The Blappleberry Haze is producing more and more thick buds that are now taking on a beautiful purple color. The smell is still very, very fruity and the trichomes look like I could harvest the plant within the next 2 weeks. I will check the trichomes again before the next watering, if they are almost ready, I will only give it water and then no water for a week.

These are the seeds from my auto breeding project earlier this year. That diary link can be found here: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/129779-grow-journal-by-m0use Germinated by scarification of the seed with an emery board then soaking in water for 12hrs, I added in the step of paper towel for another 12hrs then planted outside with Dynomyco in the hole. Watered in with some LABS "Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum [Lactobacillus]" and Transplanter MS-CS RootRescue. They all popped up within a few days after planting outside. They are in a heavy soil and should not need much love outside of a fertilization every month. I ran out of mesh to protect them so bamboo spikes will keep the birds at bay... hopefully. I also have a twin setup of these seeds but in a bucket fortified with acti-sol, they will be running side by side for comparison.

So this plant grew during winter, i cant heat the room where the tent is so the only warmth was from my LEDs and dehumidifier, during summertime this strain finishes in around 10 weeks from seed, if u like strong smoke you should try her out

Day 78 Hey growmies, The girls received 2 liters of water with fertilizer and Cal-Mag today. Before that, I defoliated them for the last time – I hope it wasn’t too much, but I wanted to try a more radical approach to hopefully get an even better end result. Unfortunately, some of the Pink Gelato's leaves are showing clear signs of heat stress, but so far she’s still growing well. I hope the terpenes are okay. Day 79 The girls are doing well so far. Unfortunately, the tips of the Pink Gelato are a bit burned, and it's supposed to get even hotter in the next few days. I hope she survives the heat. The other two ladies don’t seem to mind it. The smell and the buds are getting bigger and bigger. The carbon filter is managing to neutralize the strong smell. Now we're heading into the final days of flowering

Everything is starting to flower nicly. I Think they are a week behind because of the L.E.D. Light but starting to get sticky and stanky. PPM run off is a little high with slight nutrient burn to some fan leaves. So flushing them for a few days. always seems to happen week 5 of flower with foxfarm and me pushing them as far they can go befor they cant handle it

5/29 plants are healthy. 6/2 they've definitely been stretching this week. Pistils have shown and the calyx of plant #2 are already showing definite purple. Its obvious even with how little of it showing. #2 was the first to show sex and progression of transitioning. Plant #1 has shown sex but only on half of her node? Plant #3 is still the tallest, with the most stretching happening. She's a lighter green than the rest and she hasn't quit shown a full pistil yet

This strain was overall awesome. It had absolutely wonderful colors while growing with a great sweet very good sent. Definitely will grow this again awesome all the way around. Haven't problems with this strain Thanks Fastbuds:)

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Again, only water + Ata Clean. The bud towers are maturing more slowly than COP, but the plant still has energy and the spicy/fruity aromas are becoming more defined. Tall structure, significant yield in sight.
