Hey everyone! 👋 Another week and another update, and in this week I finally flipped my babies! (and it wasn't a failed attempt) 😍 They are now in the 12/12 cycle and I must say last week's recovery was crucial to finally do it! Besides of all that this week was quite uneventful compared to the other ones (which I suppose is a good thing! 😝) The only things worth mentioning besides what I already wrote is that I overfed my babies (double dosage) but it seems they took them well and that Boomer and her sisters (specially Boomer) get thirsty really fast compared to before... which means I need to water them more frequently which isn't terrible. I also finally have some new time lapses 😊 I hope you all enjoy them! Thanks for reading! 🙌

June 14th : Didn't have a ton of time for photos tonight so I did a short video of the tent! Week 4 flowering is looking great! They are bouncing back from their defoliation with no problems! June 15th : Watered tonight, Seeing some Good Growth on the bud sites. I think all this love I've been throwing at them is working! June 16th : Was out of town and got home too late to take pictures. 😭 June 17th : Starting to wonder if I did something wrong. Been looking around at diary's and like everyone else has giant buds already formed by the end of the third weekish.. And mine aren't all that impressive.. Guess it's the cheap ass Amazon lights.. Fml..😕 June 18th : Welp now I don't know what to think. Lol Buds seem to be getting bigger every day.. Hope some of these large main stems start stacking bud sites. Come on girls!! June 20th : Last night of the 4th week of flower. Did another nutrient feeding tonight at 2/3 recommended strength. Seems like they are starting to stack up on the bud sites. Loving how it's looking. Gonna start with some macro photo's next week I think. Loving this adventure!

This one’s due for a little cleanup before she hits bloom cycle. Everything in the auto tent has taken very well to the Mills Nutrients.

Found a temperature solution in a UV bulb plugged into a 150W fixture. Did just the trick to keep the tent between 65-70 at all times during the winter. Only thing now is to find a permanent temp solution for the summer and I'll be all set. Given that this is an eight-week strain I believe this is it. I will be taking sporadic pictures throughout the week to show the differences when flushing. Just began flushing today, started with a half gallon of pH 7.0 water. Top-fed until about 5-10% run-off. No more nutes, just flush. Great news to accompany this, however. I've got another Early Lemon Berry seedling fully sprouted, two clones - Knight's Templar and Strawberry Banana(Dark Heart Nursery)! Look forward to those grow journals as well. I'll be picking up 5 beans of Ethos' new Lemon Berry Candy as soon as they're in stock, so excited! Again, for anyone scratching their heads as to whether the price point of Ethos is worth it... I implore you give em' a chance! Such a smooth, kick-ass experience!

I love this time of the week, when I sit down and think about what to write here. It reminds me of how simple this organic living soil method is. There’s really not much to say!! The girls are doing great, the leaves have a slightly yellow hue, but the plants will get their final top dress today (day 103, F43) and should be done 2-3 weeks from now. So excited!!! My little population of hypoaspis mites seems to get out of hand. I’ll admit, it scares me and I can get quite hostile with them. I’ve made my peace with them for now though! I’m sorry little guys 💔 The smells are so intense. Reminds me of those pineapple cheese sticks at parties. Absolute stank city, I can’t wait to smell them post-cure 😎 See you next week growmies! Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so frosty and into her fade now that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week, and I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. This lady has been Transplanted on day 39 since she was planted and she will be grown with the complete biotabs organic line, I have applied for this 50L pot: 25g of startrex for every 5L of soil so I've used 250g of startrex in total, then I've dropped a spoon of mycotrex in the planting hole and when I finished I finally added 5 slow release tabs for this 50L pot, and then I watered right after the transplant with 1g of bactrex per liter of water and 1ml/L of orgatrex, this is gonna be a fun season, stay tuned everybody!!

D68 - The first day in the final week as I'm planning on chopping her in a couple of days, on day 70. D70 - CHOP DAY! I cut her down, removed a few fan leaves, and hung her to dry. I set the Inkbird controller to 55.5% RH (+/- 2%). Now we wait.

SATURDAY 9/21: After having had my entire rig and all my cured produce stolen from me by my pardner in crime, I'm starting from scratch. (That f**king asshole!) Special thanks to the fabulous folks at Fastbuds for sending me some replacement beans!!! I mylar'ed up a closet and got a little light to get them started with. It's 3500k with some extra 660nm and draws about 200w from the wall. I am going old-school this time around..no pre-soak and no paper towels. I bought some soluble myco + tricho + all the good beneficial bacteria and mixed a little into a liter of distilled water and wetted rapid rooter plugs. I planted all three Stardawg beans in the rapid rooter plugs and put them in a little humidome under 9w of pink light. TUESDAY 9/24: All three emerged with no problems, but one is still wearing a "hat".. THURSDAY 9/26: All three had taproots sticking out a few inches, so I planted them in their 3 gallon pots and put little mini-domes over them. FRIDAY 9/27: I knew better than to try to start some seedlings with no humidifier, but the asshole stole mine, so I tried it anyway..I have several seedlings that probably aren't gonna make it, but so far all 3 x Stardawgs look fine. I wet them down and put some trays of water in the closet to try and bring up the RH. TUESDAY 10/1: Okay, so only one survived, and she's starting to grow.👍 My soil mix was too hot for them...rookie mistake... I finished working on my homemade frame and mounted 6 x 120w quantum boards to it, but one of my 3 x 240w drivers failed, so I gotta get a replacement sometime in the next few weeks. I still gotta get my ventilation squared away before I can even run them.😎 FRIDAY 10/4: She's my lone Fastbuds plants..got high hopes for her. She'll be surrounded by a bunch of Candy Cane hybrids.

Day 71. Girls just perfect ;))) As any grower i would want, bigger, fatter, stronger, but they are in that range anyway, now main thing not to screw up ;))) Girls on nute, water, water+calmag, water+silicaAcid, water+molasses rhythm and just love life ! Day 72. Got more presents, thank You Zamnesia ! Asked for 4 strains, got 2 ;))) Still 10 beans and full grow by one house, like i always try to do. Always wanted to try out Runtz, all grows that i saw - was sick ! Kalini Asia - new taste and strain for me 4sure ! Day 76. All is good , they are missing CalMag from those lights a bit and with such amount of buds, but should be fine. Todays watering was only with CalMag, ph 6.5. Next watering full nute blast, should be fun to observe, they are starving a bit , so i hope for huge grow rate after. Tried 4 month cured weed at a friends, he had to chop girl on week 6 of flower, with nutes still being fed. After an hour head pain , ash was still black ... I would never try not to flush .... The girls have really been growing well the last few days. 12/01 PH adjusted to 5.6. Temperatures have been steady and are in a good zone currently. LST will begin tomorrow. 12/02 Reservoirs topped off and PH adjusted to 5.8. Low stress trained the tops down. Nutrient flush for 2 plants in reaction to a Nitrogen Toxicity. 12/03 No water needed added. PH adjusted to 5.6 and light was raised a few more inches to match growth. Looking healthy right now. 12/04 Reservoirs are pretty stable and PH has hardly changed. There are fairly Ideal conditions environmentally at the moment. 12/05 PH adjusted to 5.8 and LST readjusted to maximize light penetration. Nutrients added back to the flushing plants with no FloraMicro. 12/06 Reservoirs topped off and PH adjusted to 5.8. Low stress training the canopy to be even and low. I love seeing the tent fill up Overall this weeks growths was fantastic and the before/after really shows it. Seeing a Timelapse really puts it into perspective how fast they grow week to week. Hopefully we have another full week of veg on these girls before they decide to start flowering. That's probably not the case, but we can hope! Week 5 is going to be exciting nonetheless 😎
