Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. Apparently I didn't really clean the tent properly after the previous round. Hey! My ladies are growing massive!! Tall and bushy! Eventually I had to change the height of the lights as I noticed some signs of hheet stress! After applying that big AC to the room, I could manage the heet but still the plants didn’t like it very much! So Im leave 1Veg/2Bloom lights on for 20h,but increase the lights for a few hours evry one a while to maximum. I also did my last defoliation and made a video for you guys . Best of luck!

The plant grows. I have now added an oxygen pump to the water tank. Let's see what effect that has. You can see the progress every day. I've also bought some phosphoric acid to keep the PH down (hopefully). My water tank is very large, about 75 litres. I also have a few holes in the lid, so a lot of rainwater gets into the tank through this and also through the openings in the pots. Never had to top up the water yet lol. At the end of the fourth week I'm happy with the growth, especially as it's my first plant. -------------------------- Die Pflanze wächst. Ich habe mittlerweile einen Sauerstoffpumpe in den Wassertank gegeben. Mal sehen wie sich das auswirkt. Man sieht den Fortschritt jeden Tag. Ich habe außerdem Phosphorsäure gekauft, um den PH-Wert endllich stabil unten zu halten (hoffentlich). Mein Wassertank ist sehr groß, ca. 75 Liter. Außerdem habe ich ein paar Löcher im Deckel, so dass dadurch und auch durch die Öffnungen in den Töpfen viel Regenwasser in den Tank gelangt. Musste noch nie Wasser nachfüllen lol. Am Ende von der vierten Woche bin ich zufrieden mit dem Wachstum, vor allem da es meine erste Pflanze ist.

The plant is doing well overall this week! 💪 To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!😂💚

Frosty Frostbanger isn't growing any taller. I started measuring the cola today for height and width. It is 10 inches tall and I am not really sure how one determines its width. I took a picture and will ask a question to someone who is more experienced than me. I plan on entering this cola in a contest, however, I don't really know what I am going up against. :)😬 I have continued to feed my plant on a regular basis. It has been hot enough here in this area that I water/feed on a daily basis. We have a few more weeks to go until its harvest time. I am curious to see how big the buds are going to get. I can definitely see the dense, tight, resin-soaked buds that glitter like fresh snow in a sparkling winter wonderland as per its description of Fast Buds. . Buds also appear to be very compact. Day 7 Flowering: Hi all. The fast buds funsters have been busy setting up their stretch time and look set to spring into a burst of growth. They are all clearly flowering with signs of stretch showing in the length of each growing tip too. Six shooter is thebsmaller of the three ladies and I have left her pretty much alone besides a clean up below , she doesn't look like she will be a big lady so I can keep her in her chosen shape. Strawberry Pie was tied up on her 5th node to allow the lowers to catch up initially and has now ignored that completely and accelerated it to catch up since flowering began. lol. She looks nice and happy with upright leaves and I have took a little lower growth out for flowering focus. She is a good size to really use her stretch period to my advantage so will be pinned for the final bud building. Mexican airline has decided its taking off without clearance and despite my attempt to ground the 5th node. I had bound it like the Strawberry but shebbounced back too so i put a 90° bend gently on the srem and she still bounced back. I have now been more aggressive with the stem and kinked it with a slight splitting if the flesh too. It should for a knuckle for the former merristem to be held up . The lowers can now catch up better while she strengthens the damaged stem too. She would be a very tall girl if let free I think. I did a little clean out of lower growth on her too . Thankfully the gnats are no longer bothering the plants roots so this is mounter a worry. feeding well each feeding time and only to a small runoff. no signs of burn or any other deficiency at this point but I am ready with the cal mag just in case. The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

These plants are absolutely filling up the 5x5, if they keep it up I may have to remove one. I filled the reservoir with 6 gallons of water at midnight the other night and by noon the next day it was empty. I am putting in 6-7 gallons of water in res at a time and it is typically gone in 12 hours.
