This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Week 6 of flower and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiods flowers are exploding now! 9/22- My daily routine of watering, removing dead foliage and checking over the Papaya Sherbet continues. She is unfortunately starting to show signs of Septoria which is a bummer, but at least it's showing up late in flower so it hopefully won't affect the outcome too much. 9/24- Our weather has now cooled off dramatically, with daytime highs in the mid 60's℉, and nighttime temperatures dipping into the low 50's℉. As a result I have cut back on the amount of water the Papaya Sherbet photo is receiving daily. 9/26- There's another exciting week of flowering on the books for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo and from the looks of her, she only has a couple of weeks to go! Still just watering about every 2 days only water. 1 day a week im still using fishit. About to move them to a flowering room. I cut about the bottom 20% off. I am gonna scrog and the bottom wont recieve any light

This is an outdoor light depravation run on 3 Purple Push Pops(PPP). These were clones on May 5. I’m running this outdoor light dep grow side by side with my indoor garage grow. Each strain and site is set up to finish over 4 week period (July -Aug ). After they’re all finished I’ll post an average per strain in both the indoor and outdoor sites. That is, if I finish…. ____________________________ Two weeks ago at solstice they showed signs of flowering so I decided to go for a light dep grow and avoid the 100 degree days in September. I’m also trying to avoid moths and caterpillars, which frequently lay at night. These are outside during the day and placed into a closet at night. I have multiple issues to deal with: light leaks, high humidity and ventilation in the closet. Growing outdoors is easy, hand watering is a pain. I have some pumps and drip systems but moving them every morning and evening makes that hard to connect and disconnect every time. So, this is just a test and we will see how things go. I’m also growing a few black cherry gelatos, both in and out. So check those out. Best of luck on your grow.

The purplematic is foxtailing rly strong :/ but i do not mind that too much, i am much more sad about the actual size of the plants. Got 2 auto hulkberry rdy for next summer. The hulkberry is stacking up in a way more sadisfying way harvested at day 4 of the week

The plant took off this week. I am relatively new so was working through getting my PH measuring/balancing down. Now that I have established a better method the plant responded well. Put in a scrog to help even the canopy for the future. The other plant I have running is a bubblegum autoflower that is a few weeks older (right). Personally I really loved the look of the gold leaf at this point, it had a very nice spiral look to it almost like an xmas wreath.

The only strain for the red flower from sweetseeds we have grow until know, but after these I will grow sure more of it. Also love to grow the Darkdevilauto because of she's colors, my didn't became so dark but more Violet and green i really love it!!000

In less than 48 hrs of being in a room temp water bottle in a dark area tap roots already started coming out.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! There are no photos for a few days, I was away on a short vacation :) when I returned, I immediately started working with her, I cut off the single leaves, and used a little LST, Overall, the girl looks really beautiful;) strong, thick branches, I think she will give really tasty buds :) It is an autoflower, but it is not blooming yet, I think it will start soon, all my auto strains that I have grown before, started really earlier, but it is not a problem for me, and maybe even + she will be bigger with bigger flowers :) good luck to everyone :).

She is looking beautiful! I can not talk enough about the Cronk nutrients, and how much it has made a difference. I know that my inexperienced training resulted in a plant that looks almost alien in nature. I will definitely be training differently going forward.

I'm sorry I'm 4 weeks behind here guys, it's been a busy period in my life. So here we have a mixed grow, as you can see everything is growing well. I've been LSTing these plants since day 1, the results are a nice evn canopy and plenty of tops. Used the biotabs lineup this time around with a light dose of micro nutrients for veg.
