The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Week 3 into flower and it’s time to top dress and seabird tea. Using 3 gallon pots, top dress with 1/3 cup craft, 1/4 cup worm castings, 1/2 ocean forest, and small amount of kashi. Seabird tea: 4tbs seabird guano, recharge, and worm castings, Humic acid, and alfalfa meal in the tea bag. pH to around 6.6-6.8. Should give me around a 2.5-12.5-2.5 feed. As I used equal parts alfalfa to seabird. Probably a little more nitrogen bwith the worm castings. Brewed for 24 hours and fed straight, no water down. Just bought the mammoth lighting 6 bar LED, I got suckered into the green spectrum and the ability to penetrate the canopy using green light. Science backs it but science also backed Covid vaccines soooo I guess I’ll have to test it out myself. 😂 But so far enjoying my first grow back after a year off. Took a while to remember everything and dial everything back in. Only took me going to the dispensary for a year to remember it’s just way better to grow and press my own rosin instead of paying 50 for brown boo-boo or flower i can’t even smell before buying it. As a young lad I was in charge of a 30 light/ 600 plant grow house. This famous rap producer had a pool house in his back yard he turned into a grow house. I ended up being very successful there using their recipe and styles, Rockwell cubes 20-25 plants a light of some SFV og and synthetic nutients and eagle 20 for daysss. Was at about 2lbs a light. Eventually I moved on and this guys house was raided as he was sending drugs back east to gangs and money laundering. Major wake up call, as California finally started cracking down on all the growers stealing electricity. Never thought I’d be growing weed but when your best friends brother has a grow house and it’s trim season, all hands on deck so I got introduced to it then and because my attention to detail and passion to science they gave me a shot opporating a 600 plant facility. Also showed me the dark side of the business with pesticides and mold… and all the “growers” that have no sanitation techniques and wonder why they have to use eagle 20 and avid all run… if you have trust issues don’t go into the underground cannabis grows of the early 2010s. People be trying to sell powder mildew as frosty nugs. But fast forward a bunch of years I move to Washington and the cannibus industry is all sealed jars with labels. No smell test, no scales, no free dabs… it felt like gambling every time I gave them money for weed. Looks fire taste like dirt or looks fire taste fire cost 60 an eighth…. Not substainable for a daily stoner, so I got my first 2.7x2.7 grow tent and some soil and 100s of hours of YouTube videos to figure out how to grow roots and not plants. Growing in rockwool cubes is all about recipes and pH. Growing in soil is all about microorganisms, oxygen, and relationship building.

It's week 4, not doing anything different, I feed every other day and every third feeding is tea. I lst the back 2 rabbit shit girls because they are growing uncontrollable, they are by far the biggest plants I've ever had at 4 weeks, can't beat that rabbit shit. The other girls are growing good too, should be able to start lst this week with them.

Week 7 - The end's in sight. Some unseasonal hot days here, 29° to 34° this week so, the shade cloth has come out and they're placed in an area with the most airflow. Aphids keep on appearing so I contiune to check and spray with water on infected areas to keep the pop as low as pos; so far i'am on top of them. The pineapples are really packing it on and the smell is getting stronger every day. I've upped the nutes close to Biobizz's recommened and so far, there seems to be no negative feedback. Due to the heat I can't help but be a little concerned though humidity has dropped to during the day to about 50 and 80 at night for a few hours. I hope they're as resilient as their reputation suggests. The lemonade contiunes to chunk up, though I think she's as tall as she's going to get. The smell continues to increase in intensity which actually compliments the pineapples nicely. Again the weather's abit of a concern, even more for this girl as Fastbuds recommened cooler temps for this strain; I wasn't banking on temps like this for another month or so yet. I'am thinking I should start a few weeks earlier next season because if the Lemonades smoke as good as they look and smell i'll be growing them next season for sure. Fingers crossed.

Wow well we’re do I start. Absolute dream to grow Smelt strong of citrus and oranges , was amazing to smell , After just 5 days of drying and 1 week of curing the result was imense. Absolute knockout weed with an orange taste and a smooth on the throat. One of the best I’ve taste. Highly recommend

Week 3 for the Apricot from our favorite autoflower company, of course fastbuds 420! All looks quite good at the moment. This week we gave bloom, root, silica, calmag amino, sugar shot, sticky fingers and bloom booster all from xpert nutrients!

First day went as expected. I put the paper towel in a small see-thru plastic container and put it on the table. With a bit of water and the seeds in side, the germination has now started! Day 2 no progression, moved the tray into my furnace room (pitch black and warm) Day 3 major progression. I got them out and started to prep the jiffy pellets. Shortly after I transferred the roughly half inch tarp roots with seeds into the jiffy pellets, root down, seed up, slightly covered with dirt. I soaked them in water (like a beginner i overwatered heavily knowing what I know now). I placed them back in the tray and put them at a window for light. (Note) the plan was to do outdoor so no light or tent was ordered at this point. Day 4-7 not much progression seeing as the clouds and rain showed up...

Something tried to nibble on Plant B, however there are no signs of pests and no further damage anywhere else (I have 6 other plants in the garden too). Plant A has already begun to develop stipules on its first set of true leaves too! Had their first feed on day 14 (2ml Fish Mix + 0.1ml Mono-silicic Acid), and were fed again on day 16 (2ml Fish Mix, 2ml Bio-Grow, 2ml Bio-Bloom, 0.1ml Mono-Silicic Acid).

THE SMELL

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil to be spread evenly on top of the soil. The plants are getting just under 13.5 hours of light now. In grow conditions half hours aren't an option, so I'm noting here. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 83° F with partly cloudy skies. I watered each pot about 5 gallons once. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 81°F. There was plenty of sun and I watered about 5 gallons per pot. Even though the girls are drinking more, the cool weather, and them rooting through the fabric pots into the soil, has kept me from watering twice a day. The girls cleaned up nice after the fungicide treatment. They look great. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were clear and sunny. I watered about 5 gallons per pot with well water. The air has been a little drier with this cool from and the girls are loving it. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 77°, clear sunny skies, and humidity at 66%. This weather is very fall like and the plants are loving it. We've got rain in the weekend forecast though. I hope we miss it. I added 100ml of feather meal top dressed they're getting a little hungry for nitrogen. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 77°. Skies were partly cloudy to mostly sunny. The humidity dropped into the 40%'s today. The plants are loving this weather. I watered about 5 gallons per pot from the well. The girls are getting their trichromes up. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 86°F. Skies were partly cloudy and we had just a few minutes of very lite rain. I watered about 5 gallons per pot with well water. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 85°. Skies were cloudy all day. We had a huge thunderstorm with high winds roll through followed by heavy rain most of the day. I added another 100 ml of feather meal top dressed to each pot. This week was a success. The girls have really swung into flower. Their trichromes are really starting to pop and these flowers are filling out. I'll treat again for powdery mildew tomorrow.
