This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)

* ********* Week 5, May 9 to 15, 2020 - Days 29 to 35 from germination ********** * We are calling this week 1 of flower. Definite signs of preflower on the girls. They are doing well in overcoming the transplant into plastic pots. The pH is still a concern and messing things up from a nice normal feeding pattern. They are nice and green though and will work through this all because they are healthy overall. They are a fair bit larger at the end of the week than they were at the start of the week😀 GSC flushed hard at the start of the week to help combat the pH which is still high. She was given over 40L to help lower. Sorry Fast Buds.......grower not setting this one on fire😞 Little more detail coming....... May 9/20 - Day 29 - 2L given to each girl with Massive, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml, CalMag, Piranha, Voodoo, Rezin, Liquid Wt @ 1ml = 1000ppm and 5.1pH - Runoff numbers today: - GSC - 330ppm and 7.2pH - GSC2 - 335ppm with 7.2pH - the pH is not coming down as I expected.....WTF????? - flushed GSC in evening - GSC given first 18L at 5.6pH and next 16L at 4.7pH - run off only came down to 6.2 with 100ppm May 10/20 - Day 30 - 2L feeding for GSC girl with VeloKelp, Vitathrive @ 2ml, CalMag, Dual Fuel, Piranha @ 1ml = 650ppm and 4.4pH - let the pH low in feed as well, - GSC is 7” tall now. - GSC2 was not fed. May 11/20 - Day 31 - each girl given 1.5L of feed with VeloKellp, Rezin, Liquid Wt @ 1ml/L, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 900ppm and 4.3pH - GSC2 has been a couple of days so she soaked up all the water. She is perky today....not bigger though - GSC is getting taller adn wider. He is looking really wide today. May 12/20 - Day 32 - dry out day - left them alone today May 13/20 - Day 33 - day out day - pots are still heavy. - giving them a second day off. May 14/20 - Day 34 - mixed 7L water with Massive @ 3m, Rezin @ 2ml, Liquid Wt, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml, Rhino Skin, CalMag @ 1ml = 1075ppm and 5.3pH. - GSC was given 4L - runoff was 275ppm and 6.5pH - GSC2 was given 3L - runoff was 300ppm and 6.5pH - Things seem to be okay with the numbers.........pH is still a little high though. - GSC had lower growth trimmed to clean her up. - Starting silica today with Rhino Skin to help firm up the branches. - GSC2 is very small and she is set over to one side of the pot........no LST needed😂 May 15/20 - Day 35 - dry out day - tips are not up 100% so we keep working at it👍😃

Week 5 Day 28 to 35 Faster and faster they happily grow! Only the black berry showed me coupe of spots on some couple of leafs but nothing serious.

Week 29 January - 4 february

This past week was a busy one. Put a lot of work into the grow space and prepping them to switch. Moved over to the 5x5 tent and set up the netting. Went through a lot of defoliating spread out through the week to make sure it went as stress free for the plants as possible and then lollipopped the plant before changing over to Flower (remember this is my first time growing so didn’t want to overdue it). Me and the girl spent some time and Cleaned out the tent completely and finally got around to cleaning up some of the wiring throughout. I flushed all the plants with RO water (only pH) and then 3 days later i mixed in and topped all pots with fresh soil mix (FFOH, worm castings, and perlite). Drained and cleaned all pots and the tank, added in new water with a mix of cal mag, big grow, and tiger bloom (half amounts of everything) with PPM just over 1000. Switched over to flower just before this post so fingers crossed and hoping the next few weeks go smooth 🤞🏽 **Side Note** - Got a steal on some tents/lighting so decided to get things setup for my next grow. Got a handful of seeds I’ve had my eyes on and getting ready to order some more equipment and even a Centurion Hybrid Trimmer. So be on the lookout for my future grows!

Day 18. Just after being watered. Looking real stocky after being topped. You can see in the video where the two new shoots are growing nicely. Really big leaves at the moment, Roots have expanded and grown massively. Struggling to keep the humidity up at the moment, as much water in the tent as possible right now. Soon they will be big enough to start the LST.

I'm pretty much on auto pilot at this point.. im still just feeding compost extracts to keep it simple. There's a couple things I want to point out this week; I've also included a video of my cheese auto and no extra cost to the reader 😅🤣 PROCESS/ENVIRONMENT CHANGES - I've lowered the temp inside my tent a little bit to help keep my VFD between a good range for flower (1.0 - 1.5). I also changed the RH on my humidity controller when the temperature goes down after the lights go off. It's kind of a hassle but it's the only way I can stay in the range I'm looking for. - I've started to raise the pH of my water slowly... I want it to be between 6.6. And 6.8 at this point. - I've increase all my lights.. my Sf4000 is at 85% intensity and both my Ts1000s are sitting at around 75% intensity. - I've increased all my fans running. My intake is maxed out, my exhaust is on '6' and my fans inside my tent are all maxed out.. the cheese auto is drowning my entire house out hahaha its crazy. -I've cut off a whole bunch of fan leaves, larf, bottom branches and a bunch of other unwanted stuff.. I'm hoping that she thickens up fairly like some of her sister's in the tent 🤞 cutting off all the unwanted junk might help at least move more air at the bottom of the canopy.. at most it will help direct energy to other parts of the plant therefore producing a better flower. If she does fill out I'll have to support her side branches so they don't fall over. - Every day I rotate the plants in my tent so that the get to experience the light in different ways. My 4 plants are still there, with the banana as a smile 🍌😁 I continue the defoliation, I wonder if I'm not doing a little too much sometimes.. We will soon see the result 🌗Switching to flowering this week, I reduced the length of the day by 1 hour each day until reaching 12 hours night time / 12 hours daylight on the 33rd day!🌞 🌺On the 33rd day I apply a layer of organic nutrients mixed with a little soil that I add to the top of each pot. I added 35 grams of BioBloom to each of my pots🌺 (Pot of 7 Liters / 2 gallons) ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering I water all my pots the same day but with more or less water. Simply by lifting them; A light pot is a dry pot and will need more water, A heavy pot is a wet pot and will need less water. On average I water each pot with: Day 29 : 0.5 L Day 33 : 1 L with 0.8 grams of bio enhancer/L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 65-80%) Night : 14-17°C (Humidity : 75-85%) Outside the tent it is around 16°C with 70% humidity The humidity is a little too high, I hope it will drop a little 🙏 ------------------------------------------------------------ 🚀Equipment of the week ⭐️ : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. ON 24/24h 2 fans to circulate the air inside the tent.
