HighGrower0711 Hello, dear Growdiaries community! 🌱
I'm new here and especially excited to participate in the ✨ DOGNABIS CUP :sparkles! It's a great opportunity to share my experiences with you and learn from the many talented members of this fantastic community. A big thank you to @DogDoctorOfficial and all the sponsors who make this wonderful cup possible – your support is invaluable! 💚🏆💚
To kick off my journey, I started directly with germination in a glass of water, where I maintained reverse osmosis water at a pH of 6 and a constant temperature of 24 degrees Celsius. I also add Aptus RO Water Conditioner to my reverse osmosis water to achieve spring water values and optimize nutrient uptake. After just 17 hours, the first root tips appeared! They were strong and vigorous, ready to be planted in 0.7-liter pots after 27 hours. By day 3, the first little heads are peeking out of the Lightmix substrate and starting to search for sunlight.
Stay tuned, I'll keep you updated on my progress! 🌱🥦🤓

HighGrower0711 Hello Grower,
an exciting week for my plants! I started the vegetative phase today, and so far everything looks promising. Here are the current conditions:
🌡️ **Day Temperature**: 26 °C
🌙 **Night Temperature**: 22 °C
💧 **pH Value**: 5.8
💨 **VPD**: 0.6 kPa
🌗 **Light Cycle**: 18/6
🌱 **Substrate Temperature**: 21 °C
I'm using the Secret Jardin Cosmorrov 20W propagation LED, which has been working well so far. I keep the light at a distance of about 40cm, which corresponds to 200ppfd, to ensure the plants are optimally lit without the risk of light burn.
The humidity is in the ideal range of 70%, which promotes root development. I'm careful to keep the substrate evenly moist but not too wet. So far, I've been a bit conservative with nutrients to give my plants room to grow.
I observe the plants daily and pay attention to their response. The first signs of new growth are already visible, and I'm optimistic that the plants will develop well.
That's it for this week! I'll keep you updated on progress and will post regular updates. Feel free to comment if you have questions or tips!
Happy Growing! 🌿✌️
Smoke Review & Final Impression
After drying and curing, the strong impression from the flowering phase is confirmed. The buds are compact, extremely frosty, and completely covered with a thick layer of trichomes. The many orange stigmas stand out beautifully against the light green, slightly violet-tinged flower material. Visually absolute top-shelf quality.
Smell: Right after opening the jar, an intense, sweet, and creamy smell comes forth, combined with a clear gas-like and slightly chemical note. Subtle candy and fruity nuances accompany it. Very complex and penetrating.
Taste: In the smoke, the strain is just as special as in the smell. When inhaling, it is sweet and creamy; when exhaling, the typical permanent marker and gas notes come through strongly. The smoke is soft and pleasant, and the taste lingers for a long time.
Effect: The effect sets in quickly and begins with a strong, euphoric, and mood-lifting head high. Creativity and focus are clearly noticeable. After some time, a pleasant physical relaxation develops, without making one too sleepy. Very balanced and versatile.
Potency: Above average strong and long-lasting. A delight for experienced consumers, but beginners should dose cautiously.
Conclusion: Permanent Marker from Zamnesia impresses on all fronts. Extremely resinous, visually stunning buds, a unique terpene profile, and a strong, balanced effect make this genetics something special. Quality, taste, and effect are at a premium level.
