1st of august, still quite hot, we gave the plant some water but kept her on the balcony, this plant grows fast AF, we didn't even start to feed the girl but it seems that the mycorrhizae and bio enhancer did a great job 2nd August, nothing 3rd August water 4th August moved plant to the roof (original location) 5th august water 6th and 7th August maybe we give a very small shot of iguana grow and ancient Earth

Growth has been steadier, and I’m particularly pleased with the new watering system. It didn’t take long at all for the root system to attach to the ropes

I love growing its a big passion of mine , and the fact that GD exists makes everything so much better, one can interact with others and enjoy and learn from each others. Thank you all growers love and keep them green <3 <3 <3

Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music Videos Grow Diary update 27th Feb 2020 The preflowering Stretch has well and truly begun with every branch that wasn't tied down , shooting upwards a few inches. The plant itself looks very healthy and content. Once flowering starts I'll begin to add P+K to the feeding regime. We have had bugger all sunlight here for over a week and also we have had lots of rain and wind. Daily max temps have been around the 24-25 celcius range and the minimums around 15 c. RH has been high 67% on average. That is about it for this weeks plant update . Now for the weekly Music videos. ** Last week I posted the links to three different artists who were picked by fellow growers thru the Grow question that I posted asking for requests. ** This week is back to just the one featured Artist from Australia. This week's artist is Mr Paul Kelly who is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo, and has led numerous groups, including the Dots, the Coloured Girls, and the Messengers. He has worked with many other artists and groups and is considered one of the finest singer songwriters to have come from Australia. Once again I couldn't narrow it down to just one song as he's had many great tunes but I have chosen the two with the best Music video as that is the main criteria for my Diaries Theme. So please prepare to enjoy some of Mr Kellys finest The first song is a brand new one called Sleep Australia Sleep in which he evokes many emotions and anger with his poignant ords and the haunting images of destruction of our beautiful country thru both natural and man made disasters such as the recent horrific bushfires and floods, plus also the damage to our ecosystem from pollution, rubbish and envionmental terrorism performed in the name of industry ( mining, oil drilling coal power stations etc etc This song really touched a nerve in me being a true blue Aussie and passionate Animal lover so I urge you all to actually watch the video and listen to the song. this is the video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hY1w_c7nO4 the second song is on a much lighter note & is called "Dumb things " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR-eTR3Dcps which apparently was quite popular in the US at the time of it's first release. Well it's been an awesome week :) Plants have responded way better than expected to both LST & fimming, I've got a good canopy and plenty of potential colas that are growing well and at an even level. Also, won £200 on a scratchy, so decided to invest in a better light. Went from 300w LED (true draw 130w) to 1800w LED (true draw 595w). The difference in the light is clear to see. Both plants have motored through initial training with LST and fimming without skipping a beat. I've read so many mixed opinions on topping / fimming autos, it was a hard decision to make. In the end, I decided to give it a try and find out for myself. If I'd had any concerns about the plants ability to cope, I wouldn't have done it, but if your plant is looking strong and healthy then it may be something to think about. Personally, I think there is no right or wrong, because it's probably entirely situational - too many variables like strain, genetics, environment, growing medium, lights etc to say one way or the other really. But for this grow right here? I think it was a good decision I'm extremely happy with the results. Scrog net now in place, and both girls are starting to boogy on upwards. No sign of pre-flower yet, I'm hoping they grow into the net before they start stretching too hard. Also, some weird findings from my runoff EC since I got the new light. Runoff EC has always been about 50-75 micro siemens above input. It was predictable as hell. But when the new light was installed, the runoff EC started to drop to about +25 from input... then the same as input..... and now my runoff EC is LOWER than input. Thought it might just be an anomoly, but it has now been consistently lower, every feed for the last 3 days. I'm going to post a question, but if anyone has any bright ideas wtf is up with that, let me know!! Signs of flower is becoming more noticeable on mental rainbow F1 have noticed more bud site development and more clusters of stigmas on the tops of main side branches as well as other setts of smaller side branches streaching upwards

Flipping today 12 12 9/15. Finally will be flowering at proper temps. Did some defol and bending, took last cuts. All these ladies good my diy immune boosters and triggers. They also of course got natural growth stims i have researched seems to work making them huge. Gonna hittem with more cytokinins aftern eylthylene foliar which will self prune it and control some stretch too.

Moin, Mit etwas Verzug gibt es das nächste Update. Mittlerweile ist die Z seit letzte Woche Montag in der Blüte und somit ist die 1. Blütewoche auch bereits vorbei. Die Pflanze entwickelt sich sehr gut, alle Blätter haben einen wirklich schöne grüne Farbe und keinerlei Mängel zeichnen sich ab. Die Struktur der Pflanze ist bereits sehr offen mit relativ großen Internodienabständen und wenig Blattmasse. Daran zeichnet sich auch schon ab, dass es wirklich kein Ertragmonster sein wird. Durch das mehrfache Toppen des Stecklings habe ich eine sehr uniforme Struktur erzeugt die das Höhenwachstum bisher sehr gut kontrollieren. Während der Stretchphase wird die Z weiter leicht gescroggt. Gegossen wird mittels Tröpfchenbewässerung pro Tag 3 mal wobei 1x mit Drain und 2x als Maintanceshot ohne drain gegossen und eine möglichst gleiche Wasser und Nährstoffversorgung zu gewährleisten. Je nach weiteren Wachstum kann der Bewässerungszyklus weiter angepasst werden. Hi, Here comes the next update, a little later than expected. The Z has been flowering since last Monday, so the first week of flowering is already over. The plant is developing very well; all the leaves have a really nice green color and there are no signs of any defects. The plant’s structure is already very open, with relatively large internode spacing and little leaf mass. This already indicates that it won’t be a high-yield monster. By topping the cutting multiple times, I’ve created a very uniform structure that has kept height growth well under control so far. During the stretch phase, the Z will continue to be lightly scrugged. Watering is done via drip irrigation three times a day, with one watering including drainage and two as maintenance shots without drainage, to ensure as consistent a supply of water and nutrients as possible. Depending on further growth, the watering cycle can be adjusted further.

Day 73 The plants look healthy and deeply green. First buds have appeared — flowering is going great. Over a week ago I removed the base nutrient Simplex Coco. Now running only Power Feeding Bio — mixed it into the coco and topped the substrate with it. Watering with plain water at pH 5.7–6.3, CalMag, and flavor additives at 1–2 ml/L: Simplex Aroma Punch and Taste. Previously these same plants showed nitrogen toxicity — red petioles on the large fan leaves when using Simplex Coco base at 2 ml/L as per the manufacturer's feed chart. On bio nutrients and water, new growth is coming in clean. Some leaves still show minor spots from previous acid overdose. A week ago I ordered basic pH and TDS meters from a local marketplace. Now dialing in the water properly: first bringing TDS to the target level with CalMag, then adjusting pH down with Simplex pH Down. Sometimes as little as 1 ml of acid is enough for a 15-liter bucket. The new auto-irrigation system arrived — in the coming days I'll set up drippers in the substrate and find a 5-liter reservoir for the tank. The speed at which the Durban plants have started flowering in a fully blacked-out tent is impressive. Waiting for some fat buds! 🌿

What a beast! The main bud has really plumped up and looks absolutely gorgeous. I’ve trimmed off a few of the larger leaves. It smells delicious and looks very healthy.
