No problems thus far. Plants looking healthy and buds are really starting to fatten up now. One of the Dirty Kush Breath's is starting to purple up and they have a sweet berry smell. Sugar cane has a similar sweet smell but more of a citrus smell. Only half way thru flower.....can't wait to see how big these buds get!

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 73 Day 10 Weeks to Harvest

Perfect strain for begginer growers and not only. Very easy to grow. Plant is very resistant to any stressful conditions . (Heat, cold, I was overfeeding but she was taking it more and more without any problems) She was growing very fast in vegetation, But took 12 weeks of flowering period. (Maybe that was my faulth cause it’s only my second grow and i missed something) Buds are very dense with sweet berry aroma. I could not wait untill the end of drying period and had a taste of just a little bud. That shit is very strong even for experienced smokers. Huge to breeders 11/10. If you have not tryed to gro Green Gelato yet i wouls advise it to everybody. She will not dissapoint you. 💥👌🏽👌🏽

Started Training Late! Was on summer holiday for a week and only started training now. Above are the plants during training as well as a few hours after training. Autos are definitely more delicate and the two runts are growing slow but yet still showing some progress. Changed my bulbs back to the CMH set to 400w each (2) Also gave them a good amount of water as the FloraCaps aren’t covering the whole pot I felt like it was necessary to wet the entire grow medium well for a change. Some of them were a bit far along for training but I did the best I could. Also the Purple Lemonade and 2 other plants are showing signs of flowering.

Week 4 Topping 3rd node - AK Mainlining + Defoliation + LST

Another one down two more to go this is absolutely been one of the funniest grows I’ve ever had Thank you so much fastbuds 420 for letting me be a sponsor grower Tropic cookies was one that really stood out to me 130 inches tall and almost 2 1/2 ounces of bud deep red purple buds covered in frost I mean frostier than Frosty the Snowman catches your eye. I have never grown purple buds before and I can’t wait to do it again thank you so so much fastbuds 420

Day 67, new grower mistake: been flushing for roughly 3 weeks+, backed of the nutrients when the light burn started weeks ago because of fear of stunting the plant, noticed the fall colors starting 2 weeks and figured I would be close enough to harvest but unfortunately I was wrong. This LSD just wants to keep growing; still throwing out new white hairs with almost 60/40 orange to white hair ratio, and mostly cloudy trichomes but not too many Amber. In a perfect world I'd let it go another 1-2 weeks, but going into the 4th week of flushing, the dead leaves are getting too close to the main colas for my liking, I decided to do a partial harvest of the main top colas, and lower my lights a few inches to hopefully beef up the smaller buds that have been further from the light and are further behind then the main colas . I now know the importance of checking trichomes before starting flush and understanding the need for nutrients all the way through flower.

Outdoor coco 15g pots Progress: Lava cake is about week 6.5. Starting to ripen and get heavy. Buds are getting fat. Strong sweet cookie/ ice cream smell. Buds are getting more frosty. Buds are getting so heavy I installed a net on 3 of 4 and doing #4 soon. On my most mature plant - About 25-30% of pistils have turned color. Some trichomes are milky, none amber. Looks like plants are a few days apart. Marathon OG week 5 1/2. Still stacking and getting fat. Smells dank. Trichomes are showing up. The 20 gallon OG is growing into a monster. I’m still waiting for the heavy bud stacks…. Nutes: Bumping up ppm, the dry koolbloom and molasses, stopping regular koolbloom and grow. Looking to starting flushing the lava cake in a week or so. Feeding 2x a day; 3x on hot days. Weather: Had a good week of cooler temps until yesterday, when it was 97. Looking at hugs in the 80s this week, perfect. Pests: The moths and caterpillars are in full swing so I’m applying BT every morning. I’m working hard to reduce caterpillar 🐛 losses. We lost all of the top colas on a plant in another location 💔 . Hey guys idk what’s going on my autos it seems as if the Gelato and Zkittlez has just stop growing completely I mean there’s no change at all the Zkittlez Og is starting to fill in forming nice little buds but my other autos seems like they had stop completely I know the lifespan on the Gelato is 76-80 days from seed to harvest The Zkittlez lifespan said the same 76-80 days from seed to harvest Zkittlez Og lifespan is 80-90 days from seed to harvest And I know I’m for sure March 9th marked the 60th day on all autos and I know I stress the hell out of them overwatered etc but it looks as if I might only have one plant to successfully make it yet this is my first grow and why I choose to do autos first to give me a little insight on what I’m doing but I’m going to let these girls go for a full 90 days before I decide to trash em and focus purely on my clone grows

Finally my All in one mix arrived and im back to my normal feedings, by this i mean other labels bring up to much the EC in the water, making it harder to had whatever you want to had more 😅😆 Day 5 flower and you can se they wore desperate to flower, they are running and stretching like there’s no tomorrow 😅 lets see how will this afect in terms of space and canopy, so far so good but we are at day 5 and the6 are monsters comparing to the other side of the tent 😆 Day 7 and I’m already looking at them and thinking they need a air cut 😅 this girls are growing and drinking kind a fast 😆 with is a great signal.
