Weekly update for these 3 lovely ladies. They're progressing nicely and smelling like cake when you rub the stems. Did a defoliation this week giving them some more light at the lower sites. All in all Happy

So I chopped the plant today on day 48, so now it’s drying time. I’ll be back in one week to see the results.

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Greenhouse feeded one is struggling under the high intensity of the light. But still growing frosty buds. Advance Nutrient one is smaller and is receiving less light. She is still recovering from the earlier accident though.

4/1/25 Welcome to another week and Thank you to @Zamnesia and @Plagron for the genetics and the chance to participate in the contest. These are beautifully tall plants. I have had to spray with lost coast plant therapy and some Safer brand insecticidal soap because of creepy crawlies such as mites of some sort. 4/7/25 i shoved everysingle plant into my main tent. it has a humidifier and controls and all the goodies. the plants that have been struggling were in a separate tent without a humidifier or even an exhaust fan. and i think that may have had something to do with the issues. im really hoping that it isnt something that can spread to other plants because ive shoved 5 - 5 gallon pots in 2.7x2.7 grow tent. but hoping the environment is more friendly for them during the last half of The pistils have changed colors because of the spray but everything else is looking nicely. Super tall and super thin leaved plants but the buds are very tight and i imagine will be fairly dense. some of the plants have decent cola stacking of maybe 6+ nodes Today i top dress with 3tsp of Bloom, 1Tsp of Microbe Charge and 1Tsp of Bloom Booster. 4/6/25 R3 is producing some giant buds. The lower buds are twice as big as some of runtz plants. They all smell super fruity

OVERALL: ~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run. ~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest. ~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant. ~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent) ~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB) YIELD: ~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed. ~ 753g (Wet) ~ 0.91g/watt GENETICS: ~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username! STRAIN REVIEW: ~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again. TRAINING: ~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics) ~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light. ~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily. DRYING ~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation. ~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest: ~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample. ~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars CURING: ~Curing in jars 3/4 full. ~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH ~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%. ~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour. ~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage. ~ Already tastes and feels great. On hand for heavier use (Once every 3 days before lights out for 15 days) in the case of an outbreak (No outbreaks yet, due to aforementioned preventative measures)

I started the GSC seeds from HSC by soaking in a glass of water overnight then planted in coco coir under a humidity dome in my veg tent. I will plant them in flower box in a couple weeks when they can handle the feed that my BB clone is on right now. On day 5 my 2 other Gsc seeds rotted perhaps too wet but I have one good remaining for this run. I started White widow seeds and will run 2 phenos. Gsc is looking good so far.

Super small buds in the 2 girls on the side. But I never ever felt so dense buds! I started to just feed them water today, they have plenty of stored nutrients in them.

Had alot of fun with these realized my dumbass could only use my plant for two plants but everything is a learning process i really wanna lrean how to get fat ass nuggs any help is welcome

Starting to look abit bigger week 5

week intel: im felling in love with them everything is good . this week was time of second net layer , the first layer was for spreading the branches and doing LST now the second layer is for supporting branches for later weeks when the buds gain weight and gets heavy the net will hold branch stand up without benting. stresses: im just gonna cause a little E.C stress to raise the terpens. i found their max tolerance is 1.9 E.C so im not gonna reach or get close to that amount again and beside this wont cause any more streses untill week 6 that will do second pruning and we are done with trainings then. feeding: as always im feeding plants 3 times per week with nutrients , no plain water at all, just with nutrients with adjusted p.h at this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) and karbo about 950 ppm - 1.8 e.c to cause a little e.c stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose for start of Green House Feeding Booster around 267 ppm - 0.6 e.c alone cuz this bad boy is very strong. day 5 : i feed them with medium dose of Top-Max around 160 ppm - 0.3 e.c to let them recover the stresses and eat the previous nutrients untill next feed at next week and the next 2 days will rest and eat :D just remember never feed them plain water besides the first week of germination always feed water with nutrients to feed them right p.h every time and to avoid excess water problems, and let them eat the previous meal for 24 hours and dry the soil, so at total only feeding nutrients 3 times a week other days let them dry and rest

What a surprising week this has been. Unfortunately our Elixir CBD instead of producing a healthy 20 to 30 grams dry yeild has seemed to know only expect to give us 5 grams if we lucky😞.Our Pineapple Express#2 is growing expectionally well standing at 42CM all she needs is some training hopefully its not too late.Our Blue Cheese is 7CM and Granddaddy black is 3CM.Our GSC is now about 12CM and our Purple Kush is about 17CM and Hindu Kush about 19CM they have all began training.

17/08 - I had a 5 days travel, which worried me a little, mainly because my irrigation system did not arrive in time. But when I came back the plant seemed very healthy. The medium was dehydrated but as you can see even after some defoliation the plant continues to be very bushy. 19/08 - Very wide canopy! I have a 60x60cm tent and half of it it's taken by the Rhino Ryder. Had to rearrange the tent. The Rhino is a bit behind the other plant. 21/08 - Did a defoliation to open more the canopy.

7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. Welcome to my Pink Rozay Diary, sponsored by Original Sensible Seeds. Flower Days 71-80 'Ripening Phase' Plant is doing really well. Has slowed down drinking. So, have cut her overall ppm by half. Will start winding her down this week. Her buds aren't gonna get any fatter. The stretch during pre flower thanks to me using my IR "FAR RED", with lights on, BIG MISTAKE. Stayed on a 600ish ppm feed for wk 11. Was lowered by half for this week. And will flip cut her off and will be on water for week 13. Buds have developed a lovely pink to them. And the leafs are also starting to turn. '95% of the time. I harvest before I get to that. Haven't had much luck with fade and such. But, hey, the bud did speaks for itself. And, this is also mainly down to the fact. I remove all those energy using fan leafs. Not mad about making pretty leafs, but lovely bud.
