This is the first week of flowering. I've changed the nutes from veg to flowering. The plants look incredible! I had to raise the LEDs to 100 centimetres from the plant again, because I've noticed that they get too much light. This week I have a new family member, her name is Sarracenia. She will help me to get rid of gnats. This will be an experiment, I'll add some more carnivorous plants in the future updates!

Second time i grew these lady's. First was on 50 procent coco 50 procent claypebbles on biotabs and had a yield of 220 gram beautifull dry flower in 2 35 L pots, this run i did plagron lightmix soil and used canna bio line in 1 25 l pot. This one had much more trichome production but flowers are i litle bit smaller. Overal im verry happy with this and its drying now as we speak

_________________ End of week 5 update: _________________ First real week of flowering behind us. A small growth spurt this week from a 63cm to a good 80cm. She has grown into a big sturdy bushy plant. She has a nice structure, not optimal in terms of light penetration, but a lot of budsited has developed. leaftucking has ensured that there are a lot of side shoots. I am satisfied with the development of this strain. In terms of nutrients I am on the limit, but she seems to tolerate it. Wondering what she has in store for me in the coming weeks

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. sound week on the soil. this grow is really lovely. starting to see some promising bud sites. I think i might trim too much but i want the buds to get the light. the Pineapple Kush is sadly a bonsai in all of this lol. you will see it in the video. will just let it grow.

She's still going! I have no idea what's going to happen, but I'll continue feeding her. She's nothing special to look at but that's fine. I was removing a withered fan leaf and I ripped off one of the flowers with it so I feel horrible. I put her under the roof in the Cure's place since that got chopped. I don't know what else to report. I'm still nursing her along, and I'll continue to do so until she says she's done.

Day 36. One girl is shooting the sky other still have that unhealthy look, made my mind - its genetics and i can't do anything. Girls got second feed, looks happy and hopefully will bring some nice flowers. Took some leaves down, spread a bit, but most of work will be done next week, if i will dare ;))) Last time used Root Juice, added Acti-Vera, increased Bloom and Heaven. Day 40. After last feed, girls got small rusty spots on 4-5 leaves total, cut out cal mag for couple weeks. Heavy training, its always tricky to decide what to do with Autos and i have almost no knowledge, but i have SPA Queen and Midget aka Margaret ;))) both different, but bushy, had to clear Midget really heavily and still loads future airbuds left, but maybe ... ;))) Girls drink 3 liters every day, highest rate ever, but i relate it to most powerfull exhaust ever. Some leaves on both plants got strange mutation, like leaf tries to branch out ... Never seen anything like this. But by height i presume it happend on first feed, late Root Juice aftermath ? This strain has a very interesting high, I and my girlfriend did a test on her at about week 2 of cure and found she has a very sweet minty mango tinge, but a more of a minty tea smell with a bit of sour tinge once you crack that bud open to put it in the grinder. She smokes amazing all white ash and a very dense but romantic softness to her. At first I was bummed smoking this strain because knowing it only peaks at around 17% supposedly I did not expect a very strong bud already, but when I smoked her I got almost a very gradual increase after a few minuets of puffing almost like a euphoric wave was slowly rushing over my eyes and head like a tide coming in on a beautiful night after a long day at the beach. I felt quite sativa stoned with it growing in intensity in my face and eyes, then after I finished my joint I went inside for a glass of water and as soon as I sat down, it really hit me and my girlfriend right in the ass, I was couch locked and so was she, but in a very odd way, I was not indica deep, but I was more a good hybrid deep, a very relaxing eye and face buzz with quite relieving muscle tension I felt amazing, my body was so bloody relaxed! I felt just comfortable like a cozy blanket and a fire on a cold December day, hot chocolate in hand. This strain from start of smoke, to burn out was a very calm and needed high for me and my lady. We both burned out and slept like rocks, like someone had just given the worlds best massage in my brain and bones. I woke up the next morning feeling quite refreshed after that eye relaxing euphoric head high and my back and legs felt very relaxed and ready for a great day! So in my opinion! A good 6/10 for max potency but a 10/10 for flavour and enjoyment. Over all I give this strain a 8/10 in my books, a 17% is all I need and I’m betting she came out around that, of course without lab testing I can not prove that. But I love this strain and the high it gives, one single 0.5 joint got me fried, and the next day I finished off 3 bowls and went to fucking muchie land so he’ll yeah! Give candy cane a try!! Also! Sorry about the lack of info! I did not have a scale when it was in wet weight, I also had a whole half a plant chopped to branches and the big buds left on the plant to hang dry slow, so I was not able to get it on a scale until dried a week later due to my work schedule and having stores open as I’m in the shop and close as I leave.

They looking good, but temp is a little too high. It is what it is One of the plants (In front to the left) is more frosty, with less amber pistils. But overall the trichomes are starting to go from crystal to cloudy.
