Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here👍. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. From the moment she popped her head out to the start of week 4, this girl was fimmed, pruned, trained and flipped. She put out a full oz. more than the 6 week(v) mainline beside er😳. Now that is just straight amazing😎. The key advantages - BIG F$&K’N YIELDS and auto pilot care for up to 2 weeks. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. Here’s where strain, medium and method kinda collide though. This girl was on a hurry up and go schedule. We lost the first one to root rot and had to get this one off the ground and mature before the cycle sched. Was gonna flip. Not to mention it was totally screwing with our spring nursery timing too. She was fimmed once and then splayed with LST. Not much either - just enough to get er spread apart a little. So you combine ultra fast growth rates of hydro with a big yield strain like this on a fast paced training method that limits required recovery times... and you get this monster. Just a perfect grow that anyone would be extremely happy with. We used frozen water bottles In the res. twice a day throughout the grow. My issues with light leaks and temps are well documented and I’m constantly running up against one or the other as a hurdle. This plant was no different and she started to re-veg. In the last few days prior to chop. All due to a light leak from the cabinet beside this one that was running on an 18/6. Gonna have to plug some light holes prior to next grow. Other than that - she was amazing and the method here is getting an unusually high and very rare 5/5.😳 Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 The final number is just so sweet. 6.04oz and she veg’d less than a month. Overall, I could confidently say that’s both faster and better than most typical autos in general😳😎👍👌. Any time your rock’n out 5+oz is a good haul but in this kinda time frame - that’s just crazy. We let her go just a little longer (again, as per Spliff’s direction) and it was worth the extra patience. She’s dense as all hell and a nice add to the stash🤟. Little bit early on this week but as I’m travelling to Amsterdam today I’d like to get it updated today. Heatwave has finally gone, temps dialled in perfectly now. Hopefully with the temps dropped they will start to go purple for that bag appeal! Added another inside the flower tent and starting a separate diary on it. Allora ragazzi come va?? La splendida ragazza della sweet seeds anche se l ho toppata continua a crescere a dismisura ho dovuto alzare la lampada della Marsh hydro al massimo possibile, che sfiora il filtro a carbone dell' aria!! 😁Questo tipo di generiche XL sono davvero una cosa portentosa, cmq ho avuto e sto avendo dei problemi... Perché nn mi era accorto di dare Bud Candy e quindi è andata , secondo me spero, in deficienza di calcio e magnesio , spero che questo mio errore nn contribuisca allo sfacelo totale del risultato della pianta , xké vedo cmq dalle foglie di colore verde chiaro che sta soffrendo... Ora ho rimediato integrandolo , ma spero di nn aver dato un eccesso di nutrienti e che sia in blocco... Apparte questo le cime hanno un bel colore viola intenso e sembra stiano crescendo.. vedremo prossimamente perché cmq io nn sono un esperto di questi fertilizzanti minerali della linea advanced nutrients, poi non avendo tutta la linea è normale che la pianta vada in carenza perché il terriccio è solamente un light mix , quindi poco fertilizzato.. speriamo bene! February 14, 2019 update: I rearranged the plants to get better airflow. In the video I mentioned that I thought I saw what might be spider mites. After closer inspection, I don't think its spider mites but more likely a combination of left over damage from the fungus gnats that came in with my wife's plant a few weeks ago (now gone) as well as ph fluctuations. But I like getting airflow on the plants themselves anyway, I just wish the oscillation worked on the fan I have now. I'll buy a new fan or two with oscillation soon. Also I failed to mention it in the video but there is also a ceiling fan blowing down on the plants. Overall, I'm very happy. The DinaMed CBD+ has taken the lead in the bud development category, Nice fat buds that are very dense. Sticky and stinky as hell too. She is supposed to be somewhere in the teens for CBD percentage and less than 1% THC. I'm hoping she either comes in below 0.3% or has well over 1%. I'm allowed to submit for testing 3 weeks before harvest. I'm going to cut a mid level branch and submit for testing next weekend. My other DinaFem strain, Critical +, is doing great too! She's in the lead with the most trichome development. Her buds are coming along great also! Not super fat, at least not yet, but great shape, color, density and have I mentioned the trichome development yet? 👍 This one is supposed to have mild CBD, low single digits, but high THC. I'm looking forward to smoking this one! Next up I'll talk about my Cream & Cheese CBD+ from Seedsman. She's in the lead with just overall looking awesome!!! The buds are long and super healthy looking with tons of leaves along the branches and I've defoliated a few times. The remaining leaves don't seem to be blocking much because most branches are bent over due to the weight of the buds! She is supposed to be in the 20's with BOTH THC and CBD. I'm looking forward to smoking this one also! 💪 That leaves the 3 Cherry Hemp plants. They are the smallest 3 plants in the room, but are all looking very good as well. They look like they are in the lead with possibly being ready to harvest earliest. I'm seeing the most amount of darkened and curled in hairs on these 3. The largest/oldest of the 3 is starting to show fading on the leaves. She may be ready in the next week or two. I'm waiting to start seeing some amber trichomes, so far they are still all white. These are supposed to be around 16% CBD and less than 0.3% THC. I'll be taking these in for testing soon and will be using these strictly for making CBD products - Salves, Oils, Capsules, etc... I'll keep you posted on this. This week I fed MegaCrop and Cal-Mag Pro (both by Greenleaf Nutrients). I fed according to their feeding schedule for late bloom. I think I'm going to stick with Greenleaf Nutrients for the duration of this grow rather than changing it up as I have been. Its super easy stuff to work with. 👍

Just waiting and watching trichomes & pistils. As of today all the trichomes are milky, but not all of the pistils have changed colour. A lot of them are still white. So on she goes!!! 😎

Iam done with setting up Now i have another Babytent. and Inside the New Viparspectra XS-1000 and the other Stuff to run the Envoirement I already ca see a difference between both Tents. Nov. 20 - Week 7 begins. It still clings to life despite occasional neglect. Nov. 27 - This week went really fast. One of my Nikon batteries decided to expand and even got stuck in the camera, lucky for me I have some 3M VHB tape kicking around and after several attempts managed to pull it out. I ordered a couple non Nikon replacements that seem to be doing the trick, and at half the price of the elusive, $90CAD, Nikon EN-EL14a. I really aught to get the dummy battery that plugs into the wall and not muck around with batteries, but again, the Nikon parts are elusive and if found, quite expensive. The little lady continues to surprise me with her determination to live despite repeated under watering.

Las amnesia están malitas. Ns exactamente por qué es. El único fallo que creo haber cometido ha sido regar de más, supurando por abajo un par de veces. He regado cada 4-5 días (muy poco) así q ns si el sustrato está muy compacto y por eso no traga ni como airearlo
