Gold Sativa is growing good. Still running high on her tds. She actually broke a branch pulling on anchor. I imagine I need to apply extra anchors vs moving it to prevent this. Plus my silica level is probably too strong since everything else lower drastically. Makes the plants tougher, and not as flexible. Always learning as I go. She is now coming into preflower and loving the new T5's. She is growing nice and bushy with future tops shooting for the stars. The stretch is definitely near. She will continue to be tied down and has been pruned and defoliated as needed to give her that sexy shape i want her to have in flower. Her terpines are beginning to be noticeable and is of lemons, earthy notes, and loud gas. She is now also getting kelp extract added to the nutes. She is growing very nicely and i could not be happier at the moment. So far OSSC has my attention as their phenotypes have been very nice.

DAY 35 Flowering: A good week for bud growth this week and plenty of light to reach all those tucked away bud sets too. The room looks so full now with the monster sized Strawberry Pie dominating the canopy and pushing the height limits. All of the buds on these two girls , including the secondaries, are a good size with so much vigerous pistil growth going on now that they look like their own plants. These girls need a lot of room to benefit from their natural size proportions and this was AFTER I used tip spreading to keep them lower !!!. Not sure the plant took me serious now !!. Lol I could not be more impressed with these at this point and I can see 2 potential auto personal bests forming.... The Six Shooter #1 is a nice sized lady too. Inhave had to do a little bending and rescuing on a couple of branches as they were too far out of light and also blocking other growth but she looks good on node spacing too so should have some nicely stacked colas at harvest time. Her sister #2 is half her size but has a lot of side growth to compensate thankfully. Being so low down compared to the other 5 plants has thankfully not been too much if an issue thanks to the FC3000 being so penetrative. Even the buds at the very back of the grow ate getting ample light to really bang the weight on from feeding and converting. Both of the six shooter are starting to colour up with orange hairs now and it does look like they could be the 1st to finish at this point. Mexican Airline are developing steadily. The #1 is rmteying toncatch upnwith bud production now but her long node lengths suggest she will be more clumps of flowers than stacks , her yield will no doubt be far lower than her sisters due to her slow start and progress but she still looks like she could pull through with some decent nugs. #2 has a lot shorter nodes and should look a little more spikes hopefully. They are showing one or two amber hairs now at just past the halfway point so we are doing ok. Lol All in all , I am loving this run of plants and the light has performed so well considering the canopy difference. Until next time. Be well Growmies.

Week 11 just started the flush 5 days ago looking good smells great cant wait ...organic way

The week went again pretty uneventful, other than me not getting the tip burn under control. I have further reduced base nutrients, removed the green sensation (simply because I ran out ;)) and increased pk 13/14 further. The buds continue to develop new pistils and continue to swell. The trichomes look mostly milky at this stage, I will however wait until I have around 20%-25% amber. I have cut a bud from the lower canopy (pictures attached), which is quite solid to touch and had a wet weight of roughly 1,2 gr and is currently drying. Overall the bud structure on this plant looks amazing the buds a re super dense, nicely clustered around the stems and she looks like she'll be a joy to trim.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Runtz from Zamnesia has been a strong grower along the way. When it was in veg it started with a little slow growth but this plant has a lot of euro genetics in it and it seems it would have loved higher light intensity durring veg so it would have stacked better. The buds are an interesting structure that’s why I think the plant was meant to be stacked the nugs army nice round balls there weird shaped like they were meant to be closer together to make long colas. There is potential with this plant just would need some more grows to dial it in to be grown at its pote

Fun one to grow even in veg its exciting because the foliage is fuckin Jurassic like it's a beautiful thing. Had some high ph towards the end so I would say theres plenty of room for improvement but all around this was a decent grow and this strain is a classic

The gutter hoe grow show powered by the VIPARSPECTRA XS2000 led is moving along. This ain't no side alley peep show! These girls might come from the gutter but they all have a shot of making it to the big stage. The side branches are starting to grow out and the pistils are starting to pop. The purple sunset roots are growing out of the drain. I'm sure most of these will prune themselves as the light gets to them. The crescendo is showing some signs of calcium deficiency after the organic calmag issue last week but I gave them some calimagic so I think she will stay happy now. I am really liking to simplicity of the gutter setup. I might be running a 3 row gutter setup next round if everything continues to run as smooth as it is. The show must go on!
