I just added an ice bottle, but it's still working it's magic. The pH seems to have leveled out too. As for the high concentration of salts, I'm gonna have to repeat flushing again. Well, in this case, I'm going to pull a gallon out and add another gallon and a half or so of plain pHed water. Reason being, I can't get the bottom of the bucket with my water pump. The roots are all in the way. So it's still loaded with nutrients. And now the water is below the roots. I've been doing my best to avoid topping off, but I think I just want to do the swap. Plain Filtered and pHed tap water readings: pH: 6.08 EC: 435 cm TDS: 307 ppm Temp: 65.7° I pHed a gallon of water. Pulled 3 gallons out of the bucket and put 3.5 gallons back in. Perfect top off especially for the last few days of flushing. I should probably check the trichomes. I haven't since I put her in the dark 2 days ago. Hey guys! Here's the 3rd week of flower! 😻 This week I trimmed my babies (just a little, about 8 leaves or less each plant). Some leaves were healthy but were blocking a lot of light from the flowers and tucking them wasn't doing the job anymore. Besides that Boomer stretched out a lot (which also worried me as I didn't want my babies to go wild on me. I LSTed some of them hoping that would fix the issue). Where I live has been getting somewhat cold at night and I fear that might be doing something to my babies (I hope to be wrong). Besides that the flowers are getting bigger everyday and some are even starting to show some trichomes (I think looks cute!). The pistils are also getting bigger and the smell is stronger now (it was already strong). Near the end of the week I saw Falco's leaves were getting yellow and I suspect it is nitrogen deficiency... and what's causing it is probably some residues at the end of the pot (so I might need to flush her) or maybe I just need to feed her more nutes). Keep in mind she used to be quite small during veg and only in the end she grew enough to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Maybe she's just special? This week you'll see less timelapses compared to last week... I forgot to take photos for about 3 days 😅 but at least there are some! I hope you'll enjoy what I'm sharing! Thanks for reading! 👋

Altogether this was an amazon experience no complaints at all I look forward in the future grows and lesson to come forth because I know there's plenty more to learn

I counted the days again and came to the conclusion that I have 70 days full and harvested tonight. Enough brown and amber trichomes are also present. I'm excited to see how they taste and pop. They definitely look and smell very good. What's really funny: From the 2-3 week onwards, I turned both TS1000s up to 100% for 18 hours a day. I just wanted to find out my cap. I used around 100kW/h and €40 less in electricity costs. Compared to my last grow with Feminized and 10 weeks of flowering + Veggy. I wouldn't have expected that. Well... let it dry in peace first. Another project is already underway. Have a nice weekend everyone.

Día 02. Tuve que empezar la floración. Las raices estaban empezando a salir por el caño de descarga. Además estoy notando que al quedar mucha agua atrapada entre las raíces, la toman más rápido y los 20 litros que puse no sé si van a alcanzar. Ya había tenido este problema hace bastante y me había olvidado. Pero igual no me preocupa tanto. Sé que puedo manejarlo tranquilo. Así que al final, la semana anterior fueron sólo 3 días. Ahora voy a ir planificando bien, dado que la diferencia de altura en una de las Polaris, me va a obligar a ir llevando un LST riguroso. También estoy empezando a pensar en formas para evitar las tapadas de raíces. Creo que algo se me va a ocurrir para implementar en algún momento. Voy a hacer un corte de hojas muy grande cuando haya terminado el estiramiento de pre flora. Porque quiero probar cuanto afecta a una rama el quitarle la hoja principal. Algunas he cortado y otras cuantas no. Apliqué Feeding Enhancer de Greenhouse, en forma foliar la noche que pasé a floración. Voy a hacer una nueva aplicación en una semana seguramente. Tuve que bajar la frecuencia de reigo de 30/30 a 15/45 por hora, porque creo que eso hizo que se hagan tan grandes rápido. Igual es un dato que voy a tomar en cuenta para el futuro. Día 04 Me preocupa la velocidad a la que se toman la solución nutritiva. Les puse 20 litros hace 4 días y quedan solamente 12 litros. A este ritmo voy a tener que empezar a poner mucho más de los esperado. Aunque igual, creo que cuando haga un trim fuerte de hojas, ahí van a empezar a regular más el consumo de agua. Además al haber crecido tanto las raíces, es mayor la cantidad de solución que queda estancada en las raíces y es consumida. Así que eso también será un tema a mejorar. Me gusta que las plantas estén así, pero siento que no las voy a poder controlar.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Setting up the garden of my dreams - Scroggernaut 2.0 "either yer scroggin er yer not" Old grow was a 4x4 closet inside a garage. New grow will be a 8x10 room with a 4x8 and 2x4 in 2020, and adding at least another 4x4 in 2021. My son will be learning how to grow this year in a dedicated 2x4 space, soiless mix, hand water. The additional 4x8 will be in a dutch bucket recirculating system (Thanks to GreenMachine for the advice so far, coming for more). All tables will be custom designed and made by me. Genetics will be a mix of Original Sensible Seeds (Bruce Banner #3) In house genetics (Slurricane ix) and some FastBuds testers So far in 5 days I have built the structure, and completed most of the insulating. Wiring before I finish the walls to save some future headaches. Lighting will be 3 x HLG 550 clones over a 4 x 10 foot area. This gives 36 LED watts per sqft, and the PAR rating on these lights is insane. Should be more than enough light. Have got the soil good ph i am pretty sure. I have got good growth out of the last week and few inches and some fan leafs and they look just barley burned and they are way happy standing up so I am thinking (fingers crossed) that I have got it under control. Going to do a trim and take some clones in the next week. Then a train for a couple weeks and put her in in flower tent get used to that light and flower her see what I get. Still just doing declorinated water at 6.5 let the soil do her job. Stay tuned

June 28: rainiest June on record but average temperatures. Godfather OG is behind schedule because of the weather but is doing fine. July 1: Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 Adjusted scrog net. Using a net with paper clips onto the edge of the grow bag is the easiest way to get the shape I want for the manifold. Looking good. Starting another compost tea for use tomorrow. There has been so much rain that I haven’t been watering and the only added nutrients are by foliar spray. That is working, but she will like the tea tomorrow. July 2: compost tea in morning and sunny all day adds up to a big vegetative growth day. Only 2-3 weeks until I have to start force flowering.

This week, my Titans are sleeping in a cooler dark room until harvest. So for your viewing pleasure, I've loaded some videos made of the Titans during there time with me. I'm wondering what to serve at my Queens Tea Party... I made some butterscotch pistachio bars and modified the recipe for less sugar. 😋 We experimented with topping the bars with black cherry spread, orange marmalade and a mango jelly. All are very tasty as the bit of sour/tart enhances the butterscotch sweet. A few solar eclipse pics.
