Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Very saddened by the turn of events, 3 herms, 2 different grow environments, but each tent had another strain growing along with it. No seeds or problems with the Cookies strain… I had no power outages, no light leaks, no schedule changes, and performed relatively little defoliation during flower. To me, this cannot be attributed to stress, as they showed no sign of stress or deficiency’s throughout the grow. Long story short, booooooo.

We are going to send these two into flower the second I get my hands on a 3x3. The plan is to move them into the 3x3 until they finish up. Leave the 5 Autoflowers in the 4x4 until they finish then start a perpetual cycle between the two tents. A 3x3 for Veg and 4x4 for Flower! I’m extremely excited about the future!

Good growth on them little bit of nutrients burn on the northern lights. Won’t get much out that small one but I just couldn’t let it go

5th week I continue the defoliation for my 3 Noris Cakes. And I missed the cut on one them 😱, but she is slowly recovering...🙌 🌗Switching to flowering this week, I reduced the length of the day by 1 hour each day until reaching 12 hours night time / 12 hours daylight on the 33rd day!🌞 🌺On the 33rd day I apply a layer of organic nutrients mixed with a little soil that I add to the top of each pot. I added 35 grams of BioBloom to each of my pots🌺 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering I water all my pots the same day but with more or less water. Simply by lifting them; A light pot is a dry pot and will need more water, A heavy pot is a wet pot and will need less water. On average I water each pot with: Day 29 : 0.5 L Day 33 : 1 L with 0.8 grams of bio enhancer/L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 65-80%) Night : 14-17°C (Humidity : 75-85%) Outside the tent it is around 16°C with 70% humidity The humidity is a little too high, I hope it will drop a little and I won't have a problem with mold during flowering😅🤞 ------------------------------------------------------------ 🚀Equipment of the week ⭐️ : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. WEEK 1 - All 3 seeds have been treated with root down again. The leaves are green and the healthy. Watching when the nutrients run out of the soil so we can start adding some manually.

Trying some new nutes now and compared to the mother plant I think I notice a difference lol. She's getting frosty and showing off some nice colors.

Day 29 🌿

This is the last week of the Vegetation stage. At the beginning of the week they were trimmed to allow light to penetrate the canopy. Then at the end of the week they were fed a nutrient tea made from Gonzo Farms - GROW. On the last day the lights were set to a 12/12 schedule to induce flowering. Now, I will keep a close eye on them to spot the males. Once flowering begins, the males will grow "bananas". Then, those plants will be removed from the grow. 😜 Stay tuned for the Flowering stage!

Not that much happening, I had some night temperature issues but that is fixed now with a heater I still have her on a 12/12 because she is in a room with 3 photoperiods, but in a week or 3 they will be switched to a 18/6 light cycle 👌🏻 Good growing everyoneee!

Week 6 of the 9lb hammer F2. She hasn't exploded like the gelato just yet. Been getting 10hours of light while they sleep in my closet so I can keep giving 16h of light to everybody else, as i only have 1 tent atm. Still hasn't shown any signs of sex, has been in 10hON/14hOFF for the last 5/6 days now i think, so hopefully in not long. Her siblings are also coming along nicely, did have a small issue with a little underwatering as you can see the bottom leaves yellowing from neglect, This strain clearly likes it slight more moist soil compared to the gelato i have in the same tent.
