They look like about another month on most of them. I'm interested in how big the buds will get, I'm used to having a big main cola instead of an even canopy. The dirty aquarium water has been doing great through flowering so far, no nitrogen toxicity. 3/11/22 - Defoliated for the last time! Defoliated so there's no moisture buildup between leaves, preventing PM. There were so many leaves, it looked pretty like a beautiful bush - but my intuition told me that those are going to hold too much moisture. Now there is enough space for the buds to fill out with even airflow throughout. They don't look as beautifully full after defoliation but they'll be cleaner & easier to trim come the end of flower. Things are winding up! Have been flushing #2 for a couple of days. Replacing half the water each day.PPM is under 100 and that's been consistent for a day. The harvest will be going into a dark closet in a day where it will stay for 7-10 days (7 I'm sure), then be jarred for curing. 20 branches harvested! BHB#1 is still packing it on! Guesstimate, two more weeks. Will start flush Wednesday taking 50-75% solution out and replacing with water. Weights will be shared after #1 has dried. Have had a couple 'testers' already and am not disappointed. Harvest was better than my last soil grow and this first DWC was not a disaster. I'm happy with it. I've started this week with a heavier defoliation. Not sure it's worth it but I want to try it anyway, might as well make experience. I want to take a break from defoliation though, she's still my first plant so I really don't want to overstress or damage her. Pistils are getting bigger and I can't wait to see the bud! Watching carefully the flowers development as I've never seen that before. Hoping in some final stretch. End of the week: she stretched almost 10 cm in four days. I love this plant. I also rised the EC to 1.7. Still waiting before switching to Canna Flora nutrients. She's beautiful and bushy, I definitely need to slow down with those little frequent defoliations tho. Don't want to stunt her growth, especially now.

Recovery week. Last week everything went to hell this week everything is looking up. Squanch Queen is turning into my favorite one of the bunch. She is super resilient and bounced back quickly, the Skywalker and Quarter Pounder are both going to finish early due to all the stresses and stunting early on in the grow. Squanch Queen looks to be going 9 to 10 weeks inspite of all the issues. Definitely a good strain from Night Owl to pick up if your a beginner, much more forgiving. I definitely want to try the Skywalker again with a better setup. Ph runoff is looking much much better.

Week4 of bloom, feeding Floranova Bloom, at 1tsp/gal. Each plant receives a glug or two from a 1gallon mixture. Runoff is removed. Happy growing!

Beginning of week.. As I watered this morning (no nutes at 111 PPM), the runoff came out at 830 PPM.. so the plant may not be taking up as much nutes? Idk.. possibly.. but since I'm so close, I've decided to just cut the nutes in half while completely removing CalMag and Hydroguard.. they shouldn't be doing much at this point anyway.. temps were a little cooler the last couple weeks (not so much this week) so it's helping purples come out! Wish I could get it even cooler.. but the flush should help her reveal beauty!.. she's already so gorgeous, to me 😍 Mid week.. She is absolutely stunning! So the last time I fed, the runoff TDS was coming out less than it was going in.. 700 PPM, good deal.. but when I watered the next time, the runoff TDS came out 200 PPm more.. like 900 PPM.. so I watered the next day and it came out 800 PPM.. so today I watered with FloraKleen and it came ou 700 PPM.. the days I watered was only 80 - 100 PPM going in.. no reason for the runoff to have jumped up like that out of nowhere.. I haven't been rinsing off the saucer as I should have been (daily).. just pulling the runoff out as soon as I can.. maybe it is just built up on the saucer?? Idk.. I guess I should attempt to pull it out and rinse it at least once or twice a week.. other than that, she is still turning purple ALL OVER more and more each day! Beautiful smell.. sweet, citrus, slightly skunky.. not overwhelmingly skunky.. but she isn't too far off.. so, I was thinking I will just keep watering till harvest.. not flushing the medium in one watering.. just normal amount of watering with a normal amount of runoff and she can use up what's left in the medium for this week, then the 2 week flush (still just watering normal amounts daily) will begin.. not this week even tho I'm not giving any nutes, due to a salt build-up going on somewhere in the rootzone.. but we shall see! End of week.. Wow she is getting close! So dank! So fruity! Definitely got the skunky phenotype but not lacking on the berries, whatsoever. Seeing many cloudy trichomes.. still a few clear but the way she is maturing, I believe she will be ready in just another 1 week, 2 if I'm feeling patient (probably not). This week was literally nothing but water. Wait, I did do one dose of FloaKleen due to the salt build-up about mid week.. never used anything else this entire week.. so this week was just a slow flush.. will have an update on the runoff tomo (beginning of next week) with more pics! On to the next...

I want to thank all the growers that take the time to post their work and results, these journals were invaluable in my grow. I also want to thank Royal Queen Seeds for making such a resilient plant available to people like me... I really tortured this girl. Site update really ruined the experience of posting for me for the moment ... so Im going to take a break for a bit and perfect my craft on my own while it works out the kinks.... I cant post many pics, the order of which I can organize them is locked out or moves to another position, and it takes forever to fully load the page so I can edit or update. But I 'really' wanted to finish this journal, so here it is. I promise to be back better than ever once the site works it all out. Hopefully not too long. This was my first seed to weed grow and I learned a lot. I hope my notes, pictures, and videos benefit someone else as well. My results were not typical, Im sure I could have done better, and I will continue on my path to learning and becoming an experienced cultivator of cannabis with skills I can be proud of.

She grew 10cm this week! Next week I'm going to change the HID bulb I use in the tent. Currently it's quite a red spectrum. I'm going to swap it to a more blue/daylight 1000w item.

The buds are bulking and a slight defoliation was done to expose the inner buds. The next week will be the last week of Nitrogen and flush will begin soon. Harvest in approx. 3 weeks

Que hay familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de vida de estas Candy Rain de Zamnesia, para el concurso POWER BUDS Plagron x Zamnesia CONTEST. Vaya color verde que se están marcando, se ven bien sanas. Esta vez regué con una aplicación de Sugar Royal, 0.8 ml x litro de agua y power bud 0.5 ml x litro, por supuesto controlando siempre el Ph, que ahora mismo lo dejamos en 6. La temperatura máxima está en 23.5 grados y la humedad está entorno al 55%. E practicado una apical a 1 de 5 porque en el armario pondré 4 y como me sobra una pues la dejaré en otro indoor, aún así subiré fotos igualmente. Hasta aquí es todo, la cuarta semana de crecimiento, hoy cambiaremos el foco a 12/12 e iremos viendo cómo progresan y se empiezan a formar las flores estas próximas semanas. 8/17 - Fed the ladies with liquid nutrients today. Also did some selective defoliation. The soil looks really healthy. You can see how happy my worms are. The two are coming along nicely and just starting to bud. 8/19 - Top fed all the ladies today with Uprising Grow, Uprising Bloom, and Elemental. 8/21 - They are in bloom! They are beginning to flower and looking lovely. In between feedings I water with RO water and molasses. They seem to love it. 8/24 - Blooming along nicely! Watering just about every day now. Added some mulch to the tops that I made from the dried leaves I take during defoliation. Hoping to keep the tops a little more moist.

----------- Week 5: ---------- Beginning of the 2nd week of flowering. I have noticed that the 3 biotabs that went into the ground last week, released just a little too much fertilizer in these early days of flowering. You can see that there is slight discoloration in her leaves. We go from the darker green to the lighter lime green, which indicates that she is getting just a little too much P. I fear this will probably continue for the next few weeks. Fortunately, she has a good start and basis and this will not have too many negative effects. Pushing her a little bit doesn't hurt either. Although I think I might consider using only 2 biotabs in 25l soil in the next round. First, let's wait and see how this evolves. Furthermore, of course nothing to complain. Nice further development of her budsites and she also has 2 main branches fighting for dominance. . Unwards to the second week of bloom. Until next week!

Perfect strain to grow, easy, fast and sweet as sugar totally covered in trichomes. The plants showed a very equaled and stable genetics and are very generous with a little care, this strain is almost like walking directly into a dutch candy shop with all kind of winegum smells, simply perfect.
