3/27 Been fighting the warmth of the lights and the rising temps lately. Amnesia is still sacrificing leaves, but much more slowly now, letting me pick out about 5-10 per day. I really don't know what caused it all, but at least this could make trimming easier. I'm trying to make sure I pull off all the browning and crispy leaves so that they don't get absorbed by growing bud. Trainwreck is getting much more purple, but is also browning in some spots. Trainwreck doesn't let go of any leaves, as the base of them is still green, which makes it more difficult to sift through the brown leaves and pull them out. Fed at the end of last week, may have been Friday. 3/29 Feeding 3/4 nutrients today! 3/31 Fed 1/2 strength nutrients and lowering lights to 50% before going away for the weekend. 4/1 They survived my time away. 4/2 Some crispy leaves needed to be plucked from Trainwreck to open up other budsites. Trichomes are still not amber.

ENGLISH VERSION BELOW Wie ich im letzten Update geschrieben habe, fällt dieses hier etwas größer aus und enthält auch mehr Fotos und Videos. Die Pflanzen haben sich gut entwickelt, waren aber mittlerweile zu groß für ihre kleinen Töpfe und zeigten Anzeichen von Wurzelstress. Ich habe sie daher in 9-Liter-AirPots umgetopft, die ich noch von einem alten Projekt übrig hatte. Als Substrat verwende ich eine 70/30-Mischung aus Canna Coco Professional und Peligran Perlite von Knauf. Ich liebe dieses Zeug – man kann es praktisch nicht überwässern. Die Wurzelballen habe ich mit etwas Mycotrex von Biotabs bestreut. (Mycorhizzae) Um ehrlich zu sein: Ich war einfach zu faul, neue Stofftöpfe zu kaufen, also dachte ich mir, warum nicht die alten AirPots wiederverwenden :-) Mal sehen, wie sie sich darin machen. Ich habe die Pflanzen auch in ihre „endgültige“ Umgebung gestellt – ein 120x120-Zelt (4×4 für meine imperialen Freunde ;-) – und ab jetzt werden sie über meinen geliebten Ebbe-/Flut Eigenbau versorgt. Ich habe es vor 10 Jahren gebaut, und es ist immer noch ein echter Segen. Einmal am Tag werden die Pflanzen mit Nährlösung aus einem 200-Liter-Tank (52 Gallonen) geflutet. Leider bedeutet das auch, dass ich euch nicht mehr sagen kann, wie viel Nährlösung jede Pflanze genau bekommt – sie nehmen sich einfach, was sie brauchen. Das neue Zelt wird mittels eines AC Infinity Controller 69 klimagesteuert, sodass ich die Bedingungen deutlich besser im Griff habe. Ich versuche, einen VPD von etwa 1,2 zu halten. Die Klimaanlage ist auf 22 °C (~71 °F) eingestellt und der Luftbefeuchter hält die Luftfeuchtigkeit bei etwa 62 %. Offtopic: Ich musste eine große Lemon Orange-Mutterpflanze räumen, um Platz für die vier Humboldt-Mädels zu schaffen. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich sie zurückschneiden müssen. Was demnächst ansteht: In den nächsten Tagen werde ich die Pflanzen toppen. Die abgeschnittenen Spitzen werde ich versuchen, als potenzielle Mütter zu bewurzeln – vielleicht ziehe ich ja ein DNA-Los :-). Meine Frage an euch diese Woche: Mit welchen Substraten und Bewässerungssystemen habt ihr schon herumexperimentiert – und was hat euch am meisten überzeugt? The plants were coming along nicely but the were to big for their tiny pots and showed some root stress. I transplanted them into 9 Liter AirPots which I had laying around from an old project. The substrate is a 70/30 mix of Canna Coco Professional and Peligran Perlite from Knauf. I love this stuff. You basically can't overwater it. I sprinkled the root balls with some Mycotrex from Biotabs (Mycorhizzae) Tbh I wast just too lazy to buy new fabric pots so I thought why shouldn't I use these old AirPots :-) We'll see how they perform. I also placed the plants in their "final" habitat which is a 120x120 (4×4 for my imperial friends ;-) and from now on they get fed by my beloved DIY-Ebb and Flow system. I built this 10 years ago and it's still a charm to have. Once a day the plants will get "flooded" with nutrient solution from a 200 L (52 gallon) tank below. Unfortunately this also means I can't tell you how much nutrient solution they received anymore as they just take as much as they need. This tent is climate controlled by an AC Infinity controller 69 so I should be able steer them way better. I try to keep them at a VPD of around 1.2. I have my AC set to 22°C (~71°F) and my humidifier keeps the tent around 62%. Offtopic: I had to evict a big Lemon Orange Mom to make space for the 4 Humboldt girls. I will have to cut her back in the next days. Upcoming: I'm going to top them in the next few days I will try to keep the tops as potential mothers if I hit the DNA lottery :-). Day 54 from seed and the canopy games began, i gave them all some defoliation and instal first net, also started to do some low stress training to guide them out. Day 54 and i had to bring to this side of the tent my little Kushi with is from my other diares but she had no space there, so i moved her next to the competition side 😁😝 I’m also making a water system, i will keep doing the watering manually, but with the help from a “auto/manual” system. Day 54 CS have 2 very distinct phenotipes, a normal one with an amazing black pepper smell with a garlic touch and an old school candy smell mixed within, the other one, with i think is a rare one for the chocolate skunk, is smeling amazingly amazing 😅 she as fruit in it like tangerine and orange, and shes sweet and so but so strong smells, im in love with her, and she stretches more them the other 2 also, she provably will b the keeper from the CS department. Day 54 and I topped CS1 lets see how she reacts 😆🤞💚 Day 54 and TP1 and TP2 are amazing, this girls are so strong and resistant, they are fast growers and they look like winners to me, both of them , caps off to @sweetseeds for such a good job on the genetics department, keep it up guys 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 Day 55 and my water system is ready for testing 😅 i know i should test before its all in, but its a non stop live i have so no time , always beliving 😅🤞💚 tomorrow we will know if it works or not 😆😁 Week 8 day 3 and I finally got the water system working and running properly, I’m still plugging in snd out , but this will make my life so much easier, withs results in more free time to dedicate my girls. Tested my run out today and came out with ec over 2.0 meaning next watering mb the 2 nexts ones will be just ph water with regulator and some enzymes. At 84 days from seed, 29 days into bloom, she is drinking about a liter (1/4 gal) per day. The stretch has stopped. I continue to defoliate lightly so light and wind can get to the bud sites. Her harvest window will start in another 30 days so there is not much to do but wait. Highest temps in the tent this week were 79F, lowest were 73F. I read somewhere that purplish tones are more likely to show themselves if you have cool nights. Unfortunately, as I'm growing during the summer without AC, I don't think I'll be able to create cool enough nights to see purple leaves. She smells great though and is putting on weight well. I am excited to watch her develop. I am also trying out Terpinator for the first time. I am using it at much lower dosages than recommended. I plan to increase the amount I put in when I get comfortable that it won't burn my lady.

They were watered on Tuesday 27.02 and today 01.03 with 1 liter of water each (2ml BioGrow; 1mlCalMag; 1mlBioGrow; 1mlTopMax). Aug 16: Mimosa Shot is progressing but it has been cool and rainy lately. There are indications of P deficiency because of the cool weather. The top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom will do its thing so I’m not worried about it. Hoping for more direct sunlight though.

So die Süßen bis auf ,,Eine,, die ist nicht so süß die letzten Tage gewesen..., befinden sich jetzt am Anfang der Blütewoche 5 Allgemein verläuft alles sehr gut. Aber wie eben schon angedeutet, spielt die Pink Mist vorne bei der Luftzufuhr ein wenig ,,Fasching,, und versucht sich doch als Mann zu verkleiden :-) Zwar gering und natürlich da, wo man es auf den ersten Blick nicht vermutet. Wenige Staubbeutel hatten sich sichtlich geöffnet. Dennoch hoffen wir nach rascher u. vorsichtiger Entfernung, dass weiter große Kollateralschäden ausbleiben. Die Gründe dafür können vieler Natur sein. Trotz das die Geschlechtsreife abgewartet wurde, ist nach hinten raus alles möglich. Man muss das beste daraus machen :-) Hätten wir es noch komplett vor dem öffnen der Staubbeutel gesehen, hätten wir sie eher entfernt. Natur ist halt Natur und noch viel wichtiger, es ist ja nur für uns. Sollten in der Pink Mist samen auftauchen, so hätten wir feminisiertes Saatgut. Also immer Positiv sehen ;-) Seit Mitte letzter Woche fahren wir mit einem EC von mind. mS 1,6 Tendenz jetzt fortlaufend eher an die 1,8. Augenscheinlich und von den Werten her passt alles wirklich gut. Auf eine neue tolle Woche! Ansonsten vielen Dank fürs reinschauen viel spaß mit dem Bild u. Hello Diary. Here we are at the end of the seventh week, the fourth week of flowering. My Mimosas grew above 110 cm and stopped growing in height. Given the 180cm height of the grow-box, any plants that grow above 100cm are too tall for my conditions at the Farm. For the lights I use Migro 200+, Led lights, whose recommendation is to be about 35 cm away from the plants. If the plant grows above 100 cm, then the distance from the lamps is less than 35 cm. Although I haven’t noticed it hurts them if they’re closer, I’d love it to be 35cm as determined. Mimosa # 1 has reached 111cm, and looks really nice. The leaves are healthy in a beautiful dark green color. The flowers themselves, as I wrote before, do not fill and do not grow as usual. When I compare it to Mimosa # 2, they look like two different strains. We’ll see how it develops to the end but I don’t think any miracle will happen. Although the flowers are sticky, covered with trichomes and a pleasant growing scent, this is not it. Mimosa # 2 reached 118 cm, bringing it from the lowest plant to the position of the tallest plant on the Farm. Not as branched as Mimosa # 1, I directed the lower branches outwards with the help of bending clips to get as much light as possible. The flowers fill well unlike her sister Mimosa # 2. Since it is the tallest plant, the distance from the light is less than recommended but for now I don’t see that bothering it. At Mimosa # 2, I spotted a visitor, the black ladybug (Chilocorus renipustulatus Scriba). I went to read what was written about her and decided to leave her at the Farm as a protector. I also gave them some food this week, I added an Easy Bloom Booster tablet and I added BioBizz on two occasions. I stopped adding CalMg since the plants show no signs of a deficiency of these minerals. The temperature is in line with the summer months, slightly higher than ideal. Humidity is satisfactory, around 50%. Here's what the week looked like. 28/06/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I lowered p.H. at 6.3 and added one Easy Bloom Booster tablet to a total of 8 liters of water. With that amount I watered all three plants that are on the Farm. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 49% humidity. 30/06/2021 - Day 46. Watering. This time I added BioBizz. I added 8 liters of water Alg-a-Mic - 10 ml BioGrow - 15 ml Top Max - 7 ml Bio Bloom - 10 ml I adjusted p.H to 6.4 and with that amount I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 32 degrees and 38% humidity. 02/07/2021 - Day 48. Watering. p.H I adjusted to 6.2 and added Bio Bloom 2ml / lit, Top Max 1 ml / lit and Alg-a-Mic 1.5 ml / lit. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 47% humidity. 03/07/2021 - Day 49. Photography. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 48% humidity.
