Overall it was a good harvest, it could have been much better if I hadn't switched to the Cultivator Series line... But as soon as my order arrives I'll be back to Athena again 🙌

So for the very first time I trim a lot of green away- while this I got a scrimp while every single leave that I remove. Idk maybe I should remove some more the plant already recovered be me not haha All baby are at flower now but I f..ed up and brocke the main while lst…it’s my first grow so I take it easy and will see what will be at harvest day. Think about to take another tent looks to small for they’ll all. Didn’t thought they get this big

4th week of vegetation. The girl has grown healthy and entered in the blooming phase, and the first pistils are starting to appear. I've increased the dose of bio grow to 0.7 ml per 3 L and I'll continue for 2 more weeks. See you next week happy growing

Finally A successful process I can finally harvest… 😭 1 of 6. When I thought an Auto, turns out got myself a traditional 6 month seed to harvest, she got a whole month of flushing, want that smooth smoke, besides presentation it must the smoke must be subtle on the throat. She just fooled me with her flowering, she has truly took her time maturing. Next week I am harvesting, and I will definitely post my experience, and how I dry and cure my harvest.

Woah- she has just exploded in size! Had to do a video cos she was so big!

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. 6/28 I had to water deeply despite watering thoroughly yesterday. This heat wave is supposed to pass today. We have had temps in the 90's. Ihate it but the girls seem to love it. RH is super high and controlling pm is a pain in the balls. When my connection is better I'll add my vid and photos. Still need a follow up preventative spray. BT is really awesome but super narrow and I've found random stink bugs, earwigs, crickets and grasshoppers as well as easily identifiable leaf damage. I'm thinking Spinosid. Save my PM stuff for PM. Tried checking my PH with a soil meter. The bags are basically just roots. The only two plants it read came to 6.5 which is strange because I usually run around 7.3. I'll certainly take it. If it's correct that is. RH 64 TEMP 84 6/29 Didn't water this morning due to a torrential downpour last night. Nothing broken after first glance. The thunder and wind woke me last night. This storm was horrific yet my plants still seem unaffected. Need to rearrange the cage. It will be a pain to have to move that ice cream cake. Maybe I could find a way to modify the cage outwards. I also need to move the plant in the tote in the back. Luckily I got back and watered before plants dried out. Noticed a FEW dead or yellow leaves on the middle interior of some plants. I upped dosage of growbig last feed and fed a little earlier. I'll go back to my normal feeding schedule and see what happens. Thing is the plants are getting huge so I would think increased nutes would help. Couldn't he lockout. Too much water. Maybe nutes in the soil are leaving? I'll figure it out. I temporarily pulled the stalk on the ice cream cake back and tied it to the posts to get it off the fence. 6/30. 90s again today. I deeply watered and noticed a couple more yellow leaves (bottom middlish). Only thing that was changed was feeding. I may go back to original schedule. Funeral today so I'll have to check things out later. UPDATE: Went back maybe sux hours after watering to find the grow bags dry. I reached my hand in the side and it's pretty much all roots. These high temperatures and wind are drying my plants out. No droop but the soil WAS dry. I watered again and plan to check again tonight. When temps go down I'll probably do a preventative Spinosid spray. 7/1 Watered and fed two gallons. Grow big at 1 1/2 tbsp. Still some yellow leaves on the interior. I'm talking like maybe five. Accidentally destroyed lace wing eggs. I knew it was something to keep an eye out for but I mistakenly thought it was BAD. Oh well it was just two eggs. I'm sure there are more. Tried measuring PH with soil meter but the only two plants that registered were 6.5 and 6.6. I believe the PH to be a bit higher. The bags are so full of roots it's hard to get a measurement. I know my soil and water WAS on point before my gauge broke. However I leave the 7.3 as that was about what the big ones tested at last time measured. 7/2 These are some resilient strains. Currently 54 degrees at 9am. It had been 80 or 90 in the last few days. Perfect rain today. A light shower all day. Obviously didn't water. Found a few yellow leaves but the plants look so good. The also seem to be stretching but it's far to early for the preflower stretch. I'll keep an eye out. Things are looking pretty good. Still need to move that plant in the back. 7/3 Watered today. Looks like it might rain but top soil was a little dry. Also noticed this site measures teaspoons not tablespoons which is how I measure. I'll need to adjust that. There's tell tale damage from a variety of pests (leaf hoppers, pillars, grasshoppers ECT.) So I think I'm going to do a spray within the next couple days. Im leaning towards Spinosid but Dr. Zymes supposably helps the PM as well. I'll do more research and update. 7/4 54 degrees and raining. Haven't checked the girls out yet today.

I am dropping a Deep Forest Auto for a coco coir grow in a air pot. First time using a air pot. It should not be any different then using a fabric potter. I scuffed both seed ends lightly. I then dropped it in water. Within 24 to 48 hours of seeing the tap root start I will plant it in the coco. I will then dome it till sprout. left the girls to settle into their new environment. Have been watering every 4 days or so, not much rain this week. Plants are looking good and showing some signs of leaf growth which means the roots have already branched out. Chitosal as a root drench is supposed to help with drought tolerance and salt stress, no salt stress here as we are organic. Next week things to do: 1) spread and re-stake plants. 2) create a top amendment feeding and watering bowl under each plant with some chicken wire.

6 weeks of flowering She’s ready for harvest. Almost all the trichomes are milky, and some are already brownish. She smells wonderfully like fruity cream candies🤩. The buds look gorgeous. If it passes the taste test in a few weeks, I’ll grow it again next year. It stayed small, but that was due to my mistakes and the really cold weather it was exposed to at the beginning of the year.
