Week 7 in the comedy of my garden journey, and my green squad has decided to embrace the art of being vertically challenged – they're like the plant version of a pocket-sized superhero team. "Short and sassy" seems to be their new motto. In an attempt to uplift their spirits, two of the ladies scored a new, roomier 3-gallon final home – it's like they moved from a cozy apartment to a botanical mansion, hoping a change of scenery would inspire some vertical ambition. They're probably comparing their new homes and deciding who has the fanciest leafy chandelier. However, the plot thickens as one plant emerges with a leafy fashion statement that's a bit too avant-garde – discoloration that could rival a Picasso painting. Is it a magnesium deficiency or an oxygen rebellion? The plant might as well be holding a tiny protest sign that says, "Give me answers or give me wilting!" Playing the role of a plant detective, I cranked up the fans, turning my grow tent into a botanical wind tunnel. It's like a leafy hurricane is sweeping through, and my plants are either loving the breeze or planning their escape. As a bonus, I threw in a leafy spa day – deformation and topping, because who doesn't love a good horticultural makeover? But wait, there's more! In the midst of the botanical sitcom, the humidity decided to play the villain in this leafy drama. It's like the humidity gauge is staging a rebellion of its own. So, armed with misters and perhaps a leafy motivational speech, I'm on a mission to turn my grow tent into a tropical paradise and give my plants the humidity vacation they didn't know they needed. Week 7 – where the plants are short, the homes are upgraded, the leaves are avant-garde, and the humidity is throwing a curveball. Days 120 - 126 (from sprout) 9/20/24 - 9/26/24 The Good Shit - week 13 of flower and trichome heads are looking far more swollen For IPM I sprayed existing mulch layer with tweetmint, followed up with topping all pots off with build a soil 3.0 and forest collected IMO's - fungus gnats almost completely eliminated overnight Pots were cover cropped with build a soil seed blend + grape tomatoes, oregano + thyme, snap peas and napoli carrots Fingers crossed harvest is on the agenda for this lady next week

I started a new job, so detailed comments will come shortly once I get some time to fill things out. Mostly I just transplanted at week 2 for the Banana Bombs and week 1 for the Cement Shoes... Honestly the Banana Bomb were already looking kinda root bound in their solo cups by the end of 2 weeks, so the advice that the leaf length to cup diameter seems accurate as they were definitely growing out past the cups. The Cement Shoes had decent enough root development that I had no issues with the transfer, but I also may have been able to wait 3 or 4 more days. It doesn't seem to mind one bit though and if anything appeared to have the least shock and quickest recovery time. Just have been watering and keeping to the light schedule. I sprinkled some diatomaceous earth on the top of the pots on Thursday as a kind of potential preventative. I saw a flying bug go into my tent from my room and was unable to smack it, and the last thing I wanted was it getting some ideas to lay some eggs. Hopefully the two days it was on the top of the soil before I watered deterred it, if it even was a bug that would cause issue to begin with (I had no idea but taking no chances). I will introduce molasses and maybe some other botanical or compost teas in the next week or so, possibly with the addition of some malted barley top dressing. We shall see what time and money allows. I also wish to start some kind of IPM with neem, azamax, sm90, Spinosad, D-limonene, or essential oil mixes. Wanting to stick to organic control of course, so options may not include some things or others. If I can afford predatory mites or nematoads or something to toss in the soil, that might be good too. More research must be done.

I am now at the beginning of the fifth week of flowering. The plants are handling the doses of fertilizer very well

Wow...they doubled in size over the past week. I had to hang up every grow light that I own. I could really use 1 more good light, but I have no cash right now. They will just have to work with what I have. I defoliated most of the big leafs earlier in the week. They seem really happy in my grow environment. Tiny little buds have formed up on all of them and I think that all I got for this week .

Hello this is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of flowering. Still 4 weeks to go, and we are getting some color on these plants. 3 plants are showing some purple. Man, these plants smell good now. When they were young I was getting very little smell on my fingers with the rub test. But now, these plants smell wonderful. They have cookie and cake parents. So it smells like some sort of sweet treat in here. The seed description says, Sweet, creamy, vanilla, desert with a touch of butter and fruit cake. Sounds delicious. 😃 Have Fun. Chuck.

Tag 56 - Ende der 8. Woche. Die Blüten werden weiterhin dicker und nehmen langsam ihre Form an. In der nächsten Woche werde ich den Dünger nochmal anpassen und langsam aber sicher damit beginnen, die trichome zu kontrollieren um den Zeitpunkt für die Spülung nicht zu verpassen. Wir beginnen nun mit der Blütewoche 6. Laut Hersteller dürfte die Pflanze noch etwa 2-3 Wochen brauchen, ich glaube das dürfte hinhauen. An Tag 50 wurde die Pflanze gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 2 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B 2 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients. Davon hat die Pflanze 1l an Tag 50 erhalten.

Bis lang sieht echt gut aus. Eine von den größeren Pflanzen geht in die Blüte und die anderen ziehen grade nach die größte Pflanze müsste jetzt auch (ohne Topf) 180-185cm sein, und die kleine Automatik die fängt an sogar zu purpeln das ist auch ein cooler neben Effekt :) der Dünger würde umgestellt bei allen jetzt auf alga Bloom Green Sensation und Royal Sugar :)

at the moment i only use tap water , my tap water is not so good ec and ph are not good but it seems to work 12.8.2024 i put the lights now on a 12/12 light cycle total power consumption at this point 300kWh

Still swelling but starting to slow down and swagger. It's kolas are becoming so large that it's really starting to weight down the plants small height and stature. Trying to get away with not holding it up but I will see how the further biggest kola starts to lower more how it'll end. I'm starting to lower the feed and get ready for the last 3-4 weeks I'll be giving these plants. Some more foliage will be removed eventually in the coming weeks and also I'll start to change the feed up a little. You can really see the difference in the two phenos. One's a lot like a leafy gelato and the other is OG all the way with great dense kolas. I'm expecting the Gelato type pheno to take 9-10 weeks and the OG one seems to be showing it's age more rapidly with it's pistil development and colour change beginning to start while the other seems untouched and continues to shoot newer whiter pistils!
