~Entry for the 'Best Rarest & Smallest Pot by Seedsman' contest~ Starring 🤩.... ~ Seedsman Zkittlez Auto ~ Zkittlez (Grape x Grape Apple) Auto x Auto Fruit (Auto Fruit Cheese x Auto Blueberry) Zkittlez Auto is one of the very sweetest-tasting auto strains available anywhere. It is a sativa-dominant (60%) strain that was bred from Zkittlez (Grape x Grape Apple) Auto crossed with a male Fruit Kush Auto, the latter a remarkable fruity strain bred from Fruit Cheese Auto and Blueberry Auto. Growers can expect to harvest some good yields of high-THC buds. Zkittlez Auto remains a fairly short plant, rarely exceeding 120 cm. in height wherever it is grown. This is a vigorous plant which is able to metabolize a high level of nutrients and she's a thirsty girl too! If growing indoors close to neighbors it is strongly advised to ensure good and effective carbon air-filtration in order to neutralize powerful odors. This strain's life-cycle is approximately 90 days from seed to harvest. The leaves on this plant are big and wide serving to convert every lumen available into Zkittlez goodness. Indoor growers should obtain between 400 - 500 gr/m2 while plants cultivated outdoors will produce slightly more at 500 - 600 gr/m2. Lateral branching is very good and it is recommended to use supports/ties to prevent snapping and keep buds close to the light source. This strain's scent is sweet and fruity with candy and berry notes. Its high-THC has been measured at between 21 - 24% with less than 1% CBD. The effect is well-balanced, cerebral and euphoric, and is very good for social situations as well as for relaxing in front of the TV either alone or with company. It also has the added effect of helping to relieve chronic pain, helping with nausea, insomnia and depression as well as stimulating the appetite.** **Credit to Seedsman.com ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~ The Setup ~ ~ Grown in a 2qt plastic popcorn pot filled with Mother Earth Grow 70/30 Coco/Perlite with Xtreme Gardening Mykos added. ~ Seed was germinated directly in the medium without any 'pre-soak' ~ Feeding will be by Dutch Pro Nutrients ~ 24hr light cycle while germinating ~ 20/4 light cycle after first leaves appear. ~ 4x8 Gorilla Tent ~ HLG 650R w/ 30w Supplemental UVA Bar controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. Week Seven of flower for the Seedsman Zkittlez Auto! I started alternating straight water into her regime today watering her until runoff with well water, to which was added 1 tbsp/g of Unsulfured Black Strap Molasses, which was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. I also gave her pot a 1/4 turn to assure all parts of her get maximum light exposure. 1/12- Today the Seedsman Zkittlez Auto, which is now almost 10 weeks old, is looking like a champ and smelling like a huge bag of Skittles candy! I fed/watered her today until I had runoff with Dutch Pro Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Explode @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g, Multi-Total @ 3.8 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 1050ppm(500 scale) nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC (2.0 EC), I ph'd the solution to 6.7 @ 70℉ and gave her pot a 1/4 turn. 1/14- Yesterday, I just gave the Zkittlez Auto some straight well water that was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. Today, I watered/fed her until runoff with Dutch Pro Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Explode @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g, Multi-Total @ 3.8 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 1050ppm(500 scale) nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC (2.0 EC), I ph'd the solution to 6.5 @ 74℉ and gave her pot a 1/4 turn. 1/16- There goes seven weeks of flower and only a couple to go! The Seedsman Zkittlez Auto was given her last feed today. I watered/fed her until I had runoff with well water with Dutch Pro Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Explode @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g, Multi-Total @ 3.8 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g added to end up with a total 1050ppm(500 scale) nutrient solution. The Zkittlez Auto continues to pack on mass and is actually starting to foxtail on a few of her flowers... MORE mass! Her aroma continues to strengthen and is sugary sweet! She is beginning to fade now and next week I will begin flushing her. Hop to see you next week, it should be exciting! ~ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for following my grows and for all the ❤️and support you give! 💚What you grow - Grow what you💚

By the start of the week I’ve noticed magnesium deficiency on plant A and B, so I started adding Biobizz Calmag on Froglord’s kind recommendation. Otherwise I started slow defoliation process and I’m currently removing around two leaves per day. Plants definitely grew larger than expected but I’m not mad :D. They’re taking a bit longer, but it should be worth it. I’m expecting harvest on plants C and D soon.

Hello Guys and Happy Easter🐰, Week 4 of flowering is over. One plant got a polyploid mutation i got the same mutation on an earlier grow so i know this will look interessting at the end. I did my first cuttings on the Slurricanes 8/10 are rooted so im quite happy with the outcome but unfortunately the cutting from the frostiest pheno at the moment didnt make it. I did a little bit to much on the more PK nutrients so they got a little bit buned tips but in overall im very happy some of the plants already smell so fruity and sweet cant wait how this Tent will smell at the End 😋

2/13/2023 - Day 42: Start to week 6. Overall the plants are doing good, except the weird tip curling and yellowing. Initially i thought it may be either under or over watering, but the soil seems good. Not too wet or too dry. Then I thought possibly nitrogen toxicity, but the leaves don't look overly green. I now think it may be heat or light related, so I lowered the power on the light and raised it up a few inches. I also lowered the temp in the tent a few degrees. It could also be the new soil is a bit too hot still, and I've been throwing the kitchen sink at them, so I plan to just water with plain water the next few times and hopefully they will grow out of this. Plan to add the trellis net this week and start spreading the tallest plants out. 2/14/2023 - Day 43: Added the trellis net and did some light defoliation on the lowest part of a few plants. Plan to do more of a major defoliation next time I water. Also, the new growth appears ro be doing better, so I think raising the light fixed the problem. 2/16/2023 - Day 45: watered about 3.5 gallons, which is about 5% of the volume of the bed. I'm pretty sure the leaf curl I was seeing was a combination of light or heat stress, and slightly too much nitrogen, which is likely from the foliar spayed I was doing. Considering this, I decided to add a few things to the water. I mixed in ThermX-70, Comfrey Extract, Yah-Whey, FishShit, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and BuildASoil Big 6. I also did some additional defoliating to allow for some additional light penetration into the middle of the plants. Just started bending the tallest branches under the scrog net as well. Let's hope the girls have a positive reaction. 2/18/2023 - Day 47: did my weekly IPM. Foliar sprayed with distilled water mixed with BuildASoil EM-5. Also, realized I made a slight mistake. When I turned the lights up the other day, I never turned the schedule back on, so the lights have been on for 3 days straight. Luckily, the plants are still in veg, and they seemed to handling it well. The Grand Prix 3 had some minor leaf curling on the edges of some leaves, bit otherwise they still look good. They are back on 18/6 now.

Not a whole lot of height this week, but some nice leaf development. I may have overwatered them and slowed their growth, we’ll see how they progress 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

AUGUST 10 to 16, 2024 Specimen continues to grow vigorously, gaining another 12cm (4.75") in height. Pistils now being pushed out in many locations. Plant receives 14:26 of daylight as sunrise is 06:49 and sunset is 21:15. Fungus gnat presence has multiplied, so effort put to dry out medium and layers of Diatomaceous Earth applied on two occasions. Watered in with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via Mosquito Dunks soaked in rainwater for 24 hours) in effort to combat and destroy larvae. Based on development to date, not expecting to harvest specimen until the week of October 14, 2024. Day 106 - Applied 2.0L of Full Spectrum Soil Drench (Flowering Formula), pH'd to 6.7; Solution prepared with rainwater treated with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis; 500mL bottom watered with plain rainwater. Sprayed soil surface thoroughly with approximately 1L of Soil Pest Defense Drench. Day 107 - Applied layer of Diatomaceous Earth to combat Fungus Gnats Day 108 - n/a Day 109 - n/a Day 110 - 1.5L bottom water with plain rainwater in the morning, another 1L bottom water in the late afternoon. Day 111 - Applied layer of Diatomaceous Earth to combat Fungus Gnats Day 112 - n/a

7/18 Plants are looking great. I was able to rearrange the plants so they have a little bit more space and so I can get around every plant. I have small random pest damage (i.e. I caught a four lined plant bug while hunting jpn beetles) but not enough h to warrant treatment. I will probably spray before flower. Sun's out amd plants were praying. I rotated a couple and it only took a few hours for them to "straighten out." I went to look again rhis morning and made the final determination to expand the cage. I'm looking for the 2x4's and the wire in the next couple days. The work that ive done now will but me sometime. I wonder how this rain impacted my soil. 7/19 Plants are looking fantastic. The stretch is starting. One purple punch looks like it's beginning to flower. I think I'm entering the transition period. Jpn beetle damage is evident but not significant. I defoliated a leaf with a a leafminwr or something in it. It's so much easier to get around the plants now. I'm seeing some chunks missing sporadically though. Went to the roses out back and found TONS of jpn beetleson top of each other reproducing. They destroyed that rose bush. I'm going to keep it as a trap plant. My dad's girlfriend wanted to spray it but that doesn't make sense as theflowers are all gone. Dad's grabbing the materials to extend the cage today I think. Right now I can get around every plant but the two big ones in the back. I just cant get to the backs of them and they are huge. Almost reaching the top of the cage. A 4'-6' extension will do wonders in flower. Can't wait. UPDATE: Dad got the 2x4's and we assembled the extension and attached it. He's grabbing the wire as I type this. This worked out beautifully. I had no idea how big the blueberry cheese in the 50 gallon was! This extension (4ft i think) is PERFECT! Then I can get a little extra wire and pull it out if I wanted to. I think I have another 2x4 that I'm going to use in the middle. Lots of great pics and a video I'll upload tomorrow. Hot af today and humidity still super high. Even the commercial dudes was surprised I don't have wpm l and that judging by some of my plants structure that I may do better than I think. I certainly hope so. I WATERED 3 GALLONS OVER THE WHOLE GARDEN. The blueberry cheese in smart pots were drooping. They drink far more water than tje others. I would've given more but we are supposed to have thunderstorms. I left my back tarp off for the night. It will increase airflow and wind is down. I feel like this is going to be my year. 7/20 I updated and loaded everything on the app but notjing would save. Did it again in the website hopfully this saves i didnt put it all up. Didn't water the plants today. Bags seemed okay weight wise. Good thing I did the extension yesterday because those three plants were drooping they were so thirsty. I focused most of the water yesterday on those plants that needed it. The others were somewhat dry but still had some weight. Like i said the blc drinks much more water than any of the other plants. I'm impressed with the growth I'm seeing. Especially since I have been being very stingy with the water and I've only fed like twice and that was just the kelp me/you and big bloom in negligible amounts. I'm watching for deficiencies. I'm just not seeing them. I'm picking up the wire and finishing the extension and then rearranging things. I'll update. UPDATE: WATERED 4 GALLONS CONCENTRATING ON THE PLANTS THAT WERE DROOPING THE MOST. FINISHED ENCLOSURE AND INCREASED PLANT SPACE. TRELLIS WILL GO UP THIS WEEK. VIDEOS WILL BE UPLOADED TOMORROW. 7/21 I should've watered more volume last night. I noticed two plants that seemed much lighter than the rest. After some deliberation I gave them each a half gallon of water. One was the purple punch in the 10 that's huge amd the other was that huge blueberry cheese. I think I'm going to swap places with them, take out a pallet and get some other way to elevate that ONE plant and I'll have even more room. Then I'll add my supports. It's a dream working in there now. I noticed some small interior leaves being used up and dieing. I defoliated them but it was only a couple. I'll need to start nutes at some point. Doesn't need it yet though. I'm going to add some kelp me/you for the heat stress. I need to get the watering down better but it's more difficult when they each have different needs. I kinda have to read the plant. I'd rather be overwatered than underwatered. I tried to upload what I could but some won't. UPDATE: I went over to clip off some fencing that was doubled up AND just to check on tge girls. Found two caterpillars (small but hairy so they were older not the inch worms and possibly what has been contributing to damage on those plants. Things are spread out so it will be harder for insects to move from plant to plant and I have better air flow. I worry that leaving my tarp off might lead to high winds and plants not able to take it buf I digress. I'll add supports later. Plants are huge and drinking far more water than I've been giving them. When I got there several were drooped right over and dry as a bone. The bags are essentially all roots now. I mixed up 8 gallons of water and split it between the plants. I gave less to the two Co trainer plants that weren't drooping and the 10 I watered yesterday that wasn't drooping but for the most part the ones that needed if got at least a gallon or more. The others a little under a gallon. It might rain A LITTLE tonight too. Oh, and since it's been so hot I added 1/2 tsp per gallon of kelp me kelp you to help the plants deal with heat stress. I also noticed that some of the very bottom interior leaves are being used up. I have a feeling ill need to switch to nutes pretty soon. Plus I need to suppirt those plants if I'm going to leave that tarp off and Gove them air. Took a video. But it won't upload here. I'll have to wait till tomm. 7/22 Didn't have much timevthis morning bit I dod a video. Boy those plants loved that water and that kelp. This morning everyone was standing straight up at attention. Supposed to get rain last night but didn't. Good thing I watered. I think I'm going to up the water next watering and then again to the 10% mark if necessary. Especially with the Blueberry cheeses. I'm noticing that a FEW INTERIOR leaves are showing nute deficiencies so I'm probably going to have to start feeding soon. I'll update later. UPDATE: Went back over and cut off the extra wire. I'm going to need to water more volume. Specifically on two plants. The two huge blueberry cheese in 20 gallon smart bags dries out much faster than the rest. I'll have to out that on a different schedule or increase the amount given. Next watering will be 1.5 or 2 gallons a plant and it might be tomorrow from what I was seeing. It's super hot and with the added airflow the bags dry out faster. I also went through EACH plant looking for pests and defoliating old leaves that needed it. Plants are still nice and green but a VERY few older interior leaves are showing deficiencies. I know this is Normal especially since they are trying n g to transition to flower. I also saw pest damage on a couple plants. Four lined plant bug. I already found the one on the other plant and killed it but I'm considering doing a spray before flower. I'm thinking either captain Jack as a "catch all", BT which works great but mostly just on pillars or the organocide bee safe 3 in one pesticide. I also have pyrethium and other things. Thus far picking things off manually has been good enough. At the very least they will get an application of BT very soon. 7/23 Held off on watering this morning. Supposed to get thunder storms I DID split a gallon with two blueberry cheese that were the lightest in the 20 gallon smart pots. Thet drink way more. My water volume is going to need to increase. We haven't had nearly enough rain. I'm going to bump it up to 1.5 to 2 gallons each plant which will be 10% for the 20s and a little less for the others. I'm still seeing various pest damage. Nothing bad but I found another couples leaves that were chomped on by a four lined plant bug so I'm debating applying something tonight when I water. I'm also noticing old leaves being used up and some interior leaves showing slight deficiencies. It will be time to start nutes soon. I'll update as I go. UPDATE: GOT THE FEELING I NEEDED TO CHECK THE PLANTS. SOMETHING DODNT LOOK RIGHT ON THE CAMS. WENT OVER AND EVERY PLANT BUT THE TWO I SPLIT A GALLON WITH AND THE PLANT IN THE 50 WERE DROOPED RIGHT OVER. LIFELESS. I SHOULD'VE WATERED THIS MORNING BUT I DIDNT HAVE TIME. I FIGURED THEY COULD WAIT UNTIL NIGHT. EACH PLANT GOT 1.5 GALLONS AT LEAST. I USED SIXTEEN OR SEVENTEEN GALLONS ON THE GARDEN. I GAVE EACH CONTAINER PLANT ONE GALLON AND GOT RUN OFF FROM BOTH. IM NOTICING SKIGHT FADING IN LEAVES BUT IM NOT INTRODUCING NUTES TO UNDERWATERED PLANTS. I THINK 10% IS GONNA BE TGE MAGIC NUMBER. 2 GALLONS EACH. EVEN THE 10 GALLON SMART POT. ALMLST AS BIG AS THE 30S BUT DRIES OUT QUICKER. 7/24 Plants looked fantastic this morning. Defoliated a few leaves that needed it. Showed my commercial buddy and he said things looked fantastic. Since the soils still holding nutes and I'm not seeing many deficiencies I may hold off on feeding. I'm starting early flower now. I will be using nutes soon. I think ive got the watering schedule pretty much down.

The last week was very mixed. Fortunately, the last three days (a swansong to summer) were very sunny, warm and sufficiently windy so that the Shaman could be harvested dry. Like many trees, it showed the beginnings of autumn in the colours of Indian summer. There were a few very small patches of mould, caused by my incorrect defoliation. However, the losses were very small. I am now looking forward to drying and curing. The rotrim and final trim will take a few more hours, which is the downside of large outdoor plants. 😀👌

These girls have all finally got into their 15L Auto pots, right now I am just waiting to get the roots accustom to the pots before I rig up the system, really excited to try them out . Goal for this week : 1) make sure I expose as many flower sites as possible. 2) get the canopy opened up for maximum airflow , I will do this through Low stress training. As you can start to see I'm using zip ties to put anything above the first ring on my tomato cage. Anything that is unable to connect to the first ring of the tomato cage will be left until flower and then when it stretches I will put them on the second ring of the tomato cage. They are growing really well with the steady waterings in the small pots. I will be transplanting into 5 gal pots tomorrow (day 23) with my regular soil mixed with more GHS bio feed. Love how easy its been to get these looking this well with this nutrient line. I am actually using it on one outdoor 25 gallon pot (no journal for that) and that plant is growing HUGE already over 6 ft tall. Day 22- No water Day 23- Watered at 6.5 ph Day 24-25 no water Day 26- Watered 6.5 ph Day 27- No Water Day 28- 6.5ph Watering. Weekly Notes: - Transplanted into 5 gal with 4 gals worth of good soil mix along with 45 grams of BioFeed (each plant) **took a video of how I mixed and added these nutrients and uploaded to album** - Topped both plants! lets see what happens. Plant 2 has better structure and is already getting good growth going after the topping. WP1 is a little slower behind but still developing into a real nice plant. - Uploaded a pic of a Hindu Kush landrace Potted in 35 gallons of soil with 3 gs/L *BioGrow* and a Carolina Reaper pepper plant planted with the same conditions / ratio . LOOKING GREAT!! - Installed a new automatic irrigation system for both my tents. VERY stoke about this new upgrade. 100% de-chlorinated ph'd water going into all my plants from now on . Its a new technique im trying opposed to feeding with nutrients. I make my own soil mixes now so I do not need anything more than the BioFeeds as boosters for my already decent soil. I like to think the plants are VERY happy right now because they are a beautiful green and are growing so steady and strong.

Fattening week !! Alternating water/nutes irrigations... Gave the plant Top Bud, 2 times this week, using 0.5ml/l each one, but switching BIG ONE AND TOP BUD so: / -WATER- / -BIG ONE- + -TOP BLOOM- + -TOP CANDY- / -WATER- / -TOP BUD- + -TOP BLOOM- + -TOP CANDY- / --------------- Seems like @growdiaries did not add Top Bud to the database..So i let you the description below.. Top Bud : is a fattening fertilizer for the flowering stage. It maximum concentration of phosphorus and potassium and its absence of nitrates make it an ideal fertilizer for fatterning, while respecting the good taste of the crop. It is also rich in amino acids that benefit the development of flowers. Dilute at the rate of: 0.5-1ml per 1L of water once a week. Apt to: Its use in hydroponic substrate and coconut fiber. --------------

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)
