Harvesting An ELEPHANT !!! And after 118 day from seed and 101 from wen she started her mix veg/flowering process, i cant say for sure but i am starting to believe that this auto world do veg, then veg and flower in conjunction for a wile and only after they a wile they move to a flowering stage completely but thats another post another day lol today was harvest day for this Auto Elephant from SSSC , and let me tel you she is a delight with huge fruits, so big that i normally cut and hang the all plant and for this i did not take the risk of doing that and getting bud rot , better safe than sorry, so what i broke her in smaller peaces and put it all in the rack. Now not much to do than waiting for it to get around 10/15% humidity and jar with it all. This one as you guys can see from the video , this is a full covered in trichomes BIG MAMA and touching her is like touching super glue or something lol i was trying to put all the colas in one picture , but is simply just not possible , they all look great so i selected 4 of them for a true back back ground <3 Thank you Super Sativa Seed Club for this opportunity, i fell like a champion no matter what with this 2 Mamas, much respect on the work you guys did on this Elephant As always thank you all for stoping by for your love and for it all, i fell humble and honored

🌸 BlueBerry – Week 6 Flower Report Grower’s Journal | Zamnesia BlueBerry ⸻ 🌱 The Girls This Week Both BlueBerry ladies are now true queens, stretching big, stacking huge colas, and getting so heavy that yo-yos are holding them up. Without support, branches would fall under their own weight, which is a good sign of strong flower density but also a reminder of the importance of plant training. The frost continues to thicken, and the trichomes look spectacular up close, sparkling in photos and videos like tiny glass forests. ⸻ ⚠️ Trouble in Paradise – Bud Rot But with big flowers also come risks. This week, Bud Rot (Botrytis cinerea) showed up on BlueBerry #2. • Conditions: High humidity (65%+, sometimes higher) combined with dense flowers created the perfect environment for rot. • Detection: Early spotting saved the plant. We caught it in time before it spread too far, but it still left its mark. • Action Taken: • Carefully removed every infected area. • Isolated affected material to prevent spores spreading. • Improved airflow around the canopy by moving plants and adjusting fans. 👉 For anyone learning, here’s a great educational read by Zamnesia: Bud Rot Grower’s Guide. https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed/563-bud-rot-cannabis-grower-guide ⸻ 🌿 Bud Rot – What It Is & How to Prevent It Bud Rot is caused by the fungus Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in humid, poorly ventilated conditions, especially inside large dense colas where moisture can hide. How to prevent: • Keep humidity lower during flower (ideally 40–50%). • Maintain constant airflow across and through the canopy. • Defoliate strategically to open airflow inside dense plants. • Avoid watering late in the cycle to reduce night-time moisture. What to do if it appears: • Act quickly. Remove all affected buds immediately. • Sterilize scissors/tools between cuts to avoid spreading spores. • Keep monitoring daily — once it appears, it can spread fast. Bud Rot is every grower’s nightmare, but also one of the most important lessons in environmental balance. ⸻ 💡 Lessons Learned (and Moving Forward) This 8x8 setup is teaching us a lot. For the next run, I’ll be redesigning the airflow system entirely to prevent these issues. For now, the plants are still thriving, and catching the rot early means we can continue with this grow. Big flowers are a blessing, but they require serious air control. We’re already working on solutions, including an AC and new placement strategies, which I’ll cover in more detail on YouTube. ⸻ 📸 The Beauty Side Even with this challenge, the girls are stunning: • Massive colas held up by yo-yos. • Sparkling trichome close-ups showing the magic of Week 6. • Heavy branches bending under the weight of their own production. The resilience of BlueBerry genetics shows through, they continue to push strong, healthy growth despite the setback. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead – Week 7 What to expect: • Further bulking and resin production. • Stronger terpene expression, the BlueBerry scent growing richer. • More vigilance against humidity and bud rot, especially as flowers keep swelling. What not to expect: • Major structural changes. From here, it’s all about ripening and finishing strong. ⸻ 💬 Final Thoughts Week 6 has been both a celebration and a reminder: heavy, beautiful flowers need perfect conditions to stay healthy. Bud rot may have appeared, but it was caught, managed, and turned into a learning moment for this run and for future ones. The BlueBerry ladies are still shining, still heavy, still legends in the making. i was on holiday for 14 days and left the plant to its own (AUTOPOT takes care of that) and when i came home i was amazed. it tolerated the topping very well and is now twice as tall as it was two weeks ago. i topped it again straight away. so 4 times in total this time. if it continues to grow like this, it will be a monster in october. a few leaves are already bigger than my hand. unfortunately i broke one stem with light LST, which is why i'm not using the LST after all. i hope it recovers from the injury. 😵💪

I came back after vacation, the girl is ready for cutting, the rainy weather has started, so there is a threat of rot, you can say I managed to find just a few small pits in time and removed them and threw them away, the big and stiff flowers look fantastic:) but after a long trip I was tired, so I didn't take quality photos :( no everything else, I am very satisfied with the result I got:) its smell already lets me know that it will be good:) a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) I will update the weight when it dries.

Still growing leaves nicely. She's already looking beautiful, I think this is going to be a pretty girl. I've had several different GSC flowers and they've all hit a little differently, I'm interested to see how this one will hit - granted she gives me flower.

She has been chopped!!! Now we will be back in 10 -14 days depending on how trimming goes. That’s the part I hate the most. Probably will pick up a trim bag been seeing those puppies around and seems like it could be a good accessory to have. Thank you all

D37 - I totally stopped defoliation as there will be no more new leaves from now on. The girls don't need any LST either. All I need to do is just water them and wait for them to mature! No crispy leaves, no nutrient burn, no flies, no bugs no problem at all. Only AK2 is a little bit behind on bud development but it is possible that it might need more time in the flowering The nutrients are still double the recommended dosage.

Buds are packing on weight pretty good for only being at the end of week 3. I think these buds have potential to get some good size to them by the end of flowering period. I noticed a few days ago my timer stopped working, lights were stuck on. Looks like there's no ill effects yet though despite worrying about them revegging if they were left on for too long. Noticed leaf tips are all nute burned so they are at their maximum for ppm as far as nutrient uptake is concerned. Going to back the ppm off by 250 in the next feeds and continue to observe the leaf tips. Plants are still recovering from a nute lockout that caused a mg deficiency and took away a lot of bottom growth from all 4 plants. Ph is back on track and plants are growing rapidly again. Stay blessed and happy growing 😎

Upgraded the light this week and got the Spider Farmer SF1000. I kept the light intensity at 100% and raised the light all the way up. Slowly lowered to 22” from canopy by the end of the week to minimize stress. Girls seem to be happy with it. Did some minor defoliation and LST to even out the canopy. Watered each with 1/4 gallon every 2-3 days. Day 36 - rain/filtered water and coconut water @ 1/4 cup per gallon of water pH 6.8 Day 38 - rain water pH 6.4 Day 41 - rain water w/ Recharge @1 tsp per gallon & Natural Wet @1 tbsp per gallon pH 6.5 StayWeeded ✌️
