9/3 Shook the plants off this morning and took a few pics and did a video. Let's see if it uploads. Plants are doing good. Toasted toffy is due for another plant doctor application tonight. It seems like I'm losing lots of leaves. Looking back on my other diaries I guess it's normal. BUT I could've had pest/pathogen problems then. I'm over thinking it. Toasted toffy only needs a few more weeks. It will definitely outvrun the disease. The nugs are super dense too. The plant in the 50 is loosing leaves faster than I'd like. It is also one of the furthest along. The big leaves that turn yellow look like it's a calcium/magnesium issue. The stalk and branches are all bright green and healthy looking. So are the flowers. It could be something below the soil. I couldve been overwatering but last time I waited until it drooped. It will be fine though. I'm happy with my results so far. Not my best or biggest year but I'm going to put in the work and Mae these plants produce the best quality cannabis that im able too. Also I think plant doctor may kill insects. K bicarb with dawn does too. I've found a few dead bugs like flies and pillars. Pillars actually seem to be gone. Not many moths either. Unless I see them I'm not going to treat them for it. This is that magical time where you get to watch the plant produce those beautiful flowers. Despite some small problems I'm very grateful for what I have. I've worked hard for it. 9/4 Watered everything but the sherb pie which was still heavy with leaves yellowing. It's tied for the furthest behind in flower with the seed in the 10. I treated the toasted toffy with 1/4 gallon (4tsp/gallon) of plant doctor. I avoided flowers as much as possible and tried to just get a few leaves. I used the rest on the soil. I just wanted it to absorb a little faster. That's why I sprayed the foliage. It's not 4 days it's 14 days when tje plant doctor just leaves behind a bunch of potassium and phosphorus after it's done its job. Can't be used in a 14 day interval with copper and I think that's what treats septoria best. I dontvknow if I can use that in flower. Doesn't really matter. Things are looking good. Plant Doctor and the K bicarb seem to be doing there job effectively as long as i stick to the application times. I made a short video but didn't upload. I'll try again but I may have some medical emergencies that need to be dealt with. If not I should defoliate and tie down some event horizon branches. I thought about treating the other event horizon as well. I'm not positive it has septoria but it wouldn't hurt anything to be practice. It AT LEAST has a couple suspucuous spots. I smelled a skunk as soon as I got out of my car. It can't get in my grow but I might put out traps to catch it. We'll see how it goes. Video seems to be uploading. It's at 31% so I'll wait for it. I think I've got like four or five weeks on my toasted toffy and one event horizon and the one in the 50 that I THINK is red runtz. That's good that I'll have different plants to harvest at different times. It's seeds from here on out though. It was hard to find info on some of the strains I'm growing but they all have ONE thing in common. They are EXOTIC and they are at least MODERATELY DIFFICULT to grow. AT LEAST lol. Last year I picked the right seefs and strains and it greatly helped. Still, if these are difficult strains to grow, then I'm doing a good job. EDIT: I WAS STONED BUT IM PRETTY SURE I TREATED THE PLANT IN THE 50 WITH PLANT DOCTOR. DIDNT SPRAY BUDS. TRIED TO GET THE LEAVES THEN USED THE REST ON THE SOIL. I REMEMBER BECAUSE A STREAM ACCIDENTLY HIT A COUPLE LEAVES ON THE HUGE PLANT IN THE 10. 9/5 Sherb Pie was light and drooping. It's not to far in flower and still seemed moist yesterday with a little bit of weight. I watered it a gallon. I defoliated a little but I need to go through that plant. I have a bunch of plants that need a little work. The 50 gal seed is losing lots of leaves. I must not be feeding it enough, overwatering or maybe theres some sort of lock out. The plant looks nice and healthy. Leaves just turn yellow and die. Looked like a calcium or magnesium deficiency but i saw a septoria spot. I wouldn't think I've over feed or locked out using the small amounts of nutes I've used. It will be time to feed again soon. It's in the middle of flowering and still has leaves. I'm hoping things work out. I just have an anxiety disorder and worry too much. I'm GOING To have a great harve! I just need to keep moving forward and putting in the work. 9/6 What a fucking shitty morning. I did research on how to keep skunks out of your garden. Because I smelled it and the neighbors shot a few. Dad put traps out and it caught one. It wasn't a no spray trap so I approached it with him. Both had tarps. I kept telling him to throw it while I was distracting it bur he got a cramp and only got it over half. The half away from my garden. It's pretty far and down in a field but still. We had talked all morning about how to release it. I offered to drive their dog to take it for a walk so his alcoholic girlfriend wouldn't spiteful put the dog on its run. It wouldn't be sprayed but I made it out like it would ruin my plants. Picked dad up and got him to the bathroom. In that 30 seconds the stupid bitch grabbed the dog and brought it outside despite me YELLING "Can't you wait 5 minutes!? We've been dealing with this all morning. I heard fuck you in my head and she did it anyway. Dog ran at the skunk barking and it sprayed. Not a lot but I was fucking pissed. She's a full blown alcoholic and doesn't like me around early or the fact that my old man's 80 and house is mine. Anyway I got back and there was NO SKUNK SMELL. AT ALL! I WATERED EVERYTHING BUT SHERB PIE AND FED EVERYTHING BUT SHERB PIE. ILL FEED AND WATER THAT TOMORROW. WATERED A GALLON WITH A QUART OF FEED. Researched my strains found out they were all "difficult" to grow. One year ago to the Day I cut my first tenth planet. I got a couple close to a few weeks but the others will be later. If I can pull this off though I'll have some crazy quality! Grateful for what I have that's for sure! I doubled beastie bloom this time. We'll see how it goes.nothings uploading. I did some vids a pictures but I'll have to upload today. 9/7 I think it rained last night. I forgot to water and feed the sherb pie but I'll do it when I get back. I shook off the plants the best I could. I need to get the leaf blower out now and put it to use. Buds are swelling like crazy. GMOs are very tight flowers. Same with the event horizon. Rock hard nugs. With the gmo's I'm not worried. The were monster cropped so they have enough leaves even if some do die off. The toasted toffy only has like four weeks left. Same with the event horizon. The plant in the ten is the furthest behind but it's extremely healthy. I removed some leaves from the bottom and large fan leaves. The plant in the 50 I hope finishes before it loses all its leaves. I treated it with plant doctor and SOME people strip their plants but I don't. I'm grateful for what I've got. Won't be the biggest harvest but WHEN I make it to the finish line I will have some incredibly potent strains. I'm proud of myself to even get these to finish seeingvthe level of difficulty on cultivation. I'm trying to upload some stuff. We'll see. 9/8 Apparently it rained pretty hard last night. Took forever to go through and shake everything off and defoliate what needs it. Sherb pie is praying to the sky and almost totally purple. It's flowering so much more in the last couple days. Everything has. Even the one in the ten is stacking up! I defoliated most of what needed it and I was soaked. I noticed a branch on the middle gmo that was getting heavy and starting to break away from the trunk. It wad wobbly but I don't think there was a break un the Cambrian. I made a sling with rope (couldn't find zip ties) and I pulled it tight amd secured that branch to the tomato cage. GMO buds are hard as rocks. Everything is in overdrive. They liked that beastie bloom. I have cha ching but nothings ready for that yet I don't think. We'll the event horizon and toasted toffy might be I'll have to check. It's been beautiful today but not too hot. Lots of wind which is good. I'll upgrade supports as needed. Flowers are progressing at an amazing rate. Weather is supposed to be great the next few days. I'll keep this updated. 9/9 Had to shake the plants off. WATERED EVERYTHING BUT THE SHERB PIE WHICH WAS REALLY HEAVY. It's also lost a lot of leaves and the majority of leaves have turned purple. Toasted toffy and event horizon and red runts are pretty far into flower. I tried to take some pictures. Even the ten is blowing up! That looks like I'm going to switch to cha ching when flower gets further. Trichs are developing nicely on the ones further in flower. This year it's going to be quality over quantity. All these strains are ranked HARD to grow but have insane cannabinoid profiles and high THC %'s. So if I can keep it together for another month I'll be golden. Looking forward to it. This is the fun part. It's also the anxiety provoking part. I've learned a lot just since joining grow diaries.

Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

These girls are monsters. Lol they kinda got away on me this week as I got bit busy, and I was forced to turn down my light to 750w to keep my D.P.I. In check. All good though now and things are ramping up. Not much else to say really, just keeping things rolling along. Some strains are just easy...lol Stay tuned for more next week! Cheers 💨

Dried the flower for 10 days, and got 184.9 grams (roughly 3.3 ounces per plant which is smaller than I expected, but it is what it is) Curing now and i'm sure the quality will be amazing.

Most of my flowing plants are cut and hung, cpl taking their times getting nice and ripened just a few more days then everything comes down Making room for my autos

This is mainly an ongoing diary to check on the feminization rate of my autos.To see if they will, herm out, i'm not necessarily doing stress tests.I am still growing them within a given range. I have yet to see any pollen sacks or nanners. However, I am impressed that we're looking at Six out of ten have gone into blooms so far. Of the oddles that I bred.

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

Die Systeme sind mittlerweile gut eingestellt und auch das etwas laute Gluggern habe ich in den Griff bekommen. Jetzt sind die Systeme vom Geräuschpegel nahezu gleichwertig. Die Nährlösung ist dieses mal von Anfang an stabil, da ich die Eimer, den Blähton und die Steinwollwürfel alle vorher in vollwertiger Nährlösung eingeweicht hatte. Ich habe sie dann über 2 Tage noch nachregeln müssen und ab dann war der PH-Wert soweit stabil und ich konnte die vorgekeimten Seeds in die Würfel werfen. Mit dieser Methode fühle ich mich dieses mal irgendwie etwas "sicherer", aber mal schauen, ob sie dieses mal anfangs trotzdem wieder etwas durchgemangelt aussehen. Bueno, van muuuy bien, quizás en alguna variedad me pasé con la tijera y por solo confiar en las cabezas, no voy a sacar mucha producción pero bueno, lo que salga se fuma, y lo que no, se cultiva de nuevo xD. Las plantas tiran un oloor... Me lo tiene todo apestado! Jajaja para bien! Aclaro que estas fotos son literalmente tras encenderse las luces despues de 6h de un producto de descarga total antifungico que usé en oscuridad. El producto es valido para floración, ademas que pienso que aún quedará un mes pal corte, tiempo de sobra + 2 semanas de secado + otras 2 semanas de curado (no nos engañemos, se fumará desde que esté seca xD pero la teoría es que no, que aguanto hasta que cure). El tiempo este que digo, lo menciono a modo, tiempo mas que de sobra de irse los restos. Debido al producto, que lo coloqué en el centro del armario, las ramas mas cercanas han sufrido de estres químico y han cerrado estomas, por eso estan mas marrones o caídas, incluso como si tuviesen estres hidrico. La semana que viene cuando suba las fotos, veremos los cambios :). PD: adoro esta variedad xD cogollos gordisimos, se resiste a todo, alguna arañita pequeña veo aun pero lo lleva muuuy muy bien, y su olor.... Tengo entendido que tiene al menos dos fenotipos muy marcados, yo solo he germinado 1 de las 4 semillas que tengo y he de decir que en esta me ha tocado el gaseoso! Huele a gas! Esssagerao! Jajajajaja huele fuuertisimo a gas con frutas, es como si mojases una cesta de frutas de estas que huelen dulzonas con gasolina por encima jajajaja es el regusto fuerte del gintonic pero mas marcado. Tengo muchas ganas de probarla.

Week 5 and this Pink Truffle is showing a very vigorous vegetative response with strong lateral expansion and excellent canopy formation after training. The plant has developed multiple healthy tops with aggressive branching and long secondary arms, creating a wide and productive structure while still maintaining good airflow and light penetration throughout the canopy. One of the most noticeable traits at this stage is the stem thickness and overall plant strength. Growth remains fast and balanced, with healthy leaf coloration and strong metabolic activity across the entire structure. The Pink Truffle profile is already expressing itself through vigorous branching behavior, clean internodal spacing and a very resin-oriented plant architecture that looks highly promising for heavy flower production later on.

Day 36 - In the picture, I demonstrated the efforts I put in for leaf tucking, the back half, so that light can get deeper in the canopy. A had also removed all of the flowering cover crop to prevent it from going to seed. It served its purpose and now serves as compost for my outdoor garden. Day 37 - This plant does not slow down! It is maxed out, for my preference, horizontally. Stretch is slowing down. Bud growth will now be the focus. Day 38 - She really needed a haircut, so she got one. Everytime I do this, I honestly scare myself. I know the potential these plants have, but a mistake that would cause additional stress to the defol can change everything.. cover crop is also cut down and breaking down in my outdoor garden. One last spray down before buds appear and a good feeding to push her through this heavy strip. Love to see worms hanging out on the surface of the soil, breaking down all my top dresses. The nugs are starting to get orange hairs on them. Item 9 has thick nugs and red velvet is frosty.

Started the week off by swapping the girls tent for my tiny 2x2x4 and they loved the environment. Such a small space, so easy to maintain. Increased the nutrients to about 1/4 the recommended dose from Advanced Nutrients, and also increased the water to a little over 1 cup by the end of the week, the girls responded great, and perked right up. I didn’t dial up the light this week as they were in a much smaller tent, but will be moving them to my big tent , while also transplanting n the very near future. I like to move up to 2 gallon pots for the 1 transplant, then move into their final 4 or 5 gallon pot around week 6 or 7, just in time for them to settle in before flipping to flower. Seemingly overnight, the A.K. plant overcame Sour Ripper in growth! Been a fun week as far as the plants go, havent needed to water them at all. Ill take a peak into the tent occasionally, witnessed the growth pick up exponentially this week. I noticed the pots are getting pretty light when i was taking these pictures. Will likely water them tomorrow. Notes for those interested: My last grow was RUINED from consistently overwatering and NEVER checking pH of feed water. Everything that could have went wrong as a result, did go wrong. Murphy's Law eh? Just trying to see to it that doesnt happen again. For those interested in the DWC girls, their growth has been nothing less than great 👍. It was less than two weeks ago that i went to the local hydro shop to pick up some hydroguard and damn! Is that shit good or what?! Root rot has been stripped away in almost ALL of my DWC girls, tons of white, happy root growth in their place. Ive decided that i will flip them all either halfway through this week or monday of next. Going to mother both A.K. and S.R. 2-3 weeks into flower transition. Again, great job @RipperSeeds and @Nirvana, really loving this stuff.
