Well let me start out by saying DONT LISTEN TO YOUTUBE BULLSHI** .. LOL almost lost all of my plants to nutrient burn it completely ate my Blueberry #1 and took out one of my washing machines.. I have my (WM) chilling out in the 2 gallon pot still and probably will flower it in there.. good thing is I got more space now for my other babies!! We flushed the 2 gallon pots completely and transplanted as soon as we could to stop any more damage from happening. Thankfully saved 8 of the 10 girls and brought them back to full health . I can definitely tell how much it slowed them down because now that they have the right climate and feed they’ve been exploding in growth ..///I wanted to do my own thing when it came to training so I had a couple experiments 🧐 I honestly can’t wait for this grow to finish because I’m bringing in an auto pot system for the next run I’ll be running some fire (Wet Betty seeds from exotic genetics) well anyways here they are!!

This particular one requires a fair bit of attention with defol but certainly worth the effort, she’s dripping with resin already. Added an extra fan to keep air moving over and humidity down . Same same next week

-Was excited to see roots shoot out basket during the beginning of the week. Then some major root growth throughout the week. -Noticed some brownish coloring on roots, thought root rot or nutrient sludge? Found out, through advanced nutrients, organic nutrients will leave a brown tinge. -pH finally where it should be. Still using GH pH testing kit to measure so no exact number. Based on their chart, yellow 6.0 -Leaves look a lighter green then I'm thinking it should be. Will add a little more nutrients during next water change in couple days. -Humidity still low! Running a temporary humidifier I already had outside closet door. Brought up humidity by 15%, but still only measuring 35% at it's highest. -Started playing music for plant about 30min/day, also talk to it a few times a day. Anyone else do this? -Disappointed in sludge build up, and mild/strong fish smell during first half of the week after water change as AN claims otherwise for this nutrient. Growth looks great besides that. -Lots of growth this 2nd week, very exciting to see, both above and below deck.

Ok, lets think about this logically - why are the leaves turning brown? it looks like a Calcium/Phosphorus issue, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS , is it a deficiency??? Unlikely in Hydro as the solution is more effective as there are no contaminants, so this leads me to believe its a lockout, what can cause this ? 2 things = A) Too Much Nutrient Potassium or B) ph is too low - SO to rectify this, i have added more water to the reservoir and raised the ph to 6.3 As i am using more water in the reservoir its entirely possible that when the water goes down,even though the EC stays the same the proportional concentrations of each nutrient can change - for example EC pen says 2.0 when i first fill with 20 litres, the plant drinks 4 litres of water and consumes lots of bloom A+B so when i put my pen in two days later the 16 litres of solution still reads 2.0 but there is a higher proportion of PK. Of course it could always be option C) these plants eat phosphorus for breakfast and need more ..😜 I have checked roots they all ok Wednesday- changed solution , made it slightly weaker EC 1.7 ph 6.2-3 Thursday I had a little chat on Instagram with mammoth , i think they might need less than usual Saturday - noticed some yellowing on the little plant , it’s a confusing as th3 other plants are all using the same nutrients and they are loving life , it might be the buckets , I am much preferring the size of the 35 litre ones , and the root structure is perfect , because the 45 litre boxes are more rectangular than square the roots are sort of sideways . Still waiting for some purple on the tall one 🤔 ITS VERY IMPORTANT IN DWC - Do not automatically think you need to add nutrients , in DWC it’s so much more efficient that less is more , 99% of the time it’s overdone it , normally the tips go brown first , but it’s some circumstance s The concentration can increase without you knowing , FIRST change solution with a little bit less , I usually go to 1.6-1.7 EC TOTAL and 6.3 ph that is a universal solution that provides enough without overdoing it . Hermoso el proceso, la verdad cada vez me gusta más todo lo que involucra al mismo! atencion, detalles, etc. Las chemical bride como verán salieron 2 fenotipos diferentes, uno con hojas más finas (tirando a sativa) y la otra hojas mas gruesas y las flores aparentan ser más "comprimidas". El olor que siento cuando toco las hojas con Resina es muy muy sabroso, realmente parece un caramelo de ananá (muy dulce, hasta empalagoso diría). En estos días voy a intentar subir un poco más el panel porque está muy cerca. Muy contento realmente con los resultados que vengo observando!

Hey guys! Week 9 from seed and week 5 of flowering. I was afraid to keep the lady's in the small tent (80x80x160 cm) so i switched over to a 120x120x200 cm size. All i can say is still fattening up and they love the space, RH went down so that was a good thing as well. Cheers!

[Day 47] 08/13/21 - It's hard to believe these are all the same strain. Looks like 4 phenotypes at play. They all have differences in growth type, smell and size. #4 has zero trichomes so far and not the most pleasant scent. The others have a very pleasant smell with subtle differences between them.

* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. *ADVISE NEEDED* The day before yesterday I discovered a huge error in my system. I placed filter material in the feed-throughs of the breeding boxes. This is to prevent the roots from growing together over time. However, what I caused with that is very difficult to explain. The bottom line is that the distribution of food and circulation was actually not good at all. This also explained the differences in the water temperature, but also PH and EC values. That is now completely under control because it now runs stably for 2 days. However, you can see that the records have had a bad start. I am thinking about starting over. Week 3. Week 2 was looking for the correct settings for my system. I found out that the temperature in the bins is quite different. When I set the water chiller to 19 degrees, it all flows fine into the first container. There it rises about 0.5 degrees per bin. The margin of the chiller is about 1 degrees, causing too many fluctuations in the system, with tray 1 becoming too cold and the last one too cold. I solved this by shielding the box at the inlet of the tent with heat-protective foil. I also put a fan on the water chiller. If that catches on, the entire loft heats up, whith more fluctiations. However, I have enough space to measure very precisely and I am getting more and more control. I think the brown leaves were the cause of much too hot water. Since I have the water temperature under control, I see that the new leaves are growing nicely. Moreover, since yesterday (13-5) I received the nutrition. 10 days late. I just finish the root scheme I think. That is still 3 days a 70 mm per day combined with BioBizz Heaven. I tried to take some pictures of the roots and some close ups. I hold the lid with my left hand and with my right hand I try to take a picture zoomed in (max). While the wind makes the roots dance past my lens😵 Something different than usual ... Hope you like it. If you see something that needs to be addressed, let us know. It is my first breeding so there will undoubtedly go wrong. This week I also connected the water reservoir with which I can flush the entire system at once. With this I also control the Ph in the system. Will post photos soon.

Hi guys I hope your all good, So its been a mad week! Had to have a switch around. So the mimosa sherberts have been a nightmare but I think I got them back on track, there a good few weeks behind now. Gelato cakes are doing brilliant! Frosting up lovely and smell amazing, I reckon 4 weeks max left on these 2 autos, then its waiting on the sherbert mimosa to show me some nice buds. I have 1 blue cheese fem and 2 x dark phoenix vegging in there now. I will repot them when the autos are all done and finished.
