This was the last week of flowering and therefore I stopped giving any nutrients for a good FLUSH. This is very important in order to avoid a harsh smoke later when the plants are dried, because any nutrients left in the plant will burn your throat and the weed will hurt while you smoke it. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I cant wait to try the dried end-product. All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎

Lit Marker is my new houseplant, and they're slowly but surely growing into a little ray of sunshine! I love watching the leaves unfurl, it's like witnessing a brand new life. I’ve heard that Lit Markers thrive with a little morning sun and some gentle misting on their leaves. I’m still learning about them, so wish me luck on this plant-tending journey!

All theses photos are of going on end of week 6 of total life for these plants , it says we are getting close to the end of this paticular cultivars grow cycle but we will take it all the way till trichomes are milky ,amber to a ratio of my liking. They were stunted , I shouldn’t have transplanted them just started them off with a drip system in the autopot - pots ! But they are growing good. That is nearly trichome production on my number 3 girl. Will continue to post updates with better info. I’m rushing today, peace out

another week, another update. by the end of week 6 of flower the two ladies (#1 and #2) are doing great. I noticed a little deficiency by rust spots on the leaves; did some research online and i went ahead to give this one ane extra dose of Overdrive (0-5-4) for her newly developed flowering PK hunger.

Early week 6 update (i'll add more pictures and comments as needed): Unfortunately I hit some challenges! Light got way too close and stunted growth for a day. I noticed it on tips closest to the light only. Raised lamp to 22 inches. Indica bagseed (plant in the center front) got too stacked: stuff like leaves on top of each other with lots of moisture, no light/airflow penetration, etc. I did some basic LST, leaf tucking, net tucking, to open her up and go sideways more a bit at first. It helped a bit. Unfortunately aug 27, had to get more aggressive on this beast and remove 3 shade leaves on the right side. not happy about defoliating, but had to do it. Will see how she takes it and then look at left side on a later day. Growing the first time is educational and actually therapeutic in today's world for me. I've already learned so many lessons for the net time: don't need such a yuge pot, lamp brightness/distance, air circulation!!! Thank you to everyone that responds with positive encouragement/messaging, it really helps. Adding two more fans to help air circulation aug 28. hopefully it reduces the need to desecrate the plants! Meanwhile the plants in back (purple canyon) want to stretch their faces off, esp. the one in back left, so it is a balance. We’re pretty much back on track — except for that one plant. It’s still a bit fried, but it’s stacking some nice buds, so I’m not too worried. 😉 I’ve drastically increased the amount of fertiliser and have been using organic feed with every watering. Most of the leaves below the canopy are back to a strong green, with only minor signs of deficiency that aren’t spreading. Feeling pretty happy so far! Overall, I am really impressed with the quality of this grow. Impressed by Barney Farms and the quality of this seed! Overall it was pretty easy to grow, with great yield, and great tasting buds!

Seems like last week of nutes and then directly into flushing. The buds are getting fat and trichs are starting to turn milky (like 5%) On 12/05 starting to see a lot of trichs turning milky, can't still see amber, but a good portion of them are still transparent

I will make a guess at the males in this bath based of the fast growth and experience. Time will tell I love the progress thus far.

So far everything is going great. Girls are are stretching nicely approx 2cm per 24h. It's looking that will cover entire scrog net with these 2 beauties. Simple plan for the week. Training on the net and maybe selective defoliation on week end. Week updates: 20-26 Nov. 20/11 day 43 Girls adapting well to net😁 21/11 day 44 First watering for this week. 2.5 ltr each pot. Runoff approx 200-300ml from each. Runoff Ph Xena 5.9 Athena 6.0. 23/11 day 46 It's seems that they stretched at least an inch overnight 😁 absolutely love my 🍌💜👊 girls. 25/11 day 48 Second watering for this week. Approx. 3L each 🤤 runoff 150-200ml. 26/11 day 49 Athena was stretching so much that decided for sort of heavier selective defoliation and cleared good bit under the net. Xena is at the same stage of flowering as sister but she is still much smaller, branches are shorter and tinner, will wait bit longer before go any heavier on her. Was able to nicely relocate longer branches of Athena all over the net.
