Buds getting fat!

D78 - We're just starting week seven of flower, and the girls are rocking it in the tent. I'm thrilled with how they are coming along. The buds are fattening up, with a more intense smell than they had only a few days ago. I'm starting to see the first signs of fading, and the trichomes are clear/milky with an odd amber here and there. I estimate that chop day is a couple of weeks off, which would bring it to eight weeks of flower. ________________________________ D80 - Pics ________________________________ D82 - I have been stuck in trim jail so it has been a couple of days since I looked in on the girls. They didn't miss me though as everything is just humming along. They look and smell amazing, citrus and pine, and the buds are fattening up with each passing day. Some additional fade but not much, to be honest. ________________________________ D84 - We are indeed on the home stretch at the end of the seventh week of flower. The girls look great with only a slight fade until now. I'm starting to see some amber trichomes but want more before harvest. Judging from how the trichomes have progressed this week, I say chop day is a week off.

She's doing perfectly on her first days,her sister could not develop well I don't even know why,I guess every seed is different.so excited about this strain! 🌱 💚 💎

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. The girls is grow well, the bud look biggest this weed. Some leaves especialy the bottom leaves have started to become yellow surely because of the light penetration. However everything look good for me

Very pleased with this grow so far, I often mess up photo periods one way or another but think im getting somewhere now. I am growing in a mixture of soil and coco with plenty of perlite and it seems to working out better than just in soil , I have also added a few worms not sure if their still allive but will find out later. The pistols are still white so hopefully they will turn amber soon. I have one more seed left of this strain so I am hopeful it will be nice. I am looking forward to seeing it chopped soon to make way for my wedding cake which will probably have to share the tent later with another auto

Dark Devil and Big Devil I let slowly starve and then die of thirst. They consumed the last booster 4 days ago. She (Sour Jealousy) currently swallows 2.5 liters per day. That's really a lot. And in the morning she wants to have something again. I think the lamps tickle out their full potential. I meticulously defoliated her and now she stands happily and despite all the exertions, like a star in the sky. My star. 🌟 Sour Jealousy is really crazy, I can say that. And the coolest highlight will be: Lady Jealousy will soon be able to enjoy the whole place in the sun for the "grande finale". The smell of the two Sweet Seeds totally upsets me! Both were growing like absolute champs! I decided to top really early. i follow basementganjas rules, i will only top autos if they grow like champs, trunksize 3mm, 99% healthy, sidenodes have substantial grow, and are between days 12-16. i topped these on day 12, mainly because at the rate they were growing, i feared they were to put too much time and energy into the top nodes i planned on removing. Also, it would be interesting to see how they handled it. AND BOY, handled it, they did! The 600 ml Dosage of water and nutes from Day 6 lasted all the way to Day 11. On Day 11, i added 1 ml/L of Bio Grow from Biobizz and watered both of them with 1 Liter of tapwater, ph'd down to between 6,2 - 6.3. As mentioned, even though the sidenodes were a tad small for my likings, they did not seem to care. see next week for the further progress!

As you can see, our macro lens arrived, we were able to take several photos and see the trichomes, we had never seen them so close before. We also noticed that many pistils have turned brown in the last days of this week but the trichomes are clear yet. The smell is getting stronger, reminds us of fresh fruits, mango and a little citrus. We are excited, she is healthy and smells good, but a little concerned with the development of buds and if they are within the standards for this week. Despite having many trichomes and the pistils turning brown, we are not noticing a significant fattening of the flowers (correct us if we are wrong). hahaha, noob stuff =)

Finally the weather is nice enough I transplanted them into there final 4gal pots and put them into the greenhousefor the season. Got my drip line all hooked up and so far seems like it's going good. And it's not the placement because I've tried moving them to that same spot and the pictures just don't come out the same. I guess the others just need to mature a bit more and they'll be more appealing in pictures because in person they really are.. 😍 Green sensation is really bringing it to the table. Buds are getting fat, stinky and sticky! I'll have to add a bit of support for sure because some are starting to bend a bit. Smell is just grrreat! She's definetly not ready yet so those 40-45 days of flower aren't that correct.. No problem with me though, i'm glad they've got more time to rippen up. Not much difference in nutrients.. I do use 2ml/L of enzymes every 10 days or so in flower.. Noticed it does great work in the roots during flower. Hope you enjoy the pics and vids. Taken on day 42 of flower. Considering topping one. One is significantly larger, plus I kinda just want to see how it goes. I know it will stunt the plant, but it might be useful to even them out so my lighting setup works more efficiently for both plants. Added Grow Big by FF this week, I'll add a half tsp every few days or so. Avoiding cal mag in combination since they have plenty of overlap.
