Had a lot going on this week so the plants didnt get any care or maintenance at all other than just checking on the water level a couple times. They need some major defoliation which I wanted to do this week but procrastination is the vibes currently. Will probably get some done next week.... the plants are looking good and most of them are bushing out pretty nice. They dont seem to be stretching as much as they normally do by this time, but they are transitioning to flower. Will probably do a flush and water change soon since they haven't had one in over a month. I'm just anxious to see some frosty buds at this point.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. At the end of last week, finally flower indicators started to show and these week it went more. Day 32: I sprayed them with Rhizotonic this week. This will be the last week for sprays. I don't like to spray my plants while having buds on it even thought it is organic. Always make sure you spray from below the leafs. They will uptake it better and also spray some above. With the lights off. Did some defoliation again and removed some lower internodes which will be crappy buds anyways. Made a video of my feeding bucket as well, in case some of you wonder how I feed all those plants manually. It is a pump with an gardenhose attached. Thats it for this week, Until next week!

Everything is going well they have grown exponentially in 1 week !! <3 <3 I can deff tell the structure will be much different then the Obi's . They've seem to have adapted well to their new homes and are loving every minute of it! Gonna be topping these young ladies in the very near future ! Hallo an alle Gartenfreunde, dieses mal gibt es reichlich zu erzählen. Zuerst einmal, dieses Tagebuch sollte so ganz und gar nicht verlaufen. Wir Bitten betreffend dahingehend einmal um Verzeihung bzw. Nachsicht! Aus der Not heraus entstand eine Erde, die mit jeder Woche unbrauchbarer wurde. Sie war so arg am arbeiten, dass sie gestern morgen Samstag d. 17.05.25 einen Boden mS- Wert von sagenhaften 2,96 aufwies. Ähm ja... wie und warum Sie noch stehen, dass ist eine Frage die wir uns nicht so schnell beantworten können ^^😇 Letzte Woche um diese Zeit lag der Wert bei 1,9 mS was auch krass zu hoch war. Den Wert hatten wir genommen weil wir wieder eine Woche am Jonglieren waren. Alle 2 Tage sind die Sonnensegel bis zum Mittag kaum hochgekommen. Es war so als würde man gegen Windmühlen arbeiten. Zu dem kam ja noch wie zu erwarten ein Nährstoffblock was wieder rum ein Mangel an Mikro- Nährstoffe hervorgerufen hat. Da in dem Bereich vieles miteinander verbunden ist um überhaupt verwertet zu können, ist es schwer das einzige Element aus zu machen was wohl mehr Nährstoffe und oder gar weniger benötigt. Insgesamt macht das auch spaß, den sogenannten Fehler ausfindig zu machen aber auf einen solchem Zeitraum ist es nur mehr als Kraftraubend. z.B Schlaf, was ist das? ^^ Hahaha Zunächst haben wir uns auch nochmal die Werte des Leitungswassers über ein Onlineportal des ansässigen Stadtwerks angeschaut. Wir haben hier einen sehr geringen Anteil an Calcium aber einen sehr hohen Anteil an Magnesium. Im Ausgang schon schlecht weil man beides in einem verabreicht (Calmag) Betreffend dessen wurde klar, hier muss eine Lösung her, sonst stünde dem bevorstehendem (Log out) nichts mehr im Wege. Ergo: Einzige Möglichkeit, zurück zur alten Schule, neue Erde (sehr neutral) und alle 3 Damen wurden gestern Abend zum dritten umgetopft. Statt 15 L haben sie jetzt 20 l. Es war der reine Wahnsinn... Wir waren sprachlos, die Wurzeln sind komplett nur in der zuletzt nachgegebenen Erde eingewachsen. Sprich so ca. 10- 15 cm tief. Die Umgebung und das neue Zelt, einfach ohne Worte... Dennoch war das aller wichtigste, dass Sie alle diesen Stress überleben und uns am Ende doch Bitte mit wenigstens einem zufriedenstellenden Ergebnis belohnen werden. Das Autopot- System hat soweit gut funktioniert, nur nicht mit dieser bescheidenen Erde. Nun schlussendlich hoffen wir, dass sich jetzt schnell erholen und richtig reinhauen werden, da die Secret Source eine etwas andere Figur macht. Aber war ja im vorstand identische Vorgehensweise. Nur das wir bei ihr schneller reagiert haben. Allgemein sind die ersten Eindrücke bis hierhin positiv. AAAAAber es ist wie es ist, es kann noch alles möglich sein. Dem muss man sich bewusst sein. Unser ,,Jahfri,, der auf die Pflanzen aufpasst, birgt viel Kraft die mit euren tollen zusprechenden Kommentaren sich rein nur positiv auswirken können. Day 100. ( 60 days of flower ). 4 Jack Herrer and 2 Diesel were Cut and Harvested. They we're hung dry for 10 Days at 45% HUMIDITY and 17 C DEGREES. They are getting Trimmed and will be put in Glass Jarres for the next 3 weeks getting the burps they need. Day 110. ( 70 days of flower ). 2 Gorilla Bomb were Cut and put to hang for 5-10 Days at 45% HUMIDITY and 17 C DEGREES. I will update with Pictures / Yield / Weight / Smoke Grade / Growing / etc. in the next couple weeks. Aiming for 2 Pounds in total for this grow. It was in a 8 Feet x 4 Feet Tent.

Начал применять LST технику на 19 дне и продалжаю применять её через день, а 18 августа добавил ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ С 20.08 ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ делаю каждые 3,4 дня С 20.08 LST технику делаю каждые 4.6 дней На сегодняшний день влажность 54% 26 дней назад заметил высокий Ph 7.9 С 48 дня Ph не ниже 5.8 На сегодняшний день Ph 6.0 Начал кормить с 60 дня Canna Terra Vega PPM 550 Погладитель влажности, выполняет свои функции. Week 5, days 35-38 Ztrawberry 1 pheno & Damn Sour 2 phenos Both strains are on a very different path. Ztrawberry has been in a bigger pot since the start and after been put in an 11L pot. Wow, she has thrived. She's gotten so big. I've actually decided to flip her. Her nodes are grown and she is fully ready to flip and the process of waiting will be short. I gave her the last grow feed a few days ago. Already still having grow mix as she was moved into a solo pot of grow/light/pebbles 40-40-20 from plagron. She's pushing so hard. There is a few ph issues and a few other stuff. No nutrient defs so nothing that would stop her moving to the next phase. Ztrawberry has been put in 12/12. More pics coming soon from week 4 Damn Sour Both phenos have been stuck in a 2L pot and was only transplanted into each 2L pot. Been giving master root and Enzymes + silica for stress. They've only been put in 2L pots a few days ago. 1 was very stressful as I practically had to pull her up with as much of the roots as possible. They are the sane age as Ztrawberry but they had no space. I will uppot them to 9L pots in a few weeks once the root zone has recovered. I really should have left them and uppoted to a bigger pot. But been so long in that pot. They wouldn't have reached out which is what's happened to my 2 lemon photos I kept too long in a 20L hydro pot. Was really as waste of time by the looks of it. La semaine 5 s'est déroulée plutôt bien, même si on a eu un petit excès d'azote. J'ai décidé de stopper complètement l'apport d'azote et de passer à une alimentation exclusivement dédiée à la floraison pour le moment. Mes plantes ont fini leur phase d'étirement et se concentrent désormais sur la formation des fleurs. En douceur, je commence à retirer une à deux feuilles par jour. Un grand merci à louloutre pour son précieux coup de main ! 🌱

**Update** 96.5 grams dry from 1 Autoflower! Amazing smells, still has some of the 🍈 funk. She needs to cure to let the Terps and Flavors come out. She is still very sticky and resinous. Will update once a week or two of cure is done, but with the 1 joint I smoked, full heavy hitter, body buzz and heavy head high. Looking forward to the finished product. This plant flourished with little work on my part. Good nutrients, and not being too hands on let this beast do her own thing. I would definitely recommend as a beginner strain/auto flower to go with, she is easy to see through to the end. Didn’t really need much attention until flower came on and she fed hard for phosphorus and potassium while she stacked. I’ve got some of her cousins already sprouted and am looking forward to trying some different techniques to see what she can do! Happy growing all 🌱😎

We are getting close to the finish line. She never got big but she did produce what she could. She smells absolutely amazing. I can wait for harvest day. The next one I’m growing indoors for sure. The heat was not nice to this one.
