Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. 27.11 Bud swell a little bit delayed because of the lower temperatures overall this time of year. It is around 21-22 degrees inside the tent in comparison to 26 in the summer. Diagnosed during mid to late flowering that the Soil and feeding pH throughout the grow was what out of range. I was feeding 4.5 pH acid fert solution and 7.3pH tap water. Although the soil had the nutrients, plant couldn't use it because the pH was way out of range. Yield was PRETTY GOOD though ! 80G's for first time rookie grower, despite of deficiencies in late flowering, its good. I wonder how thick and resinous the buds will grow if grown properly ! Definitely indica dominant straint. NOT for DayTime ! Amazing for night time dabs !

Well I finally got the new pot pro system up and running with a little spare time today. The plants are of to a great start although I can already see there is going to be a learning curve on the watering and the need for a second bubbler manifold and pump. Merry Christmas!🎁🎄 🎅

Ist mittlerweile relativ stark mit Spinnmilben befallen...zwei Pflanzen haben die schon vernichtet...meine Special Queen im großen Zelt (davor auf Balkon) und meine kleine Haze Berry (beide in living soil 🤦...auf der Special Queen waren Raubmilben-Säckchen von Biobe...nichts gebracht...Problem wurde eher immer stärker...heute Säckchen von Koppert angebracht...ausgerechnet heute ist RH sehr niedrig...die Raubmilben brauchen aber angeblich mind. 60%🤦...mal gucken ob meine Tropicana überlebt🙆‍♂️...happy growing
