Week 7: Keeping them wet

G13 is starting to stack. She is growing good in the Athena blended line nutrition, under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. I am running a little strong on my solution mix. I will likely do a change in next few days if it keeps showing me signs of too much. It does look like it is getting better though. The plant is just getting bigger, and using it. Nothing else to report this week. Everything looks fine, they begin to stretch

Week 1 of veg was a tough one. In the middle of updating my grow tent gear, i stumbled upon hardship with the young ladies. The first days was with my old LED light, and when i switched to the new light, they suffered from light burn and high temps adjusting it. They are looking crusty, but we will get through it. 👉29/8 With Viparspectra V300 Lights 👉30/8 Viparspectra V300 👉31/8 Switch from Viparspectra V300 to Lumatek 300W Pro 👉1/9 Adjusting temps, hanging height and applying new gadgets. 👉2/9 First signs of too high temps/light burn. Closely monitering and adjusting to keep temps down. 👉3/9 Solution day, maybe too late. Temps are manageable and lights on low setting for low stress. 👉4/9 Recovery. Temps: Day 27 - 30 ambient / 21-23 night (Still adjusting climate to the new light) RH%: 65.5-68.5 night / 68.5 - 71.5 day PH: 6.3

Día 19. Las Tropicana han reaccionado muy bien. Aproveché para hacerle LST a una y HST a la otra. Las Polaris estaban revegetando, así que esos las demoró. Pero ya empezaron a estirar. Además a una le tuve que cortar la rama principal y dejar 2 laterales, dado que estaba muy maltrecha. Mantuve la solución nutritiva de la semana pasada y la voy a cambiar hoy o mañana seguramente. Voy a tener que esperar para pasarlas a floración, ya que tengo una mudanza en unas semanas. Así que la floración va a ser post mudanza.

Day 77...the one grown in soil that survived the dog attack when young, stopped drinking a couple of weeks ago, so got the chop...drying under a tree for 4 days the other 2 grown in coco are doing great and still perhaps a couple of weeks away

UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

Hello Diary. We’ve come to the last week of hanging out with dear Hulkberries. 😎 I checked under a microscope, and the Trichomes became milky and some on the upper flowers start to brown. So I decided to leave them for a few more days and then do the harvest. 😀 On day 53, I removed the larger leaves on both plants and lightened it a bit in its final days. I have also slightly improved the airflow through the plant given the temperature and humidity in the air which is still higher than I would have liked.😖 As can be seen in the pictures, the flowers are nicely filled, especially the main cola, the branches bend under the weight of the flowers. That's why I didn't want to take them out to another room for a photo shoot, since I'm going to take more detailed photos of the plants before the harvest. 😍 For a little over ten days now, I have been watering it only and not adding any supplements or food. But let’s look at what this week looked like. 09/08/2020 - Day 52. Watering. This time I watered only with water, I did not add BioBizz. I still regulated the water at p.H 6.5 with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick. Each time I prepare 7 lit. water and with that I water all three plants evenly. 10/08/2020 - Day 53. Defoliation. I removed the larger leaves from both plants. 12/08/2020 - Day 55. Watering. Just water. 13/08/2020 - Day 56. Photographing the end of week 8. That’s it, we’ve come almost to the very end, but there’s more riding until I taste this strain. I can't wait for that moment. See you next week at harvest.

Harvested the second plant. She was smaller bud her buds were STACKED. She is 164g wet so let's hope for an oz. UPDATE: 1.4oz out of the smaller plant for a total of 3.5 oz for the whole grow. Thanks for following along everyone!

Well it's finally time to cut her down. It's day 95 post germination for this lady, and she's at maximum potency. All trichomes are cloudy with about 5-10% amber & she's giving out a mixed palet of aromas. I can smell a very distinct mix of lemon, urea, skunk, and spice. It was relatively easy plant to grow. I started in a super soul which ran out of nutrients early and I had to supplement with bottled nutrients. Going forward I'm going to have to put more thought into my initial soil composition. Please note: I'm only estimating the 'Wet Bud Weight'; for the purposes of this diary I estimated 12-16 ounces. Cannabis can loose up to 75% of its mass during the drying phase and based on past experience, I am expecting 4-6 ounces of finished flower. Dry/cure process: 1. Cut entire plant down by main stock 2 hang upside down in a dark room with controlled humidty and temps.... - Temperature should range from 67-72 °F, and my humidity will range between 57-60%. 3. Full trim complete after 8-11 days of drying. 4. Stick in Mason jars indefinitely with 2-way Boveda humidty packs (62%). 4-20. Altura Sweet gelato auto 81 CM Altura Cmxl1 62 CM Altura Cmxl2 60 CM Hoy se realiza riesgo de 1 Lt , la Sweet gelato ha demostrado más signos de mayor requerimiento de agua, por lo que aumentarle la frecuencia de riego para esta planta. Me sorprende que la Sweet gelato auto ha crecido lentamente, alcanzando una altura considerable de XL, y ahora que ha entrado en floracion, se siente ese gran aroma dulce. Comienza la cuenta regresiva para las Cream Mandarine, cada día se aprecian mayor tamaño de las flores . Día 45. Riego con 1 Lt por planta Día 47 Altura Sweet gelato auto 89 CM Altura Cmxl1 67 Altura Cmxl2 60 Dia 48 Riego 1Lt por planta Aportes, sugerencias, favor comentar.
