Thanks Tom @Seedsman U.S.A shipped under a week for these delicious beans and promos! Just for fun did 2 in glass of water then directly into soil, 3 in water then in paper towel 2 days then in soil. Like I figured, if the seeds tap and are fresh just puttem in prepped media.

Last week I got myself a humidifier. So right now my grow tent is 60/60/160 and features a Spider Farmer 2000, which is kinda oversized, but still works in there despite what other people told me - but who knows, maybe I’ll learn my lesson later on. There’s a small exhaust fan and a regular fan without oscillation + the humidifier. I also put in a young vegging chili plant I got from a coworker - it’ll be put outside eventually tho. 05/21: Starting week 5 and my plant is looking very bushy. She has gained some height in the past few days and I hope that’ll continue a bit. Can’t wait to see her flower. 05/22: She grew a bit since yesterday - especially sideways. Her newest leaves have yellow tips, which I suspect is due to me moving the light down to experiment - my mistake. I hope that’s what it is and that the next set of leaves won’t suffer. 05/23: Not much to say - she’s looking lush and nice to me! Since the beginning of this week she’s grown to 23cm height, so 5cms in a couple of days. 05/24: Found some down-clawing leaves today and some people suggest it can have something to do with air circulation. I only spotted two leaves doing this and I hope it’ll stay like that 😬 05/25: Haven’t had much time to look at my plant today, but my wife sent me a nice picture of her. She seems to be doing fine! 05/26: I think she’s started to flower? So that’s pretty cool. I also removed some of the lower branches, since I felt like she was too bushy for me. I like how she looks now. 05/27: I’m so happy with how she looks. She does have some burnt edges on her leaves - but she’s had that since she was born, so I’m starting to be less worried about that and just let her do her thing. I think defoliation was a good decision. She is also flowering now - it took me a little bit to realize... I thought the leaves were just looking super strange.

So WHY is this auto taking so damn long to mature??? Is this normal? It's my first hydro grow, but my wife's soil grow started after mine (more than a week) + was grown in the exact same room .... but has been harvested over the past TWO weeks. Thoughts? Not much needed doing this week. Did a huge trim mid week that was posted to a mid week update in last week's diary entry. She didn't like it at first but then bounced back pretty well. I think I have a very slight touch of nutrient burn on some of the tips, but it could also be a touch dry as we're having a hard time keeping the room over 40% humidity as the outdoor temps here are stupid cold recently. Hoping to harvest in 2 weeks or so.. but could be longer. Urgh. She's a big, bountiful, heat-loving lady that's finally a under a bit of vegetative control... but apparently REALLY likes to take things slow.

Hey now, so this week went pretty well. The Glueberry OG's are loving the environment, at around 70% RH and between 79-83 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and around 70 degrees Fahrenheit at night. The hardest thing for me is to leave them alone and not water them, as I am used to growing in Coco Coir and watering my plants multiple times a day. They are still in solo cups with a mixture of Pro-Mix seedling starter and Perlite, and I am watering every two to three days with just a light watering around the edge of the solo cup. . I plan to give the other Glueberry OG to a friend to hopefully raise her well. I have three 5 gallon fabric smart pots full of coco coir soaking in cal mag treated water, so i will flush them down to EC .4 the morning I am ready to transplant this lady which will be either Saturday or Sunday this weekend. After transplant she will be immediately receive high frequency fertigation every 5.5 hours or so from lights on and also receive supplemental UV/IR lighting from this Medic Grow Spectrum X. 11/10 - Over this last week the ladies have consumed a significant amount of nutrients in addition to the water they drank. After 4-5 days ppms measured 580 and pH 6.7. Added full strength nutes to top off (not half-strength like normal). This brought the res to 715ppm and 6.2pH. Removed a couple older fan leaves that weren't getting good light. Plant is maintaining 6" height with wire ScrOG. She has started to show her bud sites and I expect a fairly healthy stretch due to her ~90+ day timeline. This should allow plenty of tucking under the ScrOG to allow light to the inner bud-sites and increase overall yield vs previous grows. Out of all of the strains this here Lava Oreoz got one of the best fruity smell. Now I know which strain I'ma want to run back in full instead of 3 will be 12 . 6 to 6 each side.

We zitten in week 11. Ze wordt steeds mooier en mooier. Ze ruikt zeer sterk zoet en heeft harde toppen bedekt met thc. Ik heb wat meer bladeren weggeknipt Ik zal haar deze week proberen nog meer op te pompen en waarschijnlijk vanaf volgende week alleen maar mineraalwater geven. Smells beautiful really can’t wait to crop her only 7 days left now this has been such a nice plant to grow she takes to topping very well and micro topping well and I now know where the name shinning silver haze comes from as she shines with thc proper happy with her

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since this pretty lady popped out of the ground and she's looking perfect with pistils popping out everywhere! Her 4g Gronest fabric pot was still heavy when lifted, and she looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check on her tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, she has two new shoots that are emerging and she continues looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! She's up to 9" =/- now and even though she's beginning to flower, she's continuing to stretch which I'm attributing to her having some Sativa dominate genetics in her....This girl has long legs! 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since she was planted in her amended medium and it's time to give the microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide her with all the macro and micro nutrients she needs so, yesterday she got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered her from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- She's been doing well getting watered every other day and yesterday she received 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. She's definitely a big girl and with her wide node spacing doesn't really require any defoliation, just some LST and watch her grow! She's maintaining great color, vigor and is progressing into flower nicely! Week 4 was pretty solid for overall growth and for bud growth. I think the stretch phase is definitely done and the bud will start to pack on size from here on out. This seems like the fun part but it's becoming very smelly and sticky..extremely sticky. I touch it once and my fingers are glued together. Seems to me that they are all happy!! Normal feeding except for more bloom nutrients and no more adding nitrogen. I needed up buying Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz and gave the girls a nice feeding which they loved! I also bought a trellis net and added it, I also bought fabric pots but wont use until next run. I also got a Govee device to monitor humidity and temp better so I can dial in the VPD! Learning so much and VPD is definitely one of the most important aspects to dial in! So far so good this week! I'm loving the trellis net addition! Makes it look so nice! Thanks for any advice!!

I think they're budding a bit slowly this week but I did do a heavy defoliation at the start so may have stressed them a little. They have finally finished stretching also. Theyve gotten bigger than I expected lol.. I'm seeing thc now and they are starting to smell nice. EC increased to 1.4 this week Ppfd increased 610 to 700 by the end of the week . Will leave it at 700 now until the end . Don't want them to be stressed .
