started to pull the plant and it created a small lump. All good but just goes to show how pliable these plants are. Not many pics on her as not been down too much this week and was dark and raining yesturday so couldn’t stay and take any good ones, but she’s shooting up she’s over 5ft tall now and side branches starting to come up, gonna get her tied down again to try spread her out, not long now till she will start her flower stretch, looking forward to what she produces. Happy gorilla growing🌱

She seems to be doing well. Her buds get fatter and more smelly each day. Weather turned a bit cooler. Temps in the day are mid 70s to mid 60s. Nights are in the high 40s mid to upper 50s. So nights would be cold for her. Plus she was getting severe mornings dew. So I bring her in the the garage at night. The temperature in the garage is 70. So she is going to have a warmer night than day. This goes against nature. For some reason I think she will like it. Today I took off all of her LST ropes. My thinking is, she may see the tension as weight. Probably should have taken them off sooner. Bruce Banner strain is a 9 or 10 week flower strain. So I figure she is about half way through flower. Day 100. She has a lot of lower leaves yellowing and falling off. The yellow is starting to move up the branches. This plant is almost all tops. Most coloas are top and 2 nodes under it. There are a few that have 4 or 5 nodes under the top, but they get the light for it. This strain requires a lot of food. This I read from a lot of reviews on the strain. I should have read up the Bruce Banner strain much earlier. Although I think I did a great job with her, considering this was my first serious grow. I did some gorilla growing in my younger days. However I had no idea what I was doing. I use to plant them, give them some water. Then in a few weeks top them and check on them every few days to few weeks. If they were lucky they got some Miracle-Gro. There was not a lot of information on how to grow. I was harvesting way too early. 9/23 1 gallon of water PH 6.2. It's not as hot, so I don't think she needs 2 gallons everyday anymore. Day 100 9/24 Fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 12 ml Foxfarm Tiger Bloom, half a teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom, 2 tablespoons of Foxfarm Kelp me Kelp you, per 2 gallons of 6.4 PH water. Day 101 9/25 Cloudy day, no need for food or water. Day 102 9/27 Sunny. Made a tea worm castings, poop, some powder baby food and black strap molasses. Also 24 MLs Foxfarm Tiger Bloom, per two gallons. Day 103. Day 103 I see her first orange hairs, just a few. She smells great. She is making some beautiful buds. Very exciting time, she is getting close. She is a short plant, if she were in the ground, she would be about 3 feet tall. She is about 3 and 1/2 feet wide. I had her tied down most of her life. My goal was to keep her as short as I could. I prefer the neighbors not see her. This grow was by design, I wanted her to have as many tops as possible. I bent her branches and did not let them grow straight up. Not sure if I would get more or less if i let the plant grow up. She sure is going to give me many top buds. Either way Im going to have very nice buds. So if there is a weight difference in growing styles I have no way of knowing, until this plant finishes and I grow another style. The weight does not really matter. This will be more bud than I need, for a while.

another week of no rain right after a 100mm storm. Plants are in full bloom now and need a regular supply of water. I hope mother nature starts to co operate here.

Welcome back growfessors to another episode of growfessor theatre! 👽🌳💚 Week 8F begins for the ladies of the 4x8, last round of feeding before the flush. LSD has gone crazy over the last week, insane bulk-up in her buds, from top to bottom, in by the stock and out to the tips, she's just bulky, dense, sticky, frosty and incredible! By far, the best looking results from any of my LSD grows. Green Crack also looks incredible and the rest of the ladies, while doing awesome, will be their final grow in my garden. Another week has passed. We noticed uneven growth and the presence of 3 leaves per node. This week the air humidity is very low, so we are watering every day. We also did the Main-Lining on the third node, we used the top part to make a clone, started the LST and did supercropping on the side branches. This is the first time we've done Main-Lining and suppercropping, so let us know if we're doing something wrong. Tips are very welcome!

Obama runtz x gas tax sad to say both seedlings are super crappy so far. If it was not for the gas tax parent being the best flower ever then I wld just toss these but sometimes the crappy slow growing plants end up being super dank It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

This was a easy grow had some heat issues for a few days during Flower because of a heatwave but everything was smooth and easy going very easy plant to grow

The time has come when she no longer puts her strength into growth but into the flowers :-). It was poured 3 times this week with 1.2 l each time. When watering, there was 1 g of GHSC enhancer per liter of water as every 2 weeks 👍. Of course, as always, the tent was cleaned every day and the humidifier refilled. The complete filter system was also checked again. I filled the tank with fresh osmosis water for the coming week. I wish you all a nice week.
