Kaiydaan started showing signs of Flowering early last week. A few stigmas, Pre-Flowering, but still more Vegetative. So I decided to consider this week "Flowering". She was popping stigmas before 21 days. So far these WeedSeedsExpress genetics have shown to be exceptional. I will be slowly reducing her Veg feedings and slowly working in Bloom nutrients. I feed very sparingly as the soil has been amended with all the good stuff, organically. I think my light may have been too close, so I raised it a couple of inches to 20". I'm not 100% sure it was too close, but it's better to be safe than sorry. July 1, 2021 Little calyxes have started showing all over Kaiydaan. Kaiydaan has really breezed into Flowering without any hiccups *knock on wood. July 2, 2021 I did some tucking-of-the-leaves and some mild LST on the entire crop. I had to tuck one of Kaiydaan's taller tops. I snapped one of her other tops, but quickly got her into 🚑Urgent Care and she's as right as rain. July 3, 2021 That main top, I tucked on Kaiydaan, has turned right back up and has put on some height. Trichomes are starting to pop and the leaves are sticky. She still has no smell or none that I've noticed. July 5, 2021 I'm still dialing back the Veg nutrients on Kaiydaan and Freeman. J is still vegging strong, very light defoliation as she is ALL tops. We're only 1 month away until My Freeman's birthday! July 6, 2021 I just watered the girls, they're not big drinkers yet, a liter every 3 days. J seems to be a different Pheno from the rest. Her leaves have more texture and she appears to be all tops (likely due to the FIM'ing she underwent) and she is over a week behind Kaiydaan and Freeman.

Not a surprise for me that she is doing very well. I seem to match well with the traits in Sweet Seeds selections. She is wide and will squeeze out her third set of leaves this week and hopefully working on her fourth set......time will tell🤞She is also getting more green at the start of the week so its time for some plain water as well. The medium has had little to no runoff so far so the ppm will be building and likely pH adjusting slightly,. Switch CalMag this week and going with GH as it has a 1% value for Nitrogen. Will be increasing the CalMag now as well. Will be getting ppm in the 500 range more this week. May start to introduce Sensyzime at the end of the week. Keep moving the lights up and down trying to dial in between 18” and 30” and see how they react. Seems to be about 28” right now they are happy. Playing with the VPD and finding that they are not as happy with the VPD up around 1.0 and rather happier around 1.4??? Happier meaning tips and looking like she is getting bigger. Played with humidity this weekend as well between 52% and 75%. Again, they seem happiest around 58%..........going to try that for a couple of days and see how they grow for the next few days. I feel they are alrighty slower at the high humidity. She has gotten taller and seems very energetic right now😀👍 Apr 19, Day 9 - VPD - 1.3 - 2L watering today with CaMg and Sensyzime @ 1ml/L each. 240ppm with 5.9pH. - Had more runoff, that was the goal. Didn't bother to measure this though. - Just trying to bring the medium pH in line and reduce some of the ppm. - Things just aren't progressing as I think they should. Apr 20, Day 10 - VPD 1.5 - dry out day - lower humidity in tent to 55% Apr 21, Day 11 - VPD 1.5 - dry out day, again. Humidity kept low. - Added home made CO2 to the tent today. - 3.5" tall only. - this girl is doing the best in the tent right now. She has handled the over feeding the best of them. Apr 22, Day 12 - VPD 1.4 - Dry out day yet again but now raising the humidity back to 65%. - tips back up today. Apr 23, Day 13 - VPD 1.4 - 0.5L - P & V & Vitathrive @ 1ml/L, DF & CalMag@ 0.5ml/L = 410ppm and 5.9pH - primarily calmag and something for roots. - She has some wide leaves and doing well. She has just been slowed down....crap. Apr 24, Day 14 - VPD 1.4 - 0.5L - Voodoo and Piranha and VeloKelp @ 2ml/L = 180ppm pH'd to 5.6 - tough week.......she battled over watering as a result of some over feeding last week.

Die dritte Blütewoche startet für die Ladies und sie bekommen noch etwas Proviant mit auf den Weg. Sie bekommen jeweils 20ml Orgatrex und 1g Bactrex, gelöst in einem Liter Osmose Wasser. Ich habe den Autopots einige Tage vorher die Wasserzufuhr abgedreht, um sie nicht zu fluten. Für mehr Stabilität habe ich ein zweites Netz reingehängt. Außerdem habe ich zwei ungenutzte PC Lüfter ins Zelt gelegt um für etwas mehr Umluft zu sorgen. Desweiteren wurden einige Blätter entfernt. Die Woche neigt sich dem Ende zu und die Pflanzen sprengen das Zelt. Die Lampe hängt mittlerweile auf Anschlag.

Her green still not were i want so i am keeping the nutrispray for a few days more at least until i like the colors better, apart from that she is growing great actually, wen looking at last week defoliation and now , i mean lol Sorry so short update i will keep updating among this week <3 <3 <3 Decided to connect my spider-farmer to increase my PPFD, i love this MARSHYDRO TSW2000 but in my humble opinion a 4x4 needs a bit more PPFD Power wen in flower mode bringing up my average PPFD to 1000 umol/m2/s lets see if she likes the idea or not. And like i suspected she did like more light and the color is changing bringing her green colors back to normal, did a leaf inspection just in case and posted some photos of my under leaf microscopic view, all good by the way lol , with this meaning that next week i will provably stop Nutrispray since i don't like so very much to apply any type of foliar during flower. And As i suspected i have an bug infection lol freaking trips found them way in to my closets, them a i dont know if mites, but i have something in this closet that webs and i cant find it RRR, i guess its part of the game, just been long long long time since i encounter any situations like this, and that is why its happening, i got way to comfortable and lazy on my IPM. This is one of the reasons why is so important to checking in a microscopic way under leafs etc Im ordering a bunch of beneficial insects , traps etc and going in from all sides lol non so ever she is looking great, not the best color leafs i know , but she is moving fast and furious . The Afghan is a show off. The buds so far are growing strong for 21 day’s of flowering. No worries with this strain as she takes defoliation very good.

Germination went well she was a beautiful large purple seed when I see her I knew she was going to be a nice phenotype . I use fish tank water as my base which is 350 parts per million then I added 1 ml of biogrow and 0.25 ml of biobloom . pH 6.5

Nice steady rate of growth now. Went from 24/0 to 20/4 light schedule to encourage some stretch. Performed some light defoliation of bottom leaves and leaves growing to center of plant which were blocking bud sites. If I had not defoliators the plant would have been even bushier. At the start of this grow I wanted to encourage more bushy growth as opposed to height, but this plant has gotten almost too bushy. Increased water reservoir nutrients up to 380 ppm. Add trellising netting to further low stress train as plant grows. I’m excited for next week as preflowers have began to form, will probably be in full flowering mode next week. This thing is really starting to suck the water level down on a daily basis. If any of you guys have any tips, questions, or comments please leave them!

Had my run-in with powdery mildew midway through flower. But bud-washing was my savior! Completely killed all the pm and left me with a still incredibly strong end result. Its seriously some of the smoothest stuff I've grown to date, when smoked in a pipe.. I will be taking away 2 stars from the review because of the susceptibility to pm, however. This grow was a success as far as the autos go, overall... The photoperiod gal still has a few more days. Either way, I highly recommend this strain. Don't make my mistakes, make sure you keep your tent clean the whole grow through, ALONG with the air quality(just as important as the tent itself). That's where I honestly failed. After reading how spore transference works, I felt like such a knucklehead keeping my tent in a... 'homely' condition. Either way, lessons were had and I'm not one to make the same mistake twice! After 2 days the roof is getting of and the plant gets her first 250 ml of Water. The plant grows very vigorously and fast. Unfortunate the last day the plant begun to bend her first 2 leaves up and i dont realy know why. I will try something out and see where it goes.

So happy with the result of these gals. Harvested at around 15-20% amber on the tops of the colas, will be pressing the lower buds and trim with less amber into rosin :) They really grew into massive hulking monsters with colas the size of my forearm :0 I am so impressed and proud to call this my first ever grow. I learned so much and I am so hyped to put all this knowledge into the next grow.

They’re growing well, I’m fixing to feed today, (Epsom salts for Cal-Mag), Molasses and I Ph down with Ascorbic Acid and PH up with Baking Soda. I also used filtered water from fridge and let set out so the chlorine can evaporate before I use. And I water every 2-3 days. (Ps: I also started flower late so you might be further along than me.)
