This week I had to remove my red light (sad because red leds are the most efficient one in terms of pffd per wattage) the reason for that is bleaching of the tips. Scientists found out that cultivars start bleaching if u hit 600 umol/m2/s red light (just red photons and not every strain bleaches). Besides that I did nothing to them. From now on I will try to keep the temps low but with a pretty small day/night temp difference. Now preservation of terps and maturing are my points of interests. Some nice colours are getting through … that was supported by some nitrogen deficiency. This was Not on purpose but better than burning them with nutrients. (Nitrogen is required to produce chlorophyll, which is Green. If u reduce the nitrogen towards the end you can support other pigments to come through.) These gals are in flower. Each about 2 ft tall. Milky way still shows nutrient issues but is doing OK. I scrooge Medusa with a peony cage and took off some leaves. She is very branchy but against my normal process, I won't take off the inner branches.

Starting week 4 and everything is looking good, buds are forming now time for them to fatten up. There is trichrome coverage starting around the budsites and on some fan leaves. The plants are starting to put off that pungent gg4 smell with earthy undertones. I did a pretty aggressive defoliation on day 21 (11/9/18) and cleaned up the lowers with a light lollipopping. The plants stretched more than I wanted so I may have to add 1 more layer of trellis it just depends if they can hold themselves up once they start putting on the weight going to have to wait and see. Slow growth for week 2 due to hot weather outside thus impacting indoors(heat spikes). There inside a small couboard at the moment I'm using biobizz Light Soil and 0.5ml of biobizz grow increasingly to 1ml next week3 then will be adding biobizz flower and a pk 13/14 booster in flower and a ripening solution in late Flower.

All in all every strain is doing great! Blueberry is the closes to finishing followed by chemdawg and lastly the Somango I just flipped little over a week ago so still have a little while to go with her! Blueberry has a pungent and fresh berries/citrus aroma going on while the chemdawg has the infamous og odor no doubt og is related to it haha. Thanks for checking it out! 19/07/20 (Sunday) 7AM - Set 4 seeds to germinate in cups of water (Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, Columbia) 7PM - St. Vincent and the Grenadines seed shows taproot 9PM - Trinidad and Tobago seed shows taproot 10PM - Seed from Jamaica shows taproot 11PM - Set the 3 germinated seeds into individual half gallon pots filled with promix. 20/07/20 11AM - SVG seed rises to the soil level 8PM - Jamaican follows suit 11PM - TT also exposes itself 21/07/20 The weather and forecast for the week show scattered showers and the seedlings are showing early signs of stretching so I decide to build a makeshift grow tent to supplement their light cycle while bringing them outside for a minimum of 4 hours every day to acclimate them. I decided on a 75W output LED bulb with a temperature of 6500K and 1055 lumens while using my room fan to simulate wind for healthy stem growth. 22/07/20 The plants show slowed stretch symptoms but still not to the level I want, so I revamp the 'grow tent' with reflective material (crumpled aluminium foil for more reflective surfaces) and upgraded the bulb to a 100W output LED with the same temperature and a higher luminousity of 1350. One cotyledon on the SVG strain was broken but not completely sheared off, but I'll leave it to its own devices. 23/07/20 Columbian seed has yet to germinate so I added another from my backups. 24/07/20 Seedlings have shown normal rates of growth so I think the current grow tent is sufficient. When I took them outside they endured light gusts and rainfall for a half hour during their sun bask. I decided to add foil to the door of the tent to trap more light in. 25/07/20 Tropical Storm Gonzalo may make landfall today and the skies are set up for thunderstorms so I decided to keep the plants in their indoor setup for the full 18hrs of their light cycle. Since both Columbian seeds still show no signs of germination, I decide to go collect another strain. I got my hands on a 21 day old Dominican Republic strain that was grown in a seedling tray and left there; It was fed once with 20-20-20 and calmag. The cotyledons were white, the stem red between the top nodes and yellow the rest of the way down, the leaves a light green, and it was no taller than 2 inches excluding it's 1 inch sq root cube. I immediately transplanted it into my remaining half gallon pot upon returning home, dampened the soil with my spray bottle and left it to sit with the others and finish the light cycle.

Plants are coming along. Looking good. Getting big/bushy. 6 Weeks (12/25/2024)

Day 43. A little cleanup some old leaves and opening up budsites. No nutrients all week, pant were on the verge of getting nute burn. Water every day, back feeding next week.

She's starting to fade out now, and budding up nicely. Not seeing much purple coming through yet. She's getting nice and fat and smelly now. Trying out a macro lens thingy.

So, guys.. This is her first month blooming. 4 complete weeks has passed. Here we are for 2 more. Gave Her a super powerful egg shell fert (all powdered - Phosforium Whelthy.) 07/10/20 - We are in the middle of week 5. Thats the way they look like. For me a good number of buds and they are as dense as I thought they would be by this time. I think everything is under control despite some foxtails cuz the heat. Loving the experience.

I started the 2nd week of light nutrition

Starting week 1 of flower on this Bruce Banner Auto from FastBuds! She has been a pleasure to grow so far! Had some minor issues dialing in her water amounts last week but she is starting to look better. Im sure last week put a hurting on growth rate but she will still produce nicely. More updates soon! Day 45 she is starting to perk up more and finally stretching out some! Still monitoring her situation closely though as she does have some slight yellowing around the edges but it may of just been watering issues. She is also incredibly compact and bushy right now. In about a week or so after stretching I'm gonna have to defoliate and open her up some most likely. Day 47 she is looking better yet! She is really showing signs of perking up fully and bouncing back! She definitely took a beating with these water issues but I think I got her figured out now. We increased airflow around her pot even more so she can dry out better. I suspect the bottom of her pot was staying too wet for daily watering causing issues. Now she seems to be drying out quicker and looking much happier. Day 48 we removed some dead and dying leaves that she had on her lowers. Looking nice and perky today and starting to stretch out a lot more.

03-01-2025 Começando um ciclo com as gostosas das fast buds 🤩 após alguns cultivos e várias sementes diferentes, escolhi estas 7 raças que irão habitar a minha tenda de 5x6, com 21 vasos de 12 litros, com o "nitro power" da bio bizz.

Hey now, hope everyone is well, this week went pretty good, both Glueberry OG Autos sprouted, and look good for a week in. They are currently in Pro-Mix seedling starter mixed with perlite but will be transferred to Coco Coir/Perlite as soon as their roots fill up the solo cups. I have grown seedlings in Coco Coir many times but I prefer to start them in ProMix because as there are no nutes in coco, you have to start with tiny quantities of nutes and work them up each feeding, and seedlings can be very finicky to EC/PH etc., and some strains can even be much more so than others. With Pro Mix, there is enough nutes for the first several weeks so I just give them water with a plastic syringe every 2nd or 3rd day. I have found that starting seedlings in Coir doesn't really produce a big advantage (at least for me) but her time in Coir will come. A couple things I also do is make sure to go by container weight above all else to know when to water. It is very easy to overwater seedlings and drown them, as I did when I first started. The other thing is I just lightly water around the very edge of the cup, to prevent drowning the roots, and also to force them to work their way out to the edges of the container instead of straight to the bottom. I started prepping a few bricks coco for this grow last night, I am re-using the coir from my last grow. I flushed it down to .4 EC and I currently have it soaking in a Cal Mag solution of 2.0 EC. I will let it soak for a few days then flush it again back down to around .4 EC. This is important to prevent cal mag deficiency down the road. To flush I just use a garden hose and a couple of saw horses with a 2X4 running through the handles of some fabric pots filled with my coir. It makes it easy to flush, and also easy to catch runoff underneath and measure the EC. I inspected and tested 2 of my drainage system this afternoon as I always test them outside with a few gallons of water before I set them up in the tent. Not much to do this week but hand water them every couple days, and hopefully by next update one of them will be ready or damn near ready for her final home which will be a 5.4 Gallon Airpot. I will be giving the other away to a friend to see what he can do with it. Once in her final home she will get fed 4x per day, and the runoff will go to my tomatoe plants outside which will also be in coir. I am super excited to crank this Medic Grow Spectrum X up and see what she can do. I am currently running her at 30% which is about 230 watts. I will be adding more seedlings to the tent here shortly to try and fill her up, but I started with the longest autoflowers and am trying to time them so they are all ripe within a relatively close time frame. High, Pics from FD36 were taken shortly before the light went on. 😏 As you can see the buds from the Moby Dick in the BioBizz Light Mix soil aren't as big as those in the Canna Terra Professional Plus soil. They all get the same nutrient solution. EC in the soil is around 3,5 and the pH is 6,4. I checked the drain yesterday. 👌 "This stain needs a very high EC between 1.5 and 2.0. Also the breeder recommends to control the pH." - Source: Dinafem I can sign on that without thinking twice. It's just crazy what the Moby's drink. 😅👍 On FD37 they got PK 13/14 for the first time (EC 1,8 / pH 6,3). On FD40 same as on FD37. Stay green. 😉
